Sazukrain is a woman who changes the world by tricking many people.
Even though she is a powerful being called a god, I feel sick inside when I see how much she acts like a normal person. But I can’t say that now, so I use all my magic power to activate the Divine Sword Descends (Diospada Avendo). This sword is so strong it can even kill gods.
The magic power I release is huge, and the giant sword that appears is much bigger and stronger than the one Feria, the Divine Child, made.
”Mr. Kent!? W-What is that dangerous sword?”
Feria, who uses Divine Magic, looks scared when she sees the sword. She can tell I used a lot more magic power than usual.
”This is all my strength. I’ll use it to defeat that person. Meanwhile, save Iska and escape with everyone else.”
Feria swallows hard, feeling the sword’s power, and quietly nods in agreement.
”I’m counting on you, Milly. I’ll take that one down!”
”You used some strange Skill again, huh. But with that sword, I think you might actually win.”
Seeing me with the glowing greatsword, Milly seems to trust me completely.
’Hmph, a sword like that can’t──’
I swing the sword from above, and its tip hits the fake human’s hand, cutting it off and making it disappear. Iska, along with the hand, rolls onto the ground.
”Iska! Turn into a small monster right now!”
I quickly tell Iska, who is rolling on the ground, to make her body smaller.
”O-Okay. I’ll change right away, just give me a little more time──”
Iska sees a chance to escape and rushes with Milly and the others toward the tiny exit. It’s so small that it’s hard to tell if even one person can fit through, but Aurelia and Delprius have already started escaping through the gate.
”Leave it to me! I’m stronger than I thought. Now, I can fight that guy as much as I want.”
When I hold my sword again, I block the fake human, who is attacking us wildly after losing its hands. The space around us is collapsing, and the fake human is finding it harder to move because ithasn’t made its body smaller.
”Hurry! It’s collapsing!”
I swing my sword to stop the feathers shot by the fake human, giving everyone time to run away. But the darkness of the void is getting closer and closer.
Now, only 5 people are left in this space: me, Feria, Annabella, Milly, and Ines. Feria is halfway through the gate, trying to escape.
”Waaah. I can’t get out because my chest is stuck! Ms. Lina, you’re so stupid! Ah, Ines. If you pull so hard, my arm──ah, my arm──ahh!”
On the other side of the gate, Ines is pulling Feria, but it’s a serious problem because Feria’s chest is stuck, stopping her from escaping. However, Annabella quietly pushes from behind, and it seems Feria is gently pulled through to the other side of the gate.
Watching this, the remaining members quietly take off their armor to make their bodies thinner.
’Don’t run away!! I’ll go first!!!’
”Sorry, but I’ll handle this. I won’t let you escape.”
I swing my sword at the fake human’s feet as it runs, cutting off its leg and making it crawl, unable to do anything else.
”Now’s your chance, Annabella, go!”
”Y-Yes. Sir Kent, I’ll wait for you on the other side.”
”Yeah, I’ll definitely come, so please make some delicious food. I’m really hungry for no reason.”
”Understood. I will prepare a meal with all my heart right away.”
’Don’t play around in front of me! Don’t just look happy, all of you! I’m really upset! Damn it, damn it! This isn’t fair!’
The fake human, who has lost limbs and is crawling on the ground, looks at us and shouts. It’s like it’s saying it’s the unluckiest person, jealous of the others.
”That’s so sad. Didn’t you learn that being jealous of others doesn’t make you happy…”
I start to feel sorry for the fake human in front of me. Separated from the person who created it, left in a strange place, and with no friends, it has lived only with hatred. It’s truly sad.
’Damn it all!! This world should just end!! End it all!!! I just wanted to live quietly with that person!!’
The fake human lies on the ground, crying and screaming. I realize that if I hadn’t met Milly and the others, I might have ended up the same way. It reminds me that I’m living in this world as my reality.
”I’ll end your suffering. You can be reborn.”
I swing the divine sword with all my strength, putting as much magic power into it as I can. It’s the least I can do for it.
The sword cuts through the fake human’s body, making its skin disappear and burying itself into the ground with great force.
’Guaaaaahhhhhh!!! Damn it!!! I won’t die alone! You’re coming with me!!!’
The fake human, even though it’s cut in half, crawls toward me and grabs my leg.
”Kent!!”
