Chapter 553 The Last Piece Part ②
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
Back in my old world, rubber showed up in almost every industrial product imaginable. The first thing most people thought of was a rubber band, but even if you stuck to everyday goods, you could find it in tires, furniture pads, rubber gaskets, condoms, and countless other things.
That was not why I was looking for it, though.
If I had this—if I finally had access to something like this—I could make a proper dropper. A clit-cap would no longer be a distant dream. And if I pushed the technology a little further, I might even be able to recreate that legendary—or perhaps infamous—Adult Good: the U***-n****r…!
Granted, I doubted the original actually used a dropper, but the material itself was a necessary stepping stone if I wanted to recreate anything similar in this world. Beyond that, it had plenty of practical uses, including waterproofing and all sorts of manufactured products.
”This material is…!?”
”Oh, right, you did not know?” she replied, leaning closer. “That toy is called a Komipora. It bounces really well, so children use it for games. Honestly, it is not a bad toy. Some are molded into special shapes so they bounce unpredictably, and hunters use them for target practice while soldiers train with them as well…”
”Not the use case—the material!” I shouted. “What is it made of!?”
”Uh…? A Komipom. Or, in your language, I suppose you would call it a bean. You boil it until it softens, crush it into a paste, and then mold it. The beans are edible before processing, and they have a unique chewy texture. They are quite good.”
”They are… cultivated!?”
”Indeed. Aurumcame is an agricultural nation, after all. We are one of the largest producers of Komipom.”
Victory. Absolute, unquestionable victory.
So rubber came from the sap of a rubber tree in my old world, but here it came from a bean. Fine. The details could wait. What mattered now was what I could do with it.
”I want to import Komipom. As much as possible and as quickly as possible. No, wait, maybe I should figure out what I can actually make first. If possible, I would also like to buy seedlings. I do not know whether they will grow in this climate, but if I can develop a greenhouse… No, hold on, that comes later. Can Komipora be reprocessed? Better yet, if there are specialists who work with it, I want an introduction immediately.”
”W-wait, Harvest-sama!” she stammered. “I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about!”
”Oh, right. Sorry. First things first. I need to make something. Can this Komipora be reshaped?”
”O-oh, yes, I believe so. We collect worn-out Komipora and melt them down to make new ones.”
”How? How do you mold it?”
”Erm, you chop it into small pieces and boil it again. For the Pora themselves, we either make sheets and stitch them together using more Komi, or we build them around a wooden core. This one should have a core inside.”
That was all I needed to hear.
The material might be thinner than I wanted because the toy was hollow, but there should still be enough for at least one prototype. Hugging the Komipora under my arm, I grabbed Nada-san’s hand.
”Come on. We are developing a new product, and you are helping me.”
”Eh? R-right now?”
”Yes. Right now.”
Unable to contain my excitement, I rushed out of the room. In my enthusiasm, I completely forgot there were items inside that should not be shown to outsiders and barreled straight into the Court Mages’ research lab.
”Hey, Kento, bringing outsiders in here…!”
”My bad! It is an emergency! I am borrowing your equipment!”
One of the mages I had gotten close to while building the Ddo-Buddy Cannon immediately started complaining. It would have been perfect if Satsuki, my Love Mage, had been around, but she was currently on half-paternity leave at the Ddo-Buddy Palace.
”H-Harvest-sama, is this really allowed!?”
”I am authorized to enter, so probably. If someone yells at me later, I will apologize. Anyway, Nada-san, how finely should I cut this?”
”Eh!? U-um, the smaller the pieces, the easier it melts once it turns into paste. B-but are you really sure about this!?”
Ignoring her panic, I drew my knife and stabbed the Komipora. Magic would have been easier, but cutting-type spells were notoriously difficult to control and far outside my area of expertise.
Rather than bursting, the Komipora released a long wheezing fshhh as the air escaped. The material was thicker than I had expected, and just as Nada-san had said, a wooden branch sat inside as the core.
After removing it, I gutted the toy and began dicing the material into small pieces. Although still visibly flustered, Nada-san eventually seemed to decide that helping was better than watching, so she grabbed a knife and joined me.
”Is… is this small enough?”
”Yes. Thank you.”
As we worked, more Court Mages drifted over, muttering things like, “Kento’s doing something weird again.” Personally, I did not think I did that many strange things, but considering the existence of the Ddo-Buddy Cannon, I was not exactly in a position to argue.
”I am going to boil this. Can somebody bring me a pot? And I need someone on fire duty.”
”Seriously…”
I pointed at a nearby Court Mage, and despite my increasingly unreasonable behavior, nobody complained. In fact, they seemed genuinely curious about what kind of trouble I would cause next, so a pot appeared almost immediately.
The others joined Nada-san in cutting the Komi, and before long everything was ready.
I was honestly grateful.
”Higher heat is better, right?”
”…Yes. A rolling boil. You have to keep stirring so it does not burn. Eventually the Komi melts into a sludge. Once there are no lumps left, you take it out and shape it, but after that it starts setting as it cools, so you have to work fast.”
”You heard her.”
”Gotcha.”
The diced Komi went into a pot of water, and the fire sprang to life beneath it. While the others handled the boiling, I turned my attention to the mold.
The locals usually used wooden cores, but with several talented metalworkers nearby, I had them make something different: a small metal sphere attached to a rod, with the connection smoothed into a seamless curve.
In other words, the perfect center structure for a dropper.
I sketched the design, they produced it exactly as requested, and by the time they finished, the Komi had begun dissolving.
”What, you are making something again?”
”Marsetta-san. Just watch.”
”Master’s inventions are always so eccentric.”
”Oh, even the Chief Mage is here…”
With Marsetta-san and Chief Mage Dalffbull-shi observing, the project finally reached its critical moment.
I poured the thick, sticky Komi over the metal sphere. The material clung beautifully to the surface, gradually forming the shape I wanted. Since it kept sagging under its own weight, I added layer after layer until the walls were thick enough to hold.
That was good enough for a prototype.
Once it cooled and hardened, I removed the metal core and carefully trimmed the edges with a knife. Around me, Nada-san and the Court Mages stared at the finished object with growing confusion.
Ignoring them, I pressed the opening against my arm and squeezed the bulb.
The result was immediate.
The dropper sealed itself perfectly against my skin, and when I pulled it away, it came loose with a deeply satisfying—
PLOP!
”…It is finished! The dropper—no, the clit-cap… no, wait…”
I raised the prototype triumphantly overhead.
”…The prototype Chiku-Kuri-Chuu-Chuu is complete!!!”
”???”
The gathered crowd could only stand there in stunned silence, mouths hanging open before the overwhelming magnitude of my invention.

Summary:
Kento discovers that the local rubber-like material, Komipora, comes from a bean called a Komipom and decides to use it to manufacture adult products. He rushes to the Court Mages’ lab with Nada-san to experiment, successfully creating a working dropper prototype he dubs the “Chiku-Kuri-Chuu-Chuu.” The researchers, including senior mages and the Chief, are left baffled by his bizarre invention.
—
Trivia:
The local name for the bean is Komipom, while the toy made from it is called Komipora.
The Aurumcame nation is a major producer of Komipom.
Kento’s Love Mage Satsuki is currently away on paternity leave.
The Court Mages are accustomed to Kento’s strange inventions like the “Ddo-Buddy Cannon.”
The molding process for Komipora involves boiling it into a paste and shaping it quickly before it cools.
