Volume 3 Chapter 19 Spiritual Dependence

Edited by: Kanaa-senpai

”Wait. You can’t just answer right away! You need to think about it! You’re only 18, so it’s better to take your time, okay?”

 (I know I said that, but I shouldn’t rush…)

There’s no way I, who tends to be mentally dependent, could mistake my partner. I was getting annoyed that she was still saying all this. It’s Risa-san who isn’t ready to get married, especially after getting pregnant.

”Is it because I’m 18? Or because I’m still a student without a job? But I can take care of our baby.”

Even if I could get a job in Japan, I think Risa-san would earn more than me. But after I graduate, I decided I would go abroad and live with Risa-san after we get married.

So, it looks like I’ll be depending on her not just emotionally, but also financially during that time. Is that a bad thing?

”That’s not it! I just said that on a whim, you know? I’m sorry, but… I feel guilty about tricking a pure, innocent high school boy into marriage before he knows the real world.”

I can’t understand what Risa-san is saying. From what I hear, it doesn’t seem like there’s any problem.

”You don’t need to feel guilty about that.”

”Huh? Oh… wait, Shuu! We’re on a plane!”

I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her closer. Risa-san pushed me away with both hands, looking embarrassed as she spoke softly. Her thoughts seem to have changed.

People often say things like, “Women think this way about men,” but that has never applied to me.

”No one’s watching. If someone comes, I’ll stop.”

Sitting by the aisle, I lightly nibbled on Risa-san’s ear and kissed her softly on her blushing cheek. Then, I pressed my lips against hers and we shared deep kisses. With each kiss, Risa-san’s resistance faded.

 (Oh, I remember… Risa-san likes uniforms.)

In this situation, would my outfit work? While kissing her again, I asked, “Risa-san, we’re getting married, right?” She nodded easily.

 ”Mm… Shuu… someone might come…”

”No one’s coming, so it’s fine. Risa-san, can you say it again when we get to the airport?”

 ”Uh, um… what should I…?”

Risa-san is completely into my kisses and touches over her clothes.

 ”I really want this. It’s a promise.”

 ”…Mm, okay…”

When we arrived at the airport, I took advantage of the moment to get Risa-san to say our promise from the plane, and I recorded her saying, “I will marry you” on my phone.

This was my way of making sure she wouldn’t say, “That was just a moment of confusion.”
