Volume 2 Chapter 27 Secret Departure
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
I stayed in Naha for about a month, living at my parents’ house without much to do, just sightseeing with Ms. Claudel here and there.
It was my first time visiting Shuri Castle, and I heard that it burned down after I teleported there with Ms. Akari, but now it has been significantly restored, and records of the restoration were on display.
Ms. Claudel acted strictly as a work partner in front of my parents, and we had separate bedrooms.
However, there were times when I felt lonely, and while sightseeing outside, I occasionally fulfilled my responsibilities as a friend with benefits.
One Sunday evening, Mr. George visited our house with Tomori and Haruto, and while drinking awamori, he told me,
”Mr. Yuuta, the arrangements for you to go back to your home country have finally been made. I will accompany you.”
”That’s reassuring. So what should we do?”
”Well… you aside, Ms. Claudel’s departure arrangements seem troublesome, so she will take a military plane from Kadena to Saipan. From there, she will take a regular passenger flight, going through Hawaii to Los Angeles. Then please meet your father.”
”Understood. It’s finally happening.”
That said, the gate was still closed, and even if the meeting with former Major General Anderson was successful, there were no plans for my return…
My dad had already bought half a dozen potted rubber trees, placing them in the garden and watering them every day.
I can’t bring back that many, and I mentioned that they could be propagated by cuttings…
Two days later, for the secret departure, without any family to see me off, I quietly entered Kadena Air Base with Mr. George’s guidance and boarded a large military transport plane.
I had imagined something bulky since it was a military aircraft, but it was pressurized and had living conditions comparable to a passenger plane.
After passing through Saipan and Hawaii, we arrived in Los Angeles after 2 days.
”This is an amazing city. It’s incomparable to Naha.”
Ms. Claudel said, astonished by the skyscrapers in LA, but I was a bit curious about what she had said when I was showing her around Tokyo. We then checked into a hotel in downtown LA.
My query is:
”I’ve set up a meeting with your father for tomorrow. For now, please relax here. And while Los Angeles is a big city, it’s not as safe as Japan. Since neither of you are fluent in English, please don’t go out at night. Feel free to order room service.”
Mr. George said this as he handed room keys to me and Ms. Claudel.
”It’s okay. I stay with my darling in same room until morning.”
Ms. Claudel said, but since I didn’t translate, Mr. George probably didn’t understand what she said.
When we entered the room… Wow.
What floor is this? The windows are huge and the view is amazing. Ms. Claudel is also amazed.
”Darling… Are we in an airplane? The city looks so far below…”
”No, we’re not flying. We’re on the ground, but this is… the 60th floor.”
”Oh, it’s like a dream to be able to have s*x with you up here in the sky…”
”Haha. You’re already full of energy…”
”Of course. Look, I’m already…”
As she said this, Ms. Claudel lifted her skirt to her stomach, revealing her white panties through her black stockings, and I could see that her crotch was moist.
”Darling… Come here…”
Ms. Claudel, sitting on the edge of the large window, seductively invited me, and I hugged her from behind.
Ah, I can see the ground far below.
If we fall from here, we’ll definitely die…
I thought to myself, but the sense of danger to my life stimulates my s*xual desire.
I slowly lowered Ms. Claudel’s stockings and kissed her thighs.
”Ah…”
As Ms. Claudel writhes, the crotch of her panties, which she is still wearing, seems even wetter, and I can’t help but move my face closer and press my nose against it, smelling an indescribably seductive lady’s scent.
”Ah, darling. Don’t tease me…”
”Sorry, sorry. You’re so attractive… So…”
As I slowly put my hand on her panties and gently lowered them, her love juice seemed to stretch like a thread…
Thus, my time with Ms. Claudel in Los Angeles deepened.

The next day.
I thought that since former Major General Anderson was now the governor of California, we would go to the state capitol, but it was completely different.
I was taken to a place that looked like a suburban restaurant.
”No, no. We can’t talk about another world in a public place.”
Mr. George said with a laugh. It seemed to be reserved just for us, and we were led further inside, where large sofas were lined up, and one of them had a stout man sitting on it.
”Hey, papa. Long time no see!”
”Oh, George. You look well too. How’s Hart?”
”Haha. Jumping right into the grandchild talk? Today is different, right? Look, I brought someone. Mr. Yuuta and Elf Ms. Claudel.”
”Oh, my apologies. I’m late to introduce myself. I am Mihail Anderson, the father of this George and that Gregory.”
”Nice to meet you. I’m Kashiwagi Yuuta. By the way… about your name, Mr. Mihail…”
”Is there something wrong with my name?”
”Oh, no. It’s just a coincidence, but the Count Elf I was greatly indebted to over there is also Sir Mihail…”
”I see. So, Mr. Yuuta has a deep connection with the name Mihail. I would love to meet that Count as well.”
”I think we might get along well.”
”That’s good to hear. And… regarding Gregory, along with the military notes and the knife, I want to express my gratitude once again.”
With that, Mr. Anderson bowed deeply.
After casually discussing things since coming here and family matters, we got to the main topic.
Mr. Anderson began to speak about it.
”You probably already know, but we established the AWCC to prepare for such matters, so if someone comes from there in the future, I recommend relying on that first. Its recognition is still low… or rather, it’s still a secret organization at the private sector level, but we are gradually making connections with friendly countries, so even if it’s not Japan or the United States, I think the AWCC could be useful depending on the country that emerges. Well, ideally, it would be great if all UN member countries could share a common understanding, but given the current international situation, many countries are not likely to think that way…”
”I kind of understand that. However, the Elves from that world are incredibly long-lived compared to humans, and I believe Queen Asuka will patiently wait for our preparations over spans of 50 or a hundred years.”
”That’s reassuring. Then let’s proceed in that direction.”
”Yes!”
With that, Ms. Claudel and I exchanged a strong handshake with Mr. Anderson.
”So, Mr. Yuuta. Have you made any plans for your return?”
”Oh, no. About that… even though we’ve agreed on future policies, the crucial gate is still closed, so I can’t make arrangements to return right away. I don’t know if it’s a malfunction or an accident, but I believe the people from that world are doing their best, so I think I’ll wait patiently.”
”I see. In that case, Mr. Yuuta, I have a request. You know that we are also researching and investigating that gate, right?”
”Yes. I heard from Ellulu that Mr. Gregory and the woman who was with him were involved in that research.”
”Oh, Ms. Ellulu. It’s been a while. Is she doing well?”
”Yes. She’s already one of the top designers in the Royal Capital.”
”That’s great to hear. Now, regarding that research… it seems that the Elf country is a step ahead of us in gate research. If it’s not too much trouble, could you share that knowledge with our engineers here?”
”I see.”
With that, I conveyed what Mr. Anderson had just said to Ms. Claudel.
”Isn’t it fine? It seems that the queen thinks that mutual research will lead to a quicker realization of free exchanges. We are full ambassadors, so I believe we can respond based on our judgment. Well, I know that my and darling’s insights are limited.”
”Right.”
I gladly accepted Mr. Anderson’s offer.
”Thank you. I was a bit anxious about being on guard.”
”Haha. It’s the same for both of us.”
”As George mentioned, Mr. Yuuta does seem like someone we can talk to openly. If that’s the case, Mr. Yuuta, there’s one more thing, a confidential matter, that I want to share.”
”What is it?”
”Actually, there’s one more person who came from that world to here and can’t go back.”
”What!?”
Ms. Claudel was also surprised, saying she had never heard such a story.
”About 3 years ago, during an investigation by the army on what seemed to be a gate that appeared in a certain town, this person suddenly jumped out from the gate. And shortly after, that gate disappeared. At first glance, it was clear that this being was not human… Ah, I think it would be better for you to meet that person directly and then talk. Can you meet them?”
”Yes! Of course!!”
Someone came from that world? Who could it be and for what purpose… or maybe they got caught up in a naturally occurring gate?
Anyway, it seems we won’t know the truth unless we meet and talk.
I exchanged glances with Ms. Claudel.
