(Huh… did I… pass out?)
When I opened my eyes, I saw Rena’s worried face in my blurry vision.
”Oh, Rena…”
I tried to sit up, but a sharp pain shot through my body.
”Ouch!”
”I knew it. You’re feeling like Hiroya did when he fought. It seems like having s*x in Kazumi’s body was really tough on you.”
”What about Hiroya?”
”Right here.”
I turned my gaze to where the voice was coming from and saw Hiroya getting bandaged by Dorothy.

Liz grinned and pointed at the gauze on Hiroya’s shoulder. My face instantly got hot.

Rena smiled while using ‘Healing’ on my body.

Martina was leaning on her elbows, supporting her face and smiling down at me.

Feeling a bit better, I sat up in bed and listened to Rena.

Dorothy looked worried.

Liz, Martina, Dorothy, and I nodded seriously.
”Is it okay for us to use this… um… right?”
Liz asks hesitantly.
”Well, it’s fine. But you have to use it only in front of Hiroya. If you use it when he’s not around and get caught by another guy, I won’t be responsible for what happens, okay? It could get serious.”
Rena tells Liz seriously, but Hiroya, whose name came up as a ‘must’, looks pretty embarrassed.

I say this while patting Hiroya’s back.

Something strange happened, but I was really happy with the outcome. As the night went on, we all headed to the bedroom to sleep.
I hugged Kazumi, who buried her face in my chest, while Rena lay down, being held by Martina. It was the usual ‘sleeping together’ situation in the same bed, but I wonder if the girls are taking turns deciding who sleeps next to me?
”Tomorrow, we’ll wake up early and head to the guild together.”
Liz said, and everyone replied before falling asleep.

The next morning, after finishing Ms. Hanna’s breakfast, I hurried to tie my stuff onto my horse, Haya.

”Hey, Hiroya! I heard you’re going on a guard mission starting today!”

I forced a smile to dodge Kazumi and the others’ cold stares and ran to the counter where Miyori was.

”All of us.”
”Got it.”
Miyori smiled and placed the usual crystal ball on the counter.
”Oh, right. Hiroya, you go over here.”
She said and pulled out another crystal ball that was a different color.
”They sent this from the guild headquarters in the royal capital for your assessment.”
”Yeah. I have to subtract my previous rank. The Minister of War told me that.”
First, I had to get my assessment. When I placed my hand over it, the softly glowing crystal ball eventually returned to normal.
”Hmm… you’ve gained quite a bit of combat experience. Well, with Lesser Demons, Hellhounds, and Greater Demons, it’s expected…”
Miyori muttered in disbelief.
”Oh, you’ve leveled up! Congratulations! You’re now Rank B.”
”Yes!”

I took Kazumi’s updated guild card and pulled her outside, trying to cheer her up.

I got a light tap on the back of my head. Then, she lightly pressed her lips against mine.

”Yeah. I need this.”
”…Be careful, okay?”
”Yeah.”
”…Seriously, are you two done being all lovey-dovey?”
When I turned around, everyone was giving me and Kazumi a side-eye.
”Everyone, be careful too.”
”Leave the moving stuff to Rena and the others! Snow Wolf and the others are here, so don’t worry about us.”
”Make sure to give us that charm too♡.”
Liz said this while offering her cheek.
Kazumi and Rena both kissed everyone on the cheek.
”Alright! Now we can do our best too!”
”Thanks. Big Sis Kazumi, Big Sister Rena, I’m off now.”
”Ms. Kazumi, Ms. Rena… I’m heading out.”
”Oh, and Hiroya too!”
Rena kissed me on the cheek.
”I’ll be waiting for you, okay?”
Rena whispered this so that no one else could hear.
I nodded shyly with a red face and got on Haya.
”Okay, take care while I’m gone! I’ll stop by the blacksmith before heading out on the mission!”
With Liz leading the way on Kage, we headed into the morning mist, aiming for the 3 sisters’ blacksmith shop first.
