Chapter 28 Corinna in the Bath, Part ①

”I’ve returned.”
A few minutes after the teachers left, I sat on the sofa and greeted Corinna as she walked back in. I wondered if Alisha-san’s business was over.
”Welcome back, Corinna. Is your work finished?” I asked.
”It ended safely. We can move to the room across the hall now,” she replied.
It seemed Alisha-san’s move was already done. But since it was almost nine o’clock, I thought our move could wait until tomorrow… When I told Jane-san, she nodded.
”Yes, that was the plan from the start, and there is no need to move in a hurry.”
Then, as if she just remembered something, she changed the subject.
”Corinna, about the servant bedrooms in Anma-sama¹‘s room and the treatment room—is there one you want to use more? We planned for you to use the one in the treatment room, but Her Highness² the Princess says either is fine. It was decided that it’s better for me to be the main user of the treatment room for appearances.”
”In that case, please let me use the servant room in Anma-sama’s quarters. It is my duty to support Anma-sama,” Corinna answered without any doubt.
Jane-san gave a small nod and continued.
”Then the rooms are settled. Tomorrow we will all move to the room across the hall, and we will use that as our private space. We will do the Massage of Wisdom³ and regular massages here in the treatment room. Also, about this reception room—someone told me there aren’t enough chairs for it to be a waiting room. I’m thinking of moving that desk and bringing in two sofas that seat three people. I will get permission from Her Highness at breakfast tomorrow, so please set them up in the morning.”
”Understood,” Corinna said.

”While we wait, let’s brush your teeth. Shall I brush them for you?”

Even so, there didn’t seem to be a reason to wait, but Jane-san said it was a surprise and wouldn’t tell me more. After about ten minutes, she stood up.
”Shall we go to the bath now?”
