Bendavar’s form starts to fade away.
”Just a bit longer, and this space will close. Be ready when time starts moving again!”
As Bendavar fades, she gives my chest a firm slap before disappearing completely.
Then, the space that had been separated from time was dissolved.
Before me lay Rosvita and Ludmila, bleeding out, and the other Dragonians, wounded, were about to challenge the Black Dragon.
’You… your wounds are healing… Did you take in that [entity]? Did that bastard who abandoned me and went to Demon Lord Orphée Bleu give you power?! Don’t fuck with me!’
The Black Dragon spotted me and charged with a terrifying force, shaking its massive body.
”I won’t lose again! [Dragonic Form]!!”
I was activating the power Bendavar had granted me.
A surge of energy burst from within, transforming my body.
”Ughhhhhh!! I can’t control this power, aaahhhhh!!”
As I transformed from human to dragon, my still-growing body screamed in agony.
If it were to sprout wings with fake arms from its back, I thought its legs would transform into thick, chunky things covered in black scales.
”Lady Delprius… To undergo [Dragon Transformation] at such a young age… the body can’t handle it…”
Rosvita, lying there, looked over at me with concern.
”I’ll be fine!! I’m the great-granddaughter of Bendavar, the most ferocious dragon species! I won’t break from something like this!!”
My body creaked and groaned, but strangely, the pain was subsiding.
I remember it hurting much more when Kent took my virginity.
’Don’t fuck with me!! Even if a weak king undergoes Dragon Transformation, you can’t defeat me!!’
When Black Dragon came close, it swung its pseudo-arm down, aiming to crush me.
I caught that fake arm with my own and squeezed it tighter and tighter.
Meanwhile, my Dragon Transformation kept going──I was getting bigger, and my face started to sharpen into a point.
”Waiting for my transformation is a point of pride for me, born from my ancestors who claimed to be the fiercest dragon kind!!”
I kept tightening the grip on Black Dragon’s pseudo-arm until it snapped with a crack and hung limp.
’Ughhh! How dare you break my wings!’
Black Dragon writhed in pain but began gathering mana to unleash her Dragon Flash──her dragonic laser──from her mouth.
”Any mouth that misbehaves like that deserves this!! Dragon Tail Slash!!”
I flapped my pseudo-arms to lift my massive body into the air, flipped backward, and swung my tail up.
The tail swing sent a shockwave that cut vertically through Black Dragon’s mouth.
The mana gathered around its mouth exploded wildly.
’Ughhh! My mouth! My mouth!!’
Bleeding from her mouth and writhing, Black Dragon had no chance to fight back as I charged in fast, bit her neck, and unleashed the built-up violet lightning inside.
”Lightning Fang! Feel the shock!!”
’Ughhh! Just because a weak king gains power doesn’t mean you should get cocky!’
Black Dragon tried to bite back, but I stopped it with my pseudo-arms and crushed its eyes.
’Agh! My eyes! My eyes!!!’
Blinded, Black Dragon dropped to its front legs and collapsed to the ground.
Without hesitation, I slammed a Tail Swing into its face.
Black Dragon was knocked flat on its side by the full force of the Tail Swing.
”Not done yet!! This is for Rosvita!!”
I crushed Black Dragon’s front leg underfoot.
Cracks and crunches sounded as its leg was crushed down to about half its thickness.
’Ahhhh! Stop it! I am the Black Dragon King!’
”The Black Dragon’s king is mine!!! And this is for Ludmila!!!”
Using her own pseudo-arm, she yanks the Black Dragon’s pseudo-arm away and tosses it aside.
Fresh blood erupts from the severed base.
’Ahhh!! My wings!! Noooo!! Stop it!!’
”In the end, this is for my subjects!!”
She takes a deep breath and opens her mouth wide, gathering mana to unleash [Dragonic Laser] at the struggling Black Dragon.
’I don’t want to vanish!! I want to live here with Demon Lord Orphée Bleu!! Stop!! Please stop!!’
”Orphée Bleu is being taken away by Kent!! At this rate, you will never meet Orphée Bleu again. So, I’ll guide you. Return to the cycle of reincarnation and go to Orphée Bleu this time!!”
Once the convergence is complete, she releases [Dragonic Laser] at point-blank range.
The activated [Dragonic Laser] rains down, seemingly absorbed by the massive body of the Black Dragon.
’Orphée Bleu!!!’
A huge explosion envelops the Black Dragon’s body, and when the light converges, all that remains is a large hole where the Black Dragon’s massive form used to be.
”I won…”
Just as I were certain of me victory, me consciousness suddenly faded.

When I next awakened, I found myself in bed.
There, bandaged Ludmila and Rosvita with an injured arm peered at me with concern.
”Lady Delprius!!! Hey! Call a [Healer]! Lady Delprius is regaining consciousness!!”
Rosvita rushed toward me as if she would leap into me arms.
Her large breasts pressed against my face.
”Ugh!! I’m going to be crushed by Rosvita’s breasts!! If I live another hundred years, mine will be just as big!!”
”My apologies.”
Rosvita hurriedly adjusted her posture.
”By the way, why am I back in Lindblum?”
”If the Dragonewts hadn’t come to meet us, worried about our late return, we would have died there.”
”It seems my instructions to the Dragonewts in case of an emergency were effective, you know~desuwa.”
Ludmila also seemed to be in pain, her face contorted in agony.

Rosvita gently patted my head.

Ludmila, having stopped spinning my head, gently hugged me.
It was a moment when I realized I was a king blessed with loyal subjects.
Thus, our southwestern monster hunt ended with the ruins destroyed, and although only a few monsters now dwell in Dragonbone Mountain, the safety of the mining district has drastically improved.
This has made the miners’ work easier, leading to a further increase in resource production.

[Lightning Fang]…When a dragon in Dragon Transformation bites an opponent, it releases the stored lightning within its body. Increases physical attack power by 70%. Paralysis effect included. Costs 10 Skill points. Combat Skills.
[Dragon Tail Slash]…A dragon swings its tail upwards to send out a shock wave. Increases physical attack power by 150%. Costs 10 Skill points. Requires Dragon Transformation Optimization. Combat Skills.
