After returning to the mansion and finishing lunch, an orientation for the new Hunting Group members, Talia, Manon, and Ines, is scheduled for the afternoon.
Even though it’s referred to as an orientation, it’s basically a casual meeting to discuss how they’ll become my Handsome Guy Carrier, along with some detailed rules and various procedures.
I personally didn’t think it was necessary to force Hunting Group members to become Carriers (Skill activated), but Milly strongly insisted that we only hire those who have become Carriers.
And she organized this orientation.
It seems that Milly really only wants women who are Carriers to be close to me.
Well, I must admit, I can’t resist the temptation of having women I like by my side, especially with Milly’s approval as my fiancée.
As I was thinking about all this, it seemed like it was time for the orientation to start, and everyone began gathering in the reception room.
”Alright, let’s begin the ‘Crimson Bride’ orientation now. The host for today will be Kent, the vice leader of the Hunting Group.”
I decided to host the orientation without my Illusion Glasses.
”Now, let’s start with introductions from the 3 new members of the Hunting Group. First up…”
I pointed to Talia, who I made eye contact with first among the 3.
”Is it okay if Talia goes first?”
Talia, looking like she wanted to say ‘of course’, stood up from her seat.
Well, it’s not my fault we made eye contact.
Then, I checked the log.
──Handsome Guy Skill activated [Talia] Friendship level has greatly increased.
──[Talia] status: Changed to Affection.
Sure enough, Talia became a Carrier (Skill activated).
”Now, allow me to introduce myself. I am Talia, a disciple of Lady Lana. I am 16 years old and belong to the Garuda Fox race. I primarily work as a Healer. I will do my best not to bring shame to my master, Lady Lana, so I look forward to working with all of you.”
Talia politely bowed and returned to her seat.
”It’s fluffy. That fluffy tail, Ms. Miriallia!”
”Y-yeah. Now that I see it again, it’s about as fluffy as Manon’s… no, even more so.”
Upon closer inspection, Milly and Feria were glued to Talia’s fluffy thick tail.
Especially Milly, who was staring intently, practically drooling, and letting out a strange sigh of “hafu~.” Her eyes had the hungry gleam of a wild beast.
I wondered if Talia would end up being targeted by those 2 first since she’d become a duty (Sexual Prowess Skill activated) member.
”Talia, I’m counting on you from now on. Next, let’s go to Manon.”
After Talia’s self-introduction, I moved on to call Manon next.
Manon noticed the gazes from Milly and the others and stood up to hide her tail.
”Nice to meet you-nya. I’m Manon, a freelancer hunter-nya. I’m 21 years old and belong to the Garuda Cat race. I primarily work as a Hunter, shooting from the rearguard, but I also perform detection as a Scout-nya. I’ll do my best to prevent any crises before they happen, so nice to meet you-nya!”
As soon as Manon finished her greeting, she sat down.
Since Milly couldn’t see her tail, she seemed a bit down and was muttering something quietly.
”W-wait, Manon, it’s not like I’m cheating… Your fur is lovely too. So please let me fluff it…”
It seemed like she was having a serious internal monologue as a hardcore furry fan.
Seeing a slightly disappointed Milly out of the corner of my eye, I checked the logs to make sure that Manon was properly set as a Carrier too.
──Handsome Guy Skill activated [Manon] Friendship level significantly increased.
──[Manon] status: Changed to Affection.
Looks like she’s properly set as a Carrier.
It seems that Manon is a bit wary of Milly.
The way Milly petted her on the day of the results must have really affected her.
”I’m counting on you for Manon’s wary ability. It’s your turn last, Ines.”
When Ines stood up energetically from her chair, her large chest bounced along with her.
”Ah, yes! My name is Ines. I’m 15 years old and I belong to the Garuda Minotaur tribe! I’ll do my best as a vanguard Warrior, so please guide me well!”
As Ines bowed, her chest seemed to distort uncomfortably.
There was a woman sending a hot gaze towards her chest.
Yes, it was none other than Ms. Lina Dorman, the great master of ‘God Hand Massage’.
”Ohh… that shape and firmness, she can compete with Elder Sister and Feria! If I refine it with my hands, it could become a national treasure-level chest.”
Indeed, as Lina said, Ines’s chest, thanks to her youth, asserts its presence against gravity even at that size.
If Ines receives Lina’s ‘God Hand Massage,’ there’s a possibility that her chest, still in a growth phase, could evolve even further.
She might reach the ‘K’ level beyond ‘I.’ So, I think I’ll ask her for permission next time to let Lina try it.
I made that resolution.
For that, I needed to make sure Ines became a Carrier, so I checked the logs properly.

──[Ines] status: Changed to Affection.
Alright, now the challenge to achieve ‘K’ begins.
”I have high expectations for Ines’s energy, so let’s do our best together. Now, it’s the turn for Milly and the others!”
I prompted Milly and the others to introduce themselves.
Actually, I think we’ve seen each other a few times during the exams, but to remember each other’s faces and names, let me do a quick self-introduction.
”Okay, I’ll go first. My name is Miriallia Blackdagger, and I’m a 25-year-old Dream Demon Succubus. Well, you probably all know various things about me. In the Hunting Group, I’m the main powerhouse, responsible for taking down the toughest enemies. I’m also the head of the Hunting Group, so nice to meet you.”
”Next, I’ll go. My name is Annabella. I’m a 35-year-old Majin and the head maid of the Blackdagger family. In the Hunting Group, I’m training to be the shield of the vanguard, so please take care of me.”
”I’ll go too! I’m Feria. I’m an 18-year-old Majin, former waitress, and now I’m a maid for the Blackdagger family. In the Hunting Group, I’ll be the one who cuts down monsters swiftly. Let’s do our best together!”
”I’m Aurelia. I’m a 20-year-old AsuraMithra. Right now, I’m the personal bodyguard for Lord Kent. In the Hunting Group, I want to master swordsmanship and magic to be able to fight in various ways. Let’s grow together.”
”I’m Lina Dorman. I’m a 16-year-old Rakshasa Scholar. I’m here as a potential concubine for Mr. Kent. In the Hunting Group, I’m in charge of magic attacks. If I accidentally hit someone, don’t worry; my big sister will heal you.”
”I’m Lana Dorman… I’m also a 16-year-old Rakshasa Scholar, just like Lina. I’m also a potential concubine for Mr. Kent. In the Hunting Group, I plan to take care of support and healing. So if Lina messes up, I’ll be sure to heal you, so don’t worry!”
One after another, self-introductions went on, and finally, it was my turn.
”I’m Kent, 15 years old, and a Majin. I live in the mansion as Miriallia’s fiancé. I’m also part of the Hunting Group, where I mainly attack from the rearguard as a Warrior. I’m the only guy, so nice to meet you all.”
With my introduction done, before moving on to discuss the Hunting Group’s rules and procedures, Milly checked if I had activated my Carrier (Skill activated) and then turned back to ask the 3 recruits again.
”Now, what I’m about to say must not be shared with anyone. If any of this gets leaked, I believe Margrave Heido, the lord of Abyss Vena, will punish you, and before that, the Dorman family’s assassination squad will probably come after you, so please keep that in mind.”
Among the 3 who heard Milly’s words, only Talia trembled, showing she understood the situation, while Manon and Ines didn’t seem to grasp it and looked rather unfazed.
”Now, let me explain the rules of the Hunting Group next, if that’s alright with you all?”
”””Yes.”””
All 3 replied affirmatively.
”Okay, first, the newly established private Hunting Group ‘Crimson Bride’ under the Blackdagger family was created by Milly to ensure my safe growth.”
It was a brief explanation, so Annabella added more details.
”In other words, the members of the ‘Crimson Bride’ Hunting Group are formed with the primary purpose of using their lives and abilities to assist Sir Kent’s growth.”
After Annabella’s explanation, Manon asked a question.
”Sir Kent is Lady Miriallia’s fiancé, so why are we even forming a special Hunting Group to help him grow-nya? Normally, people wouldn’t go this far for a noble’s fiancé-nya.”
I looked at Milly while making a fist with my finger, asking if I could show her the card in response to Manon’s question.
Milly seemed to understand my gesture and nodded in agreement.
”Manon’s question is valid. To answer that, I’m going to show you something, but once you see it, there’s no turning back. After seeing this, the only option left will be to join the Hunting Group. Do you still want to look?”
I checked the will of the 3 with a slightly intimidating tone.
Talia looked really uneasy, and Manon seemed a bit pale, like she caught a whiff of something suspicious, but Ines was the only one with an excited look on her face, staring at me.
”I want to see it!”
”Oh, if Ines wants to see it, I guess I will too-nya. I’ll watch it-nya.”
”Ah, I’m sure I’ll regret it, but… for the sake of training by Lady Lana, I’ll endure it.”
Each of them agreed in their own way.
”Well then, keep an eye on my fist.”
I envisioned pulling out the card in my mind.
A red card floated up above my fist.
”””Whoa! It’s red!”””
The 3 of them exclaimed in surprise when they saw the color of the card.
”Yes, I am the third person with the [red] card in the True Demon Kingdom, of which there are currently only 2 others. However, since a gag order has been imposed by Margrave Heido, if this leaks, what we just talked about could become reality.”
Talia’s face clearly soured when she realized the color of the card.
”I really shouldn’t have seen this. I’m not confident that I can keep this secret. I feel like I might accidentally let something slip someday.”
Manon and Ines were also observing my [red] card with keen interest.
”I can’t believe [red] actually exists. It surely had unlimited Job acquired, right? Sir Kent is amazing. I only ever saw up to [purple], so I thought [red] was just a lie from fairy tales.”
”I thought, just like Ines said, that its existence was a lie-nya. Being shown the actual thing means I have to believe it-nya.”
Both of them were poking at my card with their fingers.
I decided I needed to tell them an important truth.
”And there’s one more secret. Actually, I’m supposedly a ‘Lost One’ from Another World. This means that I’m not originally from this Grimoire. You can see it on the card; my citizen LV shows that, right? I’m 15 years old, but I only have citizen LV 10. Until recently, I was unemployed.”
The 3 of them, along with Lana and Aurelia, were surprised by my confession and leaned in to look at the card.
Oh, I almost forgot to tell Lana and Aurelia too.
”Wait, Lord Kent is from Another World? I was shocked because I never heard that before. But even if Lord Kent is from Another World, my loyalty won’t change!”
