Garvey was thinking with his arms crossed.
”This is, General Garvey. I did the back Transaction for the Hunter Guild. So, I need the military to hunt monsters energetically.”
My mother-in-law appeared from behind Garvey.
My mother-in-law was wearing a woman’s bureaucrat uniform, looking like a business woman, and tapping Garvey’s shoulder.
”This is, Your Excellency Chancellor Lila. As expected, is that so… Then, are you being ripped off?”
”Yes, I have to distribute a lot of rare Materials… Please keep this secret. If it leaks, it will be a big deal.”
My mother-in-law smiled mischievously.

Milly showed unexpected strength and dragged me away.

We were invited to Lord Blackdagger’s party and were enjoying the luxurious meal on the table.

While I was chatting with Rosalinda, someone spoke from behind.
When I turned around, a group dressed in black leather jackets was standing there.

The one who spoke to me was Kerstin, the leader of the ‘Black Bullet’ Hunting Group.
”That can’t happen. We’re betting on this hunting expedition too. We won’t lose to little ladies who rely on magic guns.”
Rosalinda, thinking she was being challenged, shot a fierce glare at Kerstin to warn her.
”Hmph, except for Iska, you’re all amateurs. Stay out of our way.”
”Hey, you act all high and mighty, but you can’t do anything without a gun!”
Rosalinda was getting worked up and tried to grab Kerstin.
”Both of you have spirit, but don’t forget we’re in front of Lord Kent.”
Cutting in between them was Giuliana, the Hunting Group Leader of the ‘Red Valkyrie,’ who has been making a name for herself lately.
”Seems like even my Hunting Group’s elite team will be joining us this time. I plan to let loose for once. Lydiane is excited for a real fight after so long. We won’t leave any prey for the two of you.”
The unexpected rival caused Rosalinda and Kerstin to lose their edge.
”No, no, our ‘King’s Sword’ is determined to bring the best hunting results for Sir Kent.”
Lakia, the former deputy Hunting Group Leader of the ‘Golden Apostles’ and now the Hunting Group Leader of the ‘King’s Sword,’ rushed over upon hearing the commotion.
”With Hendric gone, the ‘King’s Sword’ has fallen behind the ‘Silver Wolf.’ It’s nothing special, and besides, Lady Lakia hasn’t been called to Kent’s bedroom yet, has she?”
Kerstin was needling Lakia.
Lakia’s face turned bright red when her biggest concern was pointed out.
”That’s for Sir Kent to decide, not for someone like Lady Kerstin to meddle in! If we bring back the best hunting results on this expedition, I’m sure I’ll be summoned to his side!!”
Lord Blackdagger has turned this talented woman into a Hunting Group Leader, making the ‘King’s Sword’ a direct subordinate Hunting Group, but he hasn’t called Lakia to his bedroom.
Some suspect Lakia is disliked because of this, but they think Lord Blackdagger, with his love for women, can’t resist a beauty when she’s right in front of him.
Maybe Lord Blackdagger is just teasing serious Lakia for fun…
”What do you think? The Hunting Group with the best results in this hunting expedition will earn the right to demand a reward.”
Giuliana made an interesting proposal.
The faces of each Hunting Group Leader changed suddenly when they heard her idea.
”Sounds good. It sounds fun. ‘Black Bullet’ is in.”
”‘King’s Sword’ is in too.”
”My ‘Rootless Weed’ is in as well.”
The gathered Hunting Groups under Lord Blackdagger all agreed to compete with their hunting results.
Then, Lady Miriallia appeared, dragging Lord Blackdagger from the back, and declared:
”The ‘Crimson Bride’ will join that contest too. As the top Hunting Group of the Blackdagger family, we will show our worth. Hehehe, look forward to it.”
”Ah, Ms. Milly! I can’t hunt that much! It’s impossible, Ms. Milly! Are you listening, Milly?! Help meee!!”
Lady Miriallia laughed mischievously and dragged the shouting Lord Blackdagger back to the mansion.
Everyone was stunned by her actions.
And so, including us, the Private Hunting Groups under Lord Blackdagger were set to compete with our hunting results.
