Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
- Gargantua Barurasa Antia
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772774/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
She is one of the powerful figures on the Demon King’s side called Four Dark Heavens, whom Van faced during his hero days.
The chieftain of the ‘Oni-kin’ summoned to this world during the ancient civilization era.
The clan now lives as a tiny ethnic group in the remote northern settlement of ‘Balthoga,’ but they were originally a tribe specialized in combat, with each member having extremely high fighting ability.
Their roots trace back to ‘Oni’ in Japan, sharing the same physical characteristics.
(With horns, large build, and muscular physique)
Though they were defeated by Van and the others in the earlier battle against the Demon King, their straightforward character and spirit of bushido impressed them, leading to a deal where their lives were spared under the condition that they would become friends and return to their clan.
Normally, Oni-kin have one horn, but she has 2.
This indicates her high physical ability and substantial magical power, showing her qualities to become a chieftain.
She favors a tachi and a great naginata made by the first Kuniyasu, overwhelming enemies with a style that combines her remarkable abilities with impressive techniques and power.
She wields a combination skill called ‘Raijin Kizan (Thunder God Slash)’ or ‘Enjin Ranbu (Flame God Dance),’ along with her ultimate technique ‘Blaze,’ which incorporates thunder and flame magic.
Like other Oni-kin, she possesses a large physique and a muscular body,
believing that as an Oni-kin, she lacks sexual allure as a woman.
She’s always saying it, but her features are undeniably those of a beauty, and Van and Hiroya acknowledge her ‘feminine charm’.
- Hernando Estevan Barrera
The top guy who rounds up the young folks in the Oni-kin village ‘Balthoga’.
He stands out not just for his leadership, but his combat skills are a cut above the rest of the Oni-kin.
One of the attendants who joined Gargantua’s journey, he’s been at her side since his days in Balthoga.
Tall even among Oni-kin men, he wields an odachi that matches his stature.
Along with his partner Esperanza, he’s had a taste of adventure in the Royal Capital.
So, despite hailing from the boonies, he’s pretty savvy and knowledgeable.
The older Oni-kin folks are keen for him to settle down, but his taste in women is specific (he goes for flirty, charming ladies), so it’s a no-go with his own kind.
That’s why he’s on the lookout, and there’s a hint that joining Gargantua’s journey was partly to find such a partner.
- Esperanza Jourquet Flores
An Oni-kin man.
A servant of Gargantua and childhood buddy to Hernando.
He’s got a typical build for an Oni-kin man and uses a tachi as his weapon.
He’s also had his share of adventures in the Royal Capital alongside Hernando.
So, he’s quite the insider too.
His combat skills are top-notch among the Oni-kin, and he was handpicked by Gargantua for this journey.
Like Hernando, he’s picky about women (he likes young girls), and hasn’t found a marriage match yet.
Both he and Hernando look up to Gorge, who can ‘score’ with women of any age, as their big brother.
- Mitsuyoshi Jubee Yagiu
A merchant from the eastern empire.
He looks like an older merchant, but that’s a front; his real self is a robust middle-aged man.
As an empire merchant, he interacts with the Zett Merchant Guild and the Gargantua settlement of Balthoga, but the true identity of his merchant guild family is the ‘Yagiu clan,’ a family that has boasted of its martial prowess since the days of an ancient civilization.
This clan’s ancestors were Japanese people summoned to this World by Lilith, and they discovered that ‘Azragees’ was the one who sealed Lilith in the Welnia Labyrinth.
For generations, they have been working tirelessly to free Lilith.
He once helped young Sasha and Shinobu, and believing in the ‘talent’ he sensed in Sasha, he has been assisting the Zett Merchant Guild.
He is the one who trained Shinobu as a spy (ninja) and assigned him to protect Sasha.
His swordsmanship is probably on par with Van or Shinji.
- Ariane Bürgener (Lombard)
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772780/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
She’s the woman Gorge picked up in the Royal Capital, and the 4th daughter of a famous baker there.
Her shy personality got the better of her, and her parents and siblings constantly called her a ‘good-for-nothing’.
To cheer her up, who always looked lonely, Gorge hit on her and they went on dates, but Gorge himself fell for her smile and they got involved.
After Gorge left the Royal Capital, she found out she was pregnant.
She adamantly refused to have an abortion, which her family pressured her to do, so they kicked her out of the house.
She moved from the Royal Capital to the town of Abil, where she worked at an inn while giving birth and raising her child.
And then, her son grew up, and she found out Gorge was in Raetia from rumors in the town.
She went to the Clan house to see him.
Touched by her brave demeanor, Asuka granted permission, and she became Gorge’s second wife.
Thanks to her experience at the inn, she excelled at all household chores, managing the household and childcare at the Clan house alongside Hanna and the others.
- Craig Bürgener (Lombard)
A son born to Ariane, and Gorge’s illegitimate child.
He resembles Gorge closely, and it’s推测ed he’ll grow into a lascivious man.
(He was groping Martina’s chest when she held him.)
He is a half-sibling to Asuka’s daughter, Kaoru.
Along with Kaoru and Hanna’s daughter, Liselle, he is being raised with abundant love.
Their ages follow the order Craig → Liselle → Kaoru (though there are only a few months between them).
The youngest, Kaoru, is actually the most mischievous.
It must be due to Asuka’s strong blood.
- Purple Flame Demon Princess (Violet)
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772792/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
One of the Four Dark Heavens serving the Demon King.
A demon clan member who has lived since the ancient civilization era.
She has long served the Demon King and participated in several invasions of Yuguria in the past.
However, her loyalty lies with the dark goddess Lilith, and it’s believed she joined the army to liberate her from the Welnia Labyrinth.
Skilled in both magic and swordsmanship, she likely surpasses Sage Milia in magical prowess.
Consequently, her swordsmanship suffered, and to protect a part of Lilith incarnated in Yamikirimaru, she created a clone (Violet) with her swordsmanship ability, but this clone took on a younger form proportional to its ability.
She has a serious personality.
Therefore, she is wary and distrustful of Hiroya, who surrounds himself with many lovers.
Nevertheless, she respects Hiroya’s excellent swordsmanship and despite seeking his guidance, he still comes across as serious.
While harboring distrust towards Azradelius, her true self is still acting alongside him.
- Demon Dragon Goliath
One of the Demon King Four Dark Heavens.
However, unlike those from ancient civilization such as Three-Face or the Purple Flame Demon Princess, like Gargantua, it joined during the previous invasion of Yuguria.
An ancient dragon, but relatively young in age.
It was defeated by Van and the heroes but revived through the Demon King’s power of ‘Seven Lives, One Revenge.’
However, it has lost significant strength and is trying to regain power by creating young dragons using the wombs of females from other races, consuming them in the process.
It forcibly impregnated Rose Hip’s vice captain Frieda Hayate Ashkenhart, but was stopped after losing to Hiroya in a duel.
During that time, it was driven to the brink of death by Hiroya and Gunilla’s ancient civilization artifact (Arbalest) along with Asuka, Simona, and Gieze.
Currently, it is recuperating deep within a labyrinth in a certain part of the empire to heal its wounds.
Its laugh is distinctive and unpleasant.
- Count Leynard von Foreltun
Lord of the northern Count territory.
Once engaged to Liz.
Due to a decision by the former Count Foreltun, he was engaged to Lizelda Weissman, the illegitimate daughter of the Weissman family who had served the Count family for generations, but he failed to sneak into her chamber before the engagement.
Lizelda’s mother, who interfered with his plans, incurred the wrath of the Weissman head and died after being imprisoned.
Enraged, Lizelda thrashed him and escaped.
After inheriting the title of Count, he sought Lizelda’s whereabouts and ordered the head butler to kidnap her, but it ended in failure.
This action was a grave sin unbefitting of a noble, but the king chose to overlook it.
His domestic abilities are lacking, and his subjects are dwindling, but his main source of income comes from the ‘slave trade’ not recognized within the kingdom, as he is connected to the empire behind the scenes.
He is a noble aligned with the current king’s faction and is closely tied to Bernard, the Marquis of Bausnerun, who is a prominent noble in the faction.
He is plotting to seize the territory of Baron O’Brian, a companion of Van, who rejected the position of Minister of War and betrayed the current king.
- Marquis Bernard Bausnerun
A central figure in the current king’s faction.
He holds prosperous lands located to the northwest of the Royal Capital, making him a wealthy noble economically.
Fearing the popularity and power of the hero party led by Van, he advises the king to eliminate them, but is thwarted by the young king’s brother.
Later, he considered the clever young king’s brother a threat and had him assassinated.
(so it is said)
Once infatuated with a female knight of the order, he despised her boyfriend knight and, by scheming, took her away, but was rescued by Bone Schnabel and has held a grudge over the humiliation since.
He has almost turned the foolish current king into a puppet and holds tremendous power in the royal court, but he is trying to find a way to oust Baron O’Brian, who does not comply with his wishes.
However, he cannot take direct action due to the overwhelming support Baron O’Brian has from the populace.
He is also a patron of the influential Hazel family from the Royal Capital, having entrusted his S-rank party, the Giacomo Rultz team, to Bolt Sontag, an executive of the Hazel family, and vice-captain Wal Weidenreich, a baron of the Royal Capital’s knight order, but this attempt to economically dominate Raetia failed.
Currently, he is plotting his next move.
- Bolt Zondark
An executive of the Hazel family.
During the Royal Capital days, he set his sights on Romy and kept her as a mistress, but she managed to escape.
In an attempt to expand the family’s influence in the Raetia economy, Sasha, the head of the Zett Merchant Guild, and Della Eugen, who holds the operating rights of the only private brōtḥel in Raetia, were kidnapped.
However, their plan was thwarted by Shinji and his group, and while trying to get a crotch tattoo on Romy, Hiroya interrupted them, cutting their body in half and causing their death.
- Giacomo Rultz
Once the leader of a party that was a candidate for the hero’s group.
A top-tier S-rank adventurer even in the Royal Capital, but due to his poor conduct, he was expelled from the Romuna Kingdom.
After that, he repeatedly explored the Great Labyrinth in the Imperial Capital of Welnia.
The current record for the 15th floor is held by them.
He was secretly summoned by Marquis Bausnerun and undertook various dark tasks within the Royal Capital.
He continued to harbor resentment towards Van and Shinji, hoping to accompany them in this Bolt plan to fight against them.
However, he was defeated by Shinji’s overwhelming power demonstrated through a temporary disenchantment of Bone and escaped using the gift of his companion, Rebecca Raider.
- Rebecca Raider
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772834/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
A female swordsman at Giacomo’s party.
Her weapon of choice is a double-handed axe (katana) style.
She was subjugated under Giacomo.
Her true worth lies in her innate power (gift), which allows her to create a barrier and carve out the space she once occupied.
Not only that, but the barrier can also take the damage she receives until it is destroyed.
This effect lasts until the barrier is shattered.
Moreover, she can teleport the barrier to a ‘familiar place’ or perform teleportation the moment the barrier is utilized.
However, her swordsmanship skills are rather unrefined and rough.
As such, she didn’t stand a chance against Hiroya.
And she’s quite clumsy, a bit of a klutz.
In the midst of battle, to the astonishment of Hiroya and Lilith,
She ultimately fell to her knees and was defeated due to the ‘masculine charm’ released within the barrier.
She let Giacomo escape but promised to return after keeping her word with Hiroya.
After the ‘disenchantment’ of Bone removed the slave mark, she was detained and interrogated by Knight Müller, then handed over to Baron O’Brian.
- Orten Delaney
A lancer in Giacomo’s party.
A large-framed man with a robust build.
Despite his physique, his rapid thrusts are a testament to his Rank S abilities.
But in reality, he is a ‘shadow’ created by the gift of a man with Growth Disorder, and the original is a small man with an unimposing demeanor.
He is a mirage remotely controlled by him.
Thus, normal attacks don’t穿透 him.
However, he doesn’t have strong resistance to magic, and if magic is used against him, the remote control can sometimes be disrupted.
During the battle with Gargantua, she was detected by her unique ‘battle intuition’ inherent to the Oni-kin race, and was felled by a single strike from a great naginata.
- Julio
Family name is unknown.
A Rank S Fighter belonging to Giacomo’s party.
Under the orders of the Sub-Baron Wal, he attempted to capture Carla but was thwarted by Asuka and Gorge.
He underestimated Rank B Asuka, but faced with the strength of Asuka who had already stepped into the Rank S realm, he was defeated and died.
- Raincrist Preonhart
The second prince of the Romuna Kingdom, he was part of the hero’s party.
He is the younger, half-brother of Bone Schnabel.
A Rank S adventurer proficient in combat, healing, scouting, and versatility.
He was part of the hero’s party but was ordered to return to the Royal Capital just before the battle with the Four Dark Heavens due to being third in line for the throne.
Despite his small stature, his agility allows him to toy with his enemies in battle.
Known as the ‘Invisible Strongman’ for his swift attacks with a short sword that accurately target vital points.
His nonchalant demeanor, more so than Van, often leads people to think of him as a lightweight, but his attitude towards enemies is cruelly cold-hearted.
Currently, he is a freelance adventurer traveling around, secretly active as an anti-king faction.
- Della Eugen
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772852/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
The operator of the inn, restaurant, and brōtḥel, the Chick Gathering Inn, located in Raetia.
Originally, she worked at a large inn in the Royal Capital.
A former colleague of Liz.
She foresaw the development of Raetia and decided to migrate there.
As a feudal lord, she obtained the rights to manage the brōtḥel after negotiations with her admired Baron O’Brian.
She launched the ‘Chick Gathering Inn’ with her savings and funding from Baron O’Brian.
Her feelings for Shinji had already shifted from admiration to ‘love,’ as she desired to physically comfort him since Megumi was taken away, and he accepted that, allowing her to become his ‘lover.’
She exudes the aura of a gentle innkeeper, but when she’s with her old friend Liz, she tends to speak casually, revealing her true self.
- Charlotte Zeitz
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772876/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
A researcher hailing from the magic school in the Royal Capital.
She worked in the magic tool development department associated with the royal castle.
Inspired by an ‘adult magic tool’ she received from a friend, she independently continued her research on ‘golem sex dolls’ and came to Raetia to pitch her ideas to the Zett Merchant Guild, seeking assistance from golem developers for her adult magic tool.
The presentation was a success, and she became a proud member of ‘Famière.’
Alongside her research, she was recognized for her ability to use healing magic and her skills in creating and controlling golems, which allowed her to join the Gieze team as an ‘adventurer’ and take on the Great Labyrinth of Raetia.
- Maya (Last name unknown)
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772878/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
A daughter of the tiger people.
Porter.
She was a slave owned by the leader of an adventure party that came from the fortress city Mundo.
Although she was treated well as a party member and didn’t face any harsh treatment.
After her entire party, including the leader, was wiped out in the Great Labyrinth Raetia, she made a daring escape using a teleportation scroll she was entrusted with, despite possessing a high magical power.
Arriving back at the Raetia garrison from the Great Labyrinth with nowhere to go, she smelled the aroma of food coming from the clan house and snuck into the pantry.
She was discovered by Hanna and, after going through various procedures, officially became a member of Famière.
Still young, but strong and physically fit, she’s a capable porter.
While her magical power is high, she can’t use magic because she hasn’t received training.
She serves as a porter for Gargantua’s party.
Though she ends her sentences with “-meow~,” she’s definitely not a catfolk.
- Mira Degener
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772886/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
A rookie who transferred from the Royal Capital to Raetia.
Along with her companions Amel, Zamie, and Ema, she completed the Thief training course at the Royal Capital’s training ground and came to Raetia after a year of adventuring.
As her fellow sync Amel, Zamie, and Ema were joining a party, she was the only one not scouted, so she was a bit anxious, but she was unexpectedly invited to join Gargantua’s party.
She’s not great at combat, but her detection, trap disarming, and lock-picking skills are top-notch among her synchronization.
And before she knew it, she joined Ares’s party along with Ema, becoming an apprentice adventurer under the care of ‘Famière.’
Milia, known as ‘Sage’, was hesitant to join a party filled with strong contenders like Gargantua from the former Four Dark Heavens, but she is diligently working to absorb knowledge from respected figures like Martina and other top-tier adventurers.
- Emanuela Gerdeller
A Thief who is in the same class as Amel, Zamie, and Mira.
She came to Raetia, where the Great Labyrinth is located, along with everyone else.
Commonly known as Ema.
While being harassed by male adventurers from Mundo, she was saved by Ares and Garm, and on Mira’s recommendation, she took this chance to join Ares.
Following negotiations between Ares and Liz, she becomes an adventurer under the care of Famière.
Her skills as a Thief are average, but she has been receiving guidance from Mira and excels in Detection, trap disarming, and lockpicking.
True to her youthful appearance, she has a slightly spoiled side, making her a sisterly figure among her peers.
- Amel Pitzner
A Thief who is in the same class as Mira, Ema, and Zamie.
Among her peers, her abilities stand out, making her a leader.
As soon as she arrived in Raetia, she formed a party with young adventurers who had just come from various places and became their leader.
She is sincere, cautious, and serious by nature.
Quite the handsome figure, he even receives invitations from waitresses and prostitutes at the Chick Gathering Inn.
- Zamie Abeille
In the same class as Amel, Ema, and Mira.
Although he is also a Thief, his skills in trap disarming and lockpicking are inferior to the other 3.
However, he excels in combat using a short sword, which led to him being recruited by a mid-level Adventure Party in Raetia.
He is a jokester and the mood maker among his peers.
- Lilith Diable
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772872/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
One of the twin ruling gods who created this world, the dark goddess Lilith.
She’s got quite a bold personality, often swiping cultural elements from her favorite world, Japan.
Furthermore, she summons people from various eras of Japan to settle her lineage in her own world.
(For example, the swordsmith Horikawa Kuniyasu, Yagyu Jubei Mitsuyoshi and his clan, and a clan known as the ‘demons.’)
At the twilight of the ancient civilization, a conflict arises between the followers of the light goddess Frejya and her own, and in an attempt to calm it, she ends up sealed in the deepest layer of the Great Labyrinth by the Supreme God’s apostles, the Azragees, along with Frejya.
Afterward, the ‘Yamikirimaru’ enshrined in the depths of the Welnia Labyrinth by the 11th Kuniyasu, known as the first Kuniyasu of the current civilization (the first being a person from the ancient civilization.
The ancient civilization is forgotten by everyone except certain races and individuals), has part of its power housed within, and it awakens thanks to Hiroya’s strength.
As of now, the body remains sealed, but as the power within Yamikirimaru (activated by Hiroya’s strength) grows, it begins to materialize.
- Frejya Ariadne
<a href=”https://38618.mitemin.net/userpageimage/viewimagebig/icode/i772874/” rel=”noreferrer noindex external” target=”_blank”>[Illustration]</a>
One of the twin gods who created this world alongside Lilith.
Frejya is her sister.
At the end of the ancient civilization, Lilith was sealed away by Azragees in the Great Labyrinth Raetia.
A portion of its power resided in Kamikirimaru, which had been offered to the 11th Kuniyasu, but since the Great Labyrinth Raetia remained undiscovered, the portion of Frejya that resided in Kamikirimaru, which was kept in the Deep Floor, could not awaken.
It was only when Hiroya obtained it and, for a short time, infused it with magical power that it finally awakened due to the strong essence that adhered to it.
Afterward, the Liz Team, who reached the deepest floor, released the sealed main body.
Having entrusted the management of the Great Labyrinth to the Water Dragon, Wash, it was able to return to the surface for the first time since the ancient civilization.
