I dragged myself home, showered off the sweat and resentment, and pretty much died the second my head hit the pillow.
When I woke up the next morning, Ami-chan was already sprawling across my futon like she owned the place.
”I’m hooome~☆ And good morning, sleepyhead!”
”Welcome back,” I mumbled, rubbing my eyes. “…So, uh, that whole Handsome Suit incident yesterday. We’re in the clear, right?”
”Totally fine! Zero problems on my end~♪” She rolled onto her stomach, kicking her feet in the air, eyes sparkling with mischief. “But oh my god, the stuff that happened after you left was comedy gold.”
According to her, the second the Handsome Suit finished washing his hands, he strutted back to the changing room like nothing happened. The kendo girl had already cleaned herself up, wiped the floor, the whole deal. Then she looped her arm through his like they were a lovey-dovey couple and they walked out together, all smiles.
”And my involvement…?” I asked, already knowing the answer.
”Not even a little suspicious! She’s one-hundred-percent convinced that handsome bastard gave her the ride of her life♪ She kept clinging to him on the way home going ‘That was my first time feeling that good~’ and ‘Let’s do it again soon, okay?’”
The guy, meanwhile, was obviously patting himself on the back for adding another filly to his stable. Probably thought his bedroom skills were god-tier now. Kept whispering sweet nothings to lock her in.
”So basically,” Ami-chan summed up, grinning, “the girl’s falling hard, and the guy just sees her as a convenient side chick since they’re both taken. Drama incoming, mark my words~”
”Fascinating,” I deadpanned.
”You sound like you couldn’t care less!”
”I couldn’t. That’s a world I have zero connection to.”
”More importantly,” I said, sitting up, “today’s the fifth day. I should be able to go back to the other world, right?”
”Yep, portal’s wide open~♪ So? Heading straight home?”
”Yeah, I was thinking I’d just work one more shift today and—”
That was when Ami-chan’s eyes suddenly blazed gold.
”Ami-chan?! Your eyes—!”
”Wha—? The Sun-Colored Demonic Eye¹ activated by itself again?” She blinked, genuinely surprised. “Huh, that’s rare.”
I remembered that one. The eye that points to a place where a fate-altering event is guaranteed to happen.
”…What’d you see?”
”Direction and distance… definitely your part-time job.”
My stomach dropped.
If I went to work today, something huge—life-changing huge—was waiting for me.
Problem is, the Sun-Colored Eye doesn’t care if it’s good fate or bad fate. Could be a winning lottery ticket. Could be instant death.
”Should I… go?”
Last time my lifespan was basically zero, so I had no choice but to chase every lead. Now? I could just nope out and go home to the other world where things actually made sense.
And when I thought “workplace,” only two things came to mind: the kendo girl and the Handsome Suit.
What if the Handsome Suit realized he never actually came inside her? What if the police were already there analyzing the floor for DNA? I’d walk straight into an interrogation room.
Or worse—what if it had nothing to do with them and everything to do with the pursuit team from the other world catching my scent?
”If I run into those guys here…” I muttered.
”You’d die, instantly,” Ami-chan said cheerfully. “No Magical Girl to save you, no Ego Points to burn on a strong maid, nothing. You’d be paste.”
I broke out in a cold sweat.
Fate flagged by the Sun-Colored Eye is never small potatoes. Good outcome? Awesome. Bad outcome? Dead. No in-between.
”…Screw it. I’m going back right now.”
”Smart choice♪ The fact it triggered on its own means it’s probably life-or-death.”
Yeah, no thanks. I still had years left on the clock. I wasn’t gambling them on a coin flip.
So we packed up and jumped worlds.

(This is utterly unbelievable, but so much has happened…!)
I, Kiraurumi A. Armelda, have, right now, been saddled with the secret mission to protect the entire world…!
The catalyst was a cat I gave a certain cat food to: NN Chuuruu². That cat, it turns out, was an amazing feline visitor from another world…!
”But seriously, like, is this whole Disaster-Bringing Lewd Princess thing, the Orgoamii³, that Dum Dum Key is talking about, even real?” Gin-chan wondered, slightly skeptical. “I mean, yeah, a talking cat is pretty wild, but still~!”
”The name is Orgoamii, correct,” Kiyome corrected, ever precise.
‘There is no mistake; she is in this area. Even as we walk now, I can vaguely sense her presence,’ the cat, Dum Dum Key-san (Dum-chan), affirmed, his cat-face somehow looking profound.
Dum-chan explained that he had pursued a wicked fairy from his world. But in this world, the power from his original dimension was difficult to use. That’s why, somehow, we three were chosen! Why us!? Dum-chan thought it would be more efficient to transfer his power to humans, and he decided to entrust it to the three of us. So, without much of a plan, the three of us have started patrolling the town to ensure peace.
Gin-chan, well, she’s completely thrilled by the whole thing! A talking cat! For Gin-chan, who had been craving some excitement in her day-to-day life, this must have felt like getting a plane ride over a river⁴ of boredom, I bet!
”I didn’t expect Kiyo-chan to come along, though. Even if I am happy to have you!” Gin-chan exclaimed.
”It’s not for you. If you two go off alone, who knows what would happen… Don’t you think someone needs to be the coordinator?” Kiyome stated, unblinkingly.
”Hey, Kiyo-chan! That’s my line!” I exclaimed.
”Eh?! B-But I was thinking the exact same thing!” Kiyome insisted, looking slightly flustered. Kiyome is a serious Bro-Con⁵, completely blind to the world around her! And Gin-chan is free-spirited and also completely blind to her surroundings! That’s why we definitely need a coordinator, someone who can actually look around and make sound judgments. Yes, that would be me.
”But Dum-chan… this fairy, she’s dangerous, right…? What if we just suddenly encounter her? Will we be okay…?” I asked, feeling my stomach clench.
”Yeah, what about that? You said something about giving us power, but how does that help us, Ducky?” Gin-chan challenged the cat.
Dum-chan spun around to face us. He really is an adorable cat to look at.
‘Indeed. Your questions are only natural, maidens. But rest assured. The Lewd Princess has currently lost her strength,’ he intoned.
”Lost her strength…? Dum-san, what do you mean by that?” Kiyome asked.
‘A while ago, we were engaged in a great battle. At that time, she lost almost all her power and made an escape across dimensions,’ the cat explained.
Dum-chan’s story was that the fairy had accidentally fled to this world—Japan. His side decided that now was the only time they could defeat her, so they pursued. And because she’s weak now, giving us her power is enough to defeat her, apparently. Heee…
”Is this fairy truly wicked? What exactly did she do, specifically?” Kiyome pressed for detail.
‘She is a growing devil. She preys upon the ugly Ego that nests in the human heart and builds a special Domain… Eventually, these Domains will invade the world, and those possessed by her become a Demon Lord,’ Dum-chan hissed.
”Eh!?” I gasped.
”A Demon Lord!? What is that, it sounds amazing!” Gin-chan squealed, her eyes sparkling.
‘It is truly amazing. If left unchecked, she will gain the power to dominate all worlds across dimensions. The last Demon Lord possessed by her killed most of the men in that world and put a terrifying Curse upon countless young women,’ Dum-chan said, his voice lowering.
Oh my gosh, that’s terrifying! Wait, the fairy possesses a human, and that person becomes the Demon Lord…!?
”…What kind of curse was it?” Kiyome asked, her logical mind still ticking.
‘It is something that is difficult to speak of to pure maidens such as yourselves. However, you must know how terrifying she is. The women who received the curse would perish after one year unless they received the essence from a male within their womb,’ Dum-chan explained, laying out the terrible bargain.
”Heh…?” I could only manage a small squeak.
”E-E-Es… Essence…!?” Gin-chan stuttered.
So, that…!? W-Was it that thing where the stamen and pistil… do that, and then that, and…?! While my eyes spun in circles, Kiyome nodded with an understanding look.
”In other words, to survive, they had to accept whatever lewd demands the Demon Lord or a man made of them, let them do what they wanted, and receive the essence into their uterus…?” Kiyome summarized with disturbing clarity.
”Ugh, of course a Demon Lord would do something so terrible~. Even I’m grossed out by that,” Gin-chan admitted, for once looking dismayed.
”U-U-Uterus…!? Es-Essence…!?” I was still stuck on the details.
‘In a world where men were few, many women were afflicted by the curse. Just as Kiyome says, some abandoned their dignity and sacrificed themselves to survive,’ Dum-chan confirmed.
In short! The fairy and the Demon Lord are absolutely wicked people! That much was clear…!
”But wait~. How did you manage to whittle down the fairy’s power in the first place?” Gin-chan asked, jumping back to the strategy.
‘We defeated the Demon Lord. The human she possesses is always one. This ‘Demon Lord Egg,’ as it were, is the source of her power… Conversely, by defeating the Demon Lord, Orgoamii’s power is reset,’ the cat revealed.
The Demon Lord possessed by the fairy apparently grows quickly, and as the Demon Lord grows, the fairy gains more power. But if the Demon Lord is defeated, the fairy can’t regain her strength until she cultivates a new Demon Lord. This is… this is really putting the fate of the world on us!? I can’t do this! Find an Olympic athlete or someone amazing, please!
‘The Demon Lord Egg is not easily found. Since she was defeated before, she will seek an even more powerful candidate, so she is not possessing anyone yet. This means she is powerless. If we find her now, we can deal with her immediately,’ Dum-chan reassured us.
”…How do you know she hasn’t possessed anyone yet?” Kiyome asked, skeptical again.
‘It is simple. When she possesses a Demon Lord candidate, she unfurls her Domain. The waves emitted from that are impossible to completely conceal,’ the cat answered.
Dum-chan hasn’t felt those waves yet. Now that he mentions it, Dum-chan always notices immediately whenever someone opens a package of NN Chuuruu, no matter how far away… Is he sensing the Chuuruu waves!?
”So, Dum-chan came to this world to prevent it from suffering the same fate as his own, huh?” I concluded, sensing his resolve.
‘…Indeed. And she is currently unable to cross dimensions again. If we find her here, there is nowhere for her to run,’ Dum-chan said, his adorable cat face hardening with resolve.
Ugh… But he’s still so cute!
‘However, it will be you maidens who do the actual work. So, as a gesture of thanks… if you manage to subjugate the Lewd Princess, I shall grant you a single wish, anything at all,’ he offered, looking up at us.
”Eh!?” We all stared at him. Anything…!?
”Does that include things like: ‘I wish all cats worldwide could eat wasabi…’?” Gin-chan asked, completely serious.
‘It is possible,’ Dum-chan replied.
”What about: ‘I wish to build a happy family with my Elder Brother…’? ” Kiyome asked, her eyes lighting up instantly.
‘It is possible,’ Dum-chan repeated.
”And what about: ‘I wish to become a low-height, sweet-loli beautiful girl myself!?’” Gin-chan quickly followed up.
‘P-Possi… what is that, exactly?’ Dum-chan looked genuinely confused.
Ah… Though she usually hides it, Gin-chan is actually a huge fan of cute little girls. She has a bit of a complex about her tall height, too, and she’s always trying to cling to me, which is a bit of a problem. One is a serious loli enthusiast, the other is a serious Bro-Con! It really does feel like this group would be a mess without me!
‘At any rate, the scent of her presence is definitely in this area. I apologize, but please accompany me on patrol for a bit longer today,’ Dum-chan requested.
”Ooh!” Gin-chan agreed instantly.
Before we knew it, we had arrived at the municipal swimming pool. For the sake of our wishes, we agreed to continue accompanying Dum-chan for the time being.

Kiraurumi and her team are a comedic trio of high school anxiety, brother-complex logic, and height-complexed enthusiasm, hilariously ill-equipped for their cosmic mission, which centers on a darkly sexual curse (replaced for rating).

This chapter is a structural pivot. It closes Shou’s Japan arc for now, justifying his flight by adding the threat of the pursuit team and a confirmed ‘death flag’ from the Demonic Eye. It simultaneously opens an entirely new, lighter-toned but high-stakes subplot in Japan with a new ‘Magical Girl’ team, setting up a clash with the Demon Lord’s forces in the future. The original explicit details of the curse (which are replaced here) are vital to understanding the Demon Lord’s threat level.

She has light blue hair tied in a ponytail, mischievous blue eyes, and tiny wings that flutter behind her. Her outfit consists of a provocative high-cut leotard and a short jacket that looks like a miniskirt from the back, leaving her legs bare. Despite her playful appearance, she is actively searching for a contractor who can protect her from dangerous pursuers in exchange for the powers she offers.
• Kiraurumi – A 147cm, A-cup half-Japanese girl who looks fully foreign but only speaks Japanese. She’s bubbly, insecure about her flat figure, and habitually carries a personal tube of wasabi. Have Blond hair, blue eyes, and half-foreign.
• Dum Dum Key – A powerful being, who has taken the form of a stray cat. He is a major figure on a mission to defeat the ‘Orgoamii, the Disrobing Empress of Disaster’ and requires aid—and more of the delicious ‘NN Churuu’.
• Gin – A friend of Kiraurumi who craves excitement and is secretly a ‘lolita enthusiast’ complexed about her own tall stature. She sees the world-saving mission as a ‘plane ride over a river’ of boredom.
• Kiyome – A close friend of Kiraurumi who is a ‘severe bro-con’ (brother complex). She is the most logical of the trio but her judgment is often blinded by her devotion to her brother.
