The day after my embarrassing rumor spread, the second half of the first round of the Beast King Tournament had 4 matches lined up.
Today, I decided to focus on gathering information about the opposing team from the VIP seats, so I wouldn’t fall for Milly and Annabella’s temptations.
”…Hey, why are you making me wear a maid outfit too?”
Sitting on my lap in the VIP seats was Lina, dressed in a maid outfit from the Blackdagger family.
When asked why she was wearing it, I could only say there was no special reason, so I decided to flatter her instead.

I learned that Feria created the [Maid Warrior] job with the power of the Divine Race, and Lina’s Ring of Wisdom couldn’t identify it.
I saw the job on my sex slave list.
Because of that, the scrambled job is probably not under Orphée Bleu’s control.
”So, Iska has some special job that gives her that ability…”

I looked at Iska, who was fighting hard against the Fraga team.

Lina was pinching my thigh.

”No comment.”
I rub my pinched thigh and turn my gaze back to the match.
In the arena, Iska is challenging the Fraga team to a fast-paced fight.
Iska’s team, except for her, is focused on defense while Iska attacks the weakened enemies with concentration strikes, systematically taking them down.
When Iska stops her fighting and takes some distance, she released a pure white beam from her mouth towards a male member of the Fraga team.
Gasps and murmurs spread through the audience.
The released pure white beam envelops the man and sends him crashing against the arena wall.
The man, embedded in the wall, goes unconscious.
”That girl shot a beam from her mouth… How is she doing that without being a Black Dragon?”
Iska inhales again, and the Fraga team members scatter in fear.
They are terrified by the power of the beam they just witnessed, turning their backs to run away.
But Iska doesn’t shoot the beam again; instead, she quickly closes in on the fleeing opponents and targets their legs with precise strikes to stop them.
”It’s a fake-out! Isn’t she stronger than during the qualifiers? Her moves are clearly different!”
”That’s right. I also watched the qualifiers, but she’s definitely quicker today.”
Annabella, who was discussing maid outfits behind me, suddenly rushes to the window when she hears the loud noise and looks at Iska.
”She’s strong. In hand-to-hand combat, she might be stronger than Noemi. Plus, being able to attack like Ms. Rosvita is amazing! Kent wants to get his hands on that girl, right? Ms. Annabella, can I ask you something?”
Milly seemed interested in Iska and whispered something to Annabella.
Meanwhile, Iska kept taking down the combat power of the opposing team’s men one by one.
The Fragar team was losing strength and starting to be overwhelmed by Iska’s team.
Four against 8… Even considering the strength difference, Fragar’s chances of winning were almost 0.
Fragar, the leader, was shouting encouragement to his members, but they were shrinking back, intimidated by Iska’s attacks.
Just as Fragar was trying to inspire his team with his loud voice, Iska appeared out of nowhere and grabbed his face to silence him.
Fragar was a Minotaur, built strong and muscular, yet Iska lifted him effortlessly as if he weighed nothing.
”No way! He must weigh at least a hundred kilos!”
A loud cheer rose from the audience, echoing my surprise.
Meanwhile, Fragar, trying to escape Iska’s grip, struggled but couldn’t even budge a single finger.
Fragar’s teammates rushed in to help, but they got kicked hard and were sent flying into the wall.
”If I let my guard down, I might get eaten too… That girl seems to have S-class strength. Why is she HR (Hunter Rank) 1?”
Milly saw Iska’s ability and reassessed her worth.
Fragar’s teammates were surrounded by Iska’s team and were on the verge of surrendering.
Fragar, watching this, lightly tapped Iska’s hand to show he was ready to give up.
The host recognized Fragar’s surrender and rang the gong to signal the end of the match.
”Iska’s moving up… If things go as they should, next she’ll face Talia’s team. Talia’s team is a key player in my Hunting Group, so if she can win, I might pull her in or get the whole Hunting Group under our wing.”
I became very interested in Iska, who has a special way of fighting.
Depending on the outcome of the next match with Talia’s team, I thought about pulling the ‘Rootless Weed’ from the Blackdagger family’s Private Hunting Group.
I heard that Rosalinda, the Hunting Group Leader, is very skilled.
If I can guarantee some financial support, I think she will join under my command.

After saying that, I returned my gaze to the arena where the next match was starting.

The next match was Talia’s, but the ‘Blazing Fire’ team, led by Shou, was quickly defeated by Black Bullet’s Kerstin and her gang.
They were hit by flash bombs right at the start, and as they staggered, they were caught in a storm of bullets and knocked out almost instantly.
The spectators in the arena covered their eyes and screamed in horror, yet their curiosity kept them watching the massacre show by Black Bullet.
Because of this battle style, Black Bullet will likely become a figure of fear in the country.
Kerstin, the Hunting Group Leader, is a highly ambitious woman who doesn’t hesitate to strip me of various things.
I thought maybe she was teaming up with Talia to gain power in another way through the Beast King tournament.
Talia and her team, having won decisively, left the venue with ease.
Next up was the match between Lina’s sponsored team, ‘Astral Valkyrie,’ led by Emma, and the ‘Ignis Ranch’ team led by Ines.
Both teams were made up entirely of women, and from the audience, a group of rough-looking men in what seemed like ‘Astral Valkyrie’ outfits cheered loudly.
”That Dares guy… What is he doing bringing regular customers here? If Ms. Eclair finds out, he’ll be in big trouble!”
Lina, still sitting on my lap, glared at the cheering section for Emma’s team, fuming with anger.
It seemed like she knew some of them.
”Looks like ‘Astral Valkyrie’ has some really passionate fans. By the way, how many people are in this Hunting Group? I heard from Milly that quite a few succubi are part of it.”
”There are about 12 main members, and if you include the subs, maybe around 20.”
’Astral Valkyrie’ was a Hunting Group started by Elia from the Dream Demon Clan, who broke away from ‘Red Valkyrie,’ and it was funded by Lina, who is a master of magic.
”I heard there are a lot of pretty girls in it…”
Only girls who passed Lina’s beauty and breast evaluation could join this Hunting Group, and it was becoming famous in Abyss Vena as a beautiful women’s Hunting Group, with many succubi among them.
