”Why is Lilith here!”
Rena walks into my room and yells at Lilith right away.
”So, you are that Rena. ──You have become quite small, haven’t you…”
”Hey! Rena is cleaning up after you! You all started this World!”

Rena, who is trying to stand tall against Lilith, is super cute.

”So… This Lilith, is she a woman?”
Kazumi is sitting on the bed and looking up at me.
”Yes, she is the one inside ‘Yamikirimaru’.”
”And who is this one?”
”She is said to be the Demon King’s right hand.”
”So she is our enemy!”
Kazumi points at the Purple Flame Demon Princess and glares.
”If you go against the Demon King, then… you are my enemy.”
The Purple Flame Demon Princess smiles back, seemingly unconcerned by Kazumi’s momentum.
”Anyway, Lady Lilith, let’s go to the Demon King together…”
”Huh? I have no intention of leaving here, okay?”
”What…!?”
The conversation was getting out of hand, so I made everyone quiet down for the time being.

”So, did Lilith and another god create this World?”
”Yes.”
It was a pretty shocking truth, but Lilith readily accepted it.
”This girl and another god fought using each other’s followers, so civilization was lost here. On top of that, they both disappeared, so Rena took over and finally restored it to this extent…”
Rena spat out this with anger.
”Rena. That’s the misunderstanding in the first place. We were each in a position to admonish our followers, weren’t we?”
”Then why did this happen?”
”I don’t understand. It’s true that there was someone who pushed our groups against each other. I also realized that I was sealed deep inside the labyrinth.”
Lilith is tilting her head.
”So, the real Lilith and… another god are also sealed in the ‘labyrinth’?”
Kazumi leaned in and asked.
”I am sealed in the deepest part of the ‘Welnia Labyrinth’, and the god of light is in the ‘Great labyrinth Raetia’.”
According to Lilith, soon after being sealed, a big war between light and dark sides happened in this World.
Gods disappeared because the ‘enemy side’ sealed them somewhere.
And it seems they suspected each other, which caused this.
Then, this World without gods started to decline──people’s lives went back to primitive times.
”And it was Rena who was put in charge of this World after the gods disappeared.”
”I see. That’s why there is no religion worshiping Rena as a god in this World.”
I’m finally convinced.
Rena is the ‘one true god’ in this World, but perhaps there were past cases where ‘religion’ drove people crazy.
”I don’t want Rena’s existence to become a ’cause of conflict’ for the people of this World…”
Saying this, Rena looks down sadly.
”I understood that Lilith was once a god and is sealed in the labyrinth. ──But, why inside ‘Yamikirimaru’?”
Yeah.
Kazumi, I want to ask that.
”During the time I ruled, there were those whom I summoned from my master’s (Hiroya) domain and from your world. They were called swordsmiths and samurai. The clans in the area now known as ‘the East’ of this world are their descendants.”
”I see! So the ‘Eastern culture’ of this World is close to the culture of the World we came from!”
Kazumi and I clapped our hands in agreement.
It seems that Lilith has teleported ‘Japanese’ people from various eras.
One of the reasons why she was compatible with this World is that Lilith herself likes Japanese culture.
”I was allowed to use the units of length and distance, weight, time, etc. in this world as they were. Well, originally it was ‘shakkanho’”
Lilith is standing tall, but that’s just copying culture from another world, right?

Lilith gazes lovingly at ‘Yamikirimaru’ standing against the table in my room.
”Thanks to this… I was able to take a part of myself outside the Great Labyrinth using ‘Yamikirimaru.’ Well, it’s also thanks to my master’s magical power.”
”I see. Since the Welnia Labyrinth was discovered early, someone must have taken ‘Yamikirimaru’ out of the maze.”
”Yes. And then, it eventually came to my master. Hiroya, it was truly a lucky chance for me.”
Lilith gently placed her hand on my cheek with a happy look.
”So that means there is still a ‘God-Slayer’ in the Great Labyrinth Raetia…”
Kazumi asked while softly pulling her hand away.
”That’s how it is.”
Lilith answered while pressing the hand pulled from my cheek to her chest.

”In order to free Lady Lilith, Azradelius intends to conquer the ‘Welnia Labyrinth’. When that happens, he will need the help of me and the Demon King (Koichi)…”
”Even if I am freed, I no longer intend to reign as a god, okay?”
”…what──?”
Lilith readily responds to the plea of the Purple Flame Demon Princess.
The Purple Flame Demon Princess was stunned by this answer.
”Or rather… Azradelius──It sounds similar to the name of the one who instigated our followers. I think his name was Azragees…”
”Lady Lilith, please think about it again…”
With her arms crossed, the purple flame princess is trying to talk to Lilith, who seems deep in thought.

Rena asked Lilith with a serious face.

Rena seemed relieved.
She sighed and whispered like that.
”But… I can’t agree. I can’t leave Lady Lilith next to this shameless man…”
The purple flame princess said this and then clapped her hands as if she thought of something.
”I will leave a clone of myself here. Can you please let it serve you by your side, Lady Lilith?”

After leaving the room for a bit, the purple flame princess came back in.
She was with a girl.
”This is my clone. I made it by taking some sword skills from myself──though it turned out a bit younger.”
The Purple Flame Princess is certainly a girl of the same age as me, Kazumi, and Rena.
”Hey Hiroya. This girl is me. If you do something shameless to Lilith…”
The young Purple Flame Demon Princess pulls out the sword from her waist and points it at me.
”But living in a ‘family’ means you have to rely on us for a lot of things.”
Kazumi smiles at me.
””Yeah, that’s true. Actually, I was just thinking you need to look for the ‘Gieze group’ vanguard.”
””W-What are you saying…?””
The big purple flame demon and the small purple flame demon looking confused at the same time was quite funny.
