Volume 4 Chapter 32 Initiation
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
In the dining hall, the debate over where the genius Rosa was split the group. One side believed she was not in this port; the other backed the careful Captain Robert.
Captain Robert argued that whether the girl the guide Francis described as older than me was truly the genius Rosa did not matter. His point was that as long as the Turkic Empire was handling the mediation, Rosa had to be somewhere in this port. While that seemed sound in terms of diplomacy, Major Sonya’s view—that because this was a military operation, we had to assume Rosa might not be there—finally won out.
The result came down to three points:
First, find the Amazoness ship. Starting tomorrow morning, we would send out as many [fixed-wing drones] as possible to locate any suspicious vessels.
Second, during the talks at the [Scripture Church] mosque, confirming Rosa’s presence was the top priority. If we could confirm her, we would proceed with talks. If we could not, “Izumo” would immediately head down the Suez Canal to search for the Amazoness ship.
Third, we would bring the hostage princess, Nikaure Saba, to the [Scripture Church] mosque. On the surface, she served as bait to force them to show Rosa. If the Amazoness tried a rescue, we would let them take her, track them, and attack with suicide [fixed-wing drones].
”That is all,” the Major stated. “Of course, if the hostage exchange goes smoothly, that would be ideal.”
Afterward, our “Izumo” crew reported on the Red Flame Ball in Palermo and news about the Michea Empire and The Boltechino, while Major Sonya and her team discussed the journey to Suez and the General of Turku.
”We traveled from the Royal Capital, took civilian ships down the Danube River, entered the Turkish Sea, and landed at the Imperial Capital of the former East Room Empire, Byzantium—a place like Istanbul—now controlled by the Turkic Empire. We met with Nizar, the man known as the brilliant prime minister of Turku.”
Prime Minister Nizar, who looked younger than his years, had engaged Major Sonya—a career soldier—not in military talks about land or eastern threats, but only in empty talk about boosting trade.
”He played the fool to perfection, with zero mention of any practical matters.”
”The person the Turku sent as their Aid mediator is the Mamluk General, Boris Niyazov. He came to greet us as soon as we arrived in Suez. He’s not yet forty. He seems young for a General, but since he led the occupation of Harmonia, he clearly has real skill, or else deep ties to Prime Minister Nizar and the Emperor’s kin.”
”Either way, it means he holds great power within the Empire,” Robert added.
”What is the title ‘Mamluk General’?” Tatyana asked.
”A Mamluk is what you would call a Slave Soldier in Schweilitz.”
”The aviation units of ‘Tsukushi’ and ‘Izumo’ will begin using [fixed-wing drones] at dawn tomorrow to search for the Amazoness. Tell the negotiators to report immediately. We will send the transport at ten o’clock; do not be late. Dismissed.”
”Boy, bring two suicide [fixed-wing drones] and come with us,” the Major ordered.
”It gets cold at night, doesn’t it?” Second Lieutenant Sarah remarked.
”Yeah. By the way, Second Lieutenant, what happened to your piercings?” I asked.
”Uhyahyahyahya!” The Major burst into laughter, pointing at Sarah. “Sarah’s tryin’ to get pregnant with children. Hilarious, ain’t it?”
”Hey, boy. Why do you think that is?” the Major asked, looking amused.
”Remember how the former 101st Golems Battalion had four companies?”
”The fourth commander was the first to get hitched, right? Then the second commander decided to get married, too. When she heard that, this one here got all anxious. The third commander is an Elf Mage like me, so she doesn’t need to worry for another hundred years. Before she knew it, she was the last single commander left, and on top of that, she’s turnin’ thirty soon. Isn’t it funny? Ahiyahyahyahya!”
”Major, that’s enough,” I said, but the Major’s face twisted into something vicious.
”Hmm?” she replied, tilting her head. “Then maybe the boy should get Sarah pregnant.”
”Rejoice, Sarah,” she continued. “The boy says he’ll do it for you. I just found out, but the boy even did it with a Dwarf, didn’t he? The boy’s the type who’d screw a whale if there’s a hole.” She laughed darkly. “Ah, to be young. Hey, Sarah, have him embrace you tonight. Oh? Sarah, are you not satisfied? Then shall I add her, too?”
”Don’t worry,” she said, turning to Maria. “I’ll drain Maria’s Mana so she can’t resist. See?”
She then leaned in close to Maria. “How’s it feel, being toyed with by the guy who killed your parents while you’re in a state where you can’t even resist? It feels good, doesn’t it?”
The Major’s grin widened. “You’re happy too, aren’t you, boy? There aren’t many situations where you can satisfy your sadistic urges like this. Plus, this young, erotic body.”
”Ah, what?” she demanded when I didn’t respond. “Are you unsatisfied?”
”I see,” she said slowly. “So the boy’s a bottom, then.”
”Rejoice,” she added. “Chulpan is here, too.”
”Major. No, The Major.” I straightened up, meeting her gaze. “Two years have passed since then. I have transitioned from a ‘bottom’ to a ‘top’.”
”Oh? Then can you show me you can violate Maria?” she challenged.
”With pleasure,” I replied.
”The boy has become quite sensible,” she mused. “You’ve grown up, haven’t you?”
”Boy, get the [fixed-wing drone] ready. You lot, surround the boy and make a wall,” the Major commanded.
”They came from the south, didn’t they?” someone observed.
”Schweilitz folks?” another soldier asked.
”That’s right,” the Major confirmed. “What do the Amazoness want?”
”Has our princess, Nikaure Saba, arrived?” one of them demanded.
”Where’s Rosa?” another pressed. “Answer me.”
”She’s being treated with the utmost hospitality on our ship,” the Amazoness replied. “The princess, however—”
”Which ship is it?” the Major cut in.
”Anchored a little to the south from here,” came the answer.
”I see,” the Major said. “Then bring Rosa to the negotiation site tomorrow. We’ll bring your princess as well. Agreed?”
”Boy!” she called.
”I’ll have Maria monitor that [Shack] until morning,” I replied.
”Boy, it’s been a while. Come sleep with us,” Chulpan called out.
”Oh my,” another voice chimed in, “isn’t that the boy from before? You’ve grown quite a bit, haven’t you?”
”Chulpan, you have Vaseline, right?” the Major asked. “You do, right?”
”Unfortunately, we’re out,” Chulpan replied.
”Well then we can’t play like we used to, can we?” the Major said with a smirk.
”It’s fine,” I muttered. “We have olive oil as a substitute.”
”Well then, boy,” the Major commanded. “Strip [Narou]. Sarah, you take it off too.”
”Look, boy,” she taunted. “Are you embarrassed? Are you? [Hatsuyatsu]… I shall undress you.”
