”Anma-sama, thanks for your hard work,” Alisha-san said.
”Yes. Oh, Alisha-san. The Princess is calling you,” I replied.
”Understood, I’ll go right now. Stella, stay here. Anma-sama and Jane-san can go back now,” Alisha-san said.
Alisha-san left the room quickly. Only Jane-san, the new maid, and I were left. Jane-san introduced her.
”Is this your first time meeting her, Anma-sama? This is Stella. She’s one of Her Highness’s maids ~desuwa,” Jane-san said.
”Nice to meet you, Anma-sama. I am Stella. Nice to meet you,” Stella said.
”Nice to meet you, I’m Anma. Nice to meet you too,” I replied.
She bowed very politely. Her long hair fell down.
”She might look like a polite lady, but just now she was listening to the Queen’s loud voice with a red face. she’s not that quiet at all ~desuwa,” Jane-san said.
”That’s the same for you and Alisha, isn’t it? Weren’t you all listening closely without making a sound?” Stella asked.
”Ah, so the Queen’s voice was heard out here,” I said.
”This room is made to block sound from the outside, but inside the same suite, loud voices can be heard ~desuwa,” Jane-san said.
So that’s why Stella’s face was red. I decided to change the subject.
”Oh, Jane-san. I got permission to move. Alisha-san’s room isn’t ready, so I’ll stay in the treatment room for today,” I said.
”Understood. That’s the room Flora was in ~desuwa. Let’s go tell Corinna,” Jane-san said.
”It’s the room next door. I’ll be in your care tonight,” I said.
”The room next door? In my care? ~desuwa,” Jane-san asked.
”Then Stella, we’re leaving. Anma-sama, let’s go,” Jane-san said.
”Yes, see you later,” I replied.
”Yes, thank you for your hard work,” Stella said.
I followed Jane-san out. I had to talk to Corinna and get ready to move.
