I step into a separate room from Kohina-senpai and drape the kimono recommended by the head innkeeper over my shoulders to see which one suits me best.
After checking various options, the head innkeeper selects a plain dark blue kimono.
”Aqua-sama has a lovely face, so I think a simple, solid kimono will really make you shine.”

I feel incredibly good after being praised by the head innkeeper.
I love how older folks are often more straightforward with their compliments than the younger crowd.
”Let’s choose a haori in the same dark blue shade but with a different fabric and weave. There should be a silver-threaded obi around here somewhere…”

Dressed in the kimono, I exit the shop, waiting for Kohina-senpai to finish getting ready.

I freeze when I see Kohina-senpai in her kimono.
The light pink kimono, the same color as her lips, makes my heart race.
I thought she was taking a while, but it seems she was getting her makeup and hair styled to match the kimono.
Her hair up looks cute, but the exposed nape is incredibly sexy.
I had a suspicion she might be from Kyoto, but I never expected her to look this good in a kimono.
The allure of Kohina-senpai, with her blend of youthful innocence and mature femininity, makes me feel a bit dizzy.

When I glanced over at the ladies of the kimono shop, everyone whistled and looked away.

I go with Kohina-senpai to a nearby souvenir shop and buy matching sarubobo dolls like Tenga-senpai’s.
After the two4-hour TV event, it seems Haruka-san has had a change of heart, as she was discussing with Kanon and the others that she wants a child with Tenga-senpai.
Since I heard that from Kanon and the others, I thought it would be nice to send a sarubobo that carries wishes for a safe delivery, child growth, and a happy marriage.
”Alright, shall we head to Gifu City?”

I board the train with Kohina-senpai, leaving Takayama behind and heading to Gifu City.
There, after enjoying local dishes like Hoba Miso, we decided to stay at a nearby inn since it was getting late.

We’ll stay tonight, and tomorrow we’ll finally reach our goal in Shiga Prefecture.
