Chapter 134 Demon King

After being attacked at night by Shadow Stalker and a demon, we woke up safe and sound with no injuries and set off towards Razia Village.
”What’s wrong, Hiroya? Are you feeling sick?”
Liz, who is running alongside me, looks worried.
”…No, just a little something…”
Last night, after everything, I had a moment in a certain position, then another in a different one, and even during some fun cleaning, I got a bit too excited. All because of Dorothy’s crotch tattoo. It seems to boost my energy.
But now, even though I’m young, my back feels a bit off.
In contrast to my discomfort, Dorothy looks great with her shiny skin and a big smile.
Liz glances between Dorothy and me, grinning knowingly.
”Ah-ha! So that’s what happened. I didn’t know Dorothy could drain you like this, Hiroya! ♡”
”…Yeah, that tattoo really got me worked up…”
”Hiroya, really?”
I nod tiredly.
”…I really want that crotch tattoo… Hiroya, can we do something about it?”
”Just stick with Rena’s sticker for now. I’ll let you try it when we get back to the village.”
”I want the real thing! ‘Hiroya’s s*x sl*ve’… what a sweet sound that is!”
”…You’re really going for it, Liz… Isn’t ‘my girl’ enough for you?”
Liz gets flustered at the phrase “my girl.” Her face suddenly turns bright red.
”Th-that’s something Hiroya should say, right? I want a title I can claim. ‘Hiroya’s s*x sl*ve’ feels so special, like I’m really ‘Hiroya’s only one.’.”
”Is that how it is…?”
I don’t really get it.
”Well, no matter what Liz thinks… Liz is my girl, and that goes for Kazumi, Dorothy, Martina, and Rena too.”
”…Aluda will definitely say the same thing.”
”Whoa!”
I didn’t notice, but Aluda was running on the other side.

”Today, we haven’t run into any monsters, so everything’s going really well.”
During our lunch break, Dorothy takes a sip of her tea.
”Yeah, I hope we can reach Razia Village without any problems.”
Ms. Sasha, who came to serve us tea, sits down next to me.
”But, you know… there’s something that’s been bothering me.”
”Yeah, I was wondering about that too. It’s about the ‘Demonkin (Majin)’.”
Liz agrees with my question that seems to put a damper on our smooth journey.
”That demon left a message when it left. It said something about wanting women, right? ‘Demonkin’.”
”From the way it was said, it sounds like it’s a higher rank than a demon. And it seems to be in a guest-like position.”
Asuka and Gorge also seem curious.
”By the way… what exactly is a ‘Demonkin (Majin)’? Is it different from ‘Demon God (Majin)’?”
Aluda asks, which is exactly what I was wondering too.
”A Demonkin is someone who has become a ‘demon’s kin’ by receiving power from a high-ranking demon.”
Martina explains to Aluda.
”And since their abilities get boosted as a Demonkin, if someone who was already strong becomes one, it can be really troublesome.”
”So, that means a really strong one is at Azradelius’s place.”
Liz bites her nails, looking worried at Martina’s explanation.
”The forest seems to have returned to its lively atmosphere, but there are still dangerous monsters deep in the dungeon.”
Ms. Sasha looks anxious.
”Don’t worry, Ms. Sasha. We’ll make sure to get you safely to Razia Village.”
Everyone else in the group nods in agreement with Liz’s words.

The afternoon went smoothly. On the way, Ms. Sasha found a few wild boars and said excitedly,
”Meat! My favorite meat!”
That was definitely a highlight of the day.
”Since we left Borg at dawn, if we push a bit, we should reach Razia Village by today. Well, we’ll have to drive for a few hours after sunset, though.”
”It doesn’t seem like we need to camp. It might be a bit tough, but let’s try to get there.”
It looks like Ms. Sasha agreed with Liz’s suggestion. To give the driver a break, Ms. Sasha took the reins of the carriage herself.

In the evening, just as the sun was about to set… it appeared.
”Something’s coming from the left! It’s really close!”
Martina shouted. It must have approached without being detected.
”Martina! Aluda! Dorothy! Hurry to the carriage! I’ll fight it with Hiroya, Asuka, and Gorge!”
As soon as Liz said that, a strange creature jumped out from the shadow of the carriage next to her and attacked.
”!”
I kicked Haya’s saddle and jumped, aiming a strike from ‘Yamikirimaru’ at the creature heading for Liz.
Up close, I could see it was a demon.
It noticed me and dodged my attack, but my swing was fast enough to slice off its left horn.
Thanks to the demon’s dodge, Liz was saved from the attack.
”Physical Boost!”
The moment I felt power surge through me, I fell to the ground.
”Hiroya!”
Liz shouted, but I managed to roll and land safely.
”I’m fine! That demon can move through shadows too, so be careful!”
As soon as I warned everyone, I felt a strange killing intent from behind.
I sheathed ‘Yamikirimaru’ and turned to get ready to draw my sword.
From the dark forest, a man with a drawn sword appeared.
”So, the one they reported about is you… you little brat…”
It was Otto, the one I thought I had defeated.
”I have so much hatred for you that even tearing you apart wouldn’t be enough…”
Otto walked closer. The ‘sword energy’ directed at me was much stronger than before.
His skin was dark, and his eyes glowed red. The aura around him was clearly not human.
(Demonkin…)
”Otto… you sold your soul to a demon, huh…”
I slowly shifted my position, trying to draw attention away from the carriage.
”Azradelius gave me power. The power to toy with you.”
His grin was that of a hideous demon.
”If you hadn’t interfered… I would have gotten Liz, and I would have marked that elf with my tattoo, and they would have been mine.”
”Oh really… sorry about that.”
His Magic Eye was still active. No, it was likely stronger than when he was human.
(Anyway… I can’t win like this…)
At that moment, 2 arrows flew and hit Otto in the head.
He staggered but steadied himself and pulled out the arrows as if nothing happened. The wounds quickly healed.
(And he has regeneration now…)
”You… Otto!”
Liz, riding Kage, nocked another arrow in her composite bow.
”Oh… my girl. I’ll kill this brat and take you back right away…”
”Don’t mess with me! I’m Hiroya’s girl! You loser!”
She shot another arrow, but this time it was swatted away by his sword.
”Otto… how are you still alive…”
I glanced at the voice and saw Asuka standing there, frozen with her sword down.
”Asuka! My girl! Come here quickly! I lost Sora and Azradelius took her, and now I’m starving for a woman… I’ll satisfy you too…”
”Asuka! Don’t come! I’ll handle this! Where’s Gorge!?”
”I sent Gorge towards the carriage. He’s dealing with a demon too…”
It seemed like Asuka managed to gather her courage. She readied her sword again.
”And satisfied? I’ve never feel satisfied. Even when I was being violently attacked, all I felt for you was hate!”
Asuka’s eyes… are they filled with tears?
”Hmph! Well, whatever. I’ll beat this brat up and then I’ll have my way with both of you right in front of me…”
Otto grins wickedly.
(I need to deal with this guy quickly… I have to protect the carriage…)
”Here we go… ‘Magic Eye’!”
Otto kicks the ground. In that moment, the power inside me fades away.
(So the Physical Boost is canceled… Asuka is here, but it can’t be helped.)
I dodge Otto’s first attack by jumping back. I can clearly see I’m going to lose in strength.
”Running away, brat?”
Looking over, I see that Otto’s strike melted the snow around him, creating a crater in the ground.
”Run away? No need for that against a weakling like you…”
”Hmph… you showed up again…”
Only ‘Hiroya’ can deal with this guy. Plus, he’s turned into a Demonkin. He’s definitely stronger than the old Otto.
”You want to beat me up and then have your way with Liz and Asuka? …How about I beat you up instead and show you how I have a steamy time with Liz… huh?”
I smirk at Otto and throw a glance at Liz.
”No, Hiroya…♡.”
While riding Kage, I catch a glimpse of Liz blushing and twisting her waist… I draw the ‘Yamikirimaru’.
