The next day. I ended up sleeping until nearly noon, but after eating the meal the maids prepared, I headed toward the room of the Great Phantasmal Soulstone¹.
There, I opened the operation window and checked on the status of the Dominion².
”Since we poured in enough Resource Points³, the North Farm is finally complete,” I said.

That had been my intention from the start. Even if I could scout Japanese people, it’s difficult for them to balance living in two different worlds. People like me aren’t exactly common.
”What’s the plan for today ne~?” Ami-chan asked.
”I’m going to the town to stock the warehouse with crops,” I said.
Cleonora and Reika are doing special training as Magical Girls, while Liliarette and Iris are educating Aris-chan. I’ve left the command of the maids and the protection of the Dominion entirely to Vectra-san.
Thinking about it, I feel like we’re simply short on Magical Girl manpower… Now that we have a surplus of Resource Points, maybe I should be more proactive in searching for Magical Girl candidates.

I answered without thinking. I was led by him into the mansion.
Had Lambdaine-san been waiting for me…? But he shouldn’t have known when I’d show up here… Moreover, I’m a bit worried about talking to Lambdaine-san without Eme-chan around…
Clutching that anxiety, I entered the room. Inside were Lambdaine-san and a middle-aged man.

”We grow various crops in the Demon Forest⁹, but we don’t actually raise any livestock. I was wondering if you could use the money you’re holding for me to arrange for some…” I suggested.
I think I can manage livestock feed by using corn and such effectively. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll think about it then. Anyway, now that the farms, castle walls, and the defense system against demon monsters are all set up, I figured I could handle looking after livestock.
”I see… We could probably get some chickens, but… hey, Alest. What about cows ze?” Lambdaine asked.
”I believe we can have five head ready by the next time the King of The Magic Labyrinth visits. However, taking care of them requires manpower and facilities. Will you be alright in that regard?” Alest asked.
”Yes, that’s not a problem,” I said.
I can provide plenty of manpower, and I can whip up a ranch in no time.
”Just livestock, then. In that case, we shall arrange them using the 15 million Balz we are holding for you,” Alest said.
”Thank you very much,” I replied.
Through the discussion with Alest-san, it was decided that they would prepare five dairy cows and thirty chickens within ten days. However, he emphasized that since keeping them incurs costs, I should come to pick them up as soon as possible.
For now, the transactions with the Kelna Merchant Guild are going smoothly. I want to keep developing the Dominion steadily like this.
