I thought the interview that Milly suggested was quite tough, but if they provide a salary along with food, clothing, and housing, there might be a lot of applicants.
”Elder Sister, what are the conditions for the job listing that was sent to the Hunter Guild earlier?”
Lina asked about the job listing.
It’s definitely something to be curious about; salary, treatment, and guarantees are important for workers.
”The job listing? It’s for recruiting members for the Hunting Group. The application requirements are unmarried women aged 15 to 35 who have combat skills and can live on-site. Annabella blushed and retorted at Milly’s response.

Annabella turned away a bit sulkily.
Knowing that Annabella is making an effort for me made me think she’s really cute.
Then, the others who had been listening to Milly and Annabella seemed to grasp the situation.

Annabella looked thoughtful.

That means a large copper coin would be worth a thousand yen, a silver coin ten thousand yen, a large silver coin a hundred thousand yen, a gold coin a million yen, and a large gold coin around ten million yen?
Since these Illusion Glasses were worth 3 gold coins and 3 large silver coins, that means they were worth about 3 million! And that white school uniform cost one large silver coin… over a hundred thousand for clothes…
So, the conditions this time are a net salary of 3 hundred thousand plus commission, free food, housing, and equipment, coverage for medical expenses and living costs if injured, and in case of death, a condolence payment of ten million to the family.
By the way, I was curious about how much a regular job pays, so I decided to ask Feria.
”Feria, how much was the monthly salary for the previous Waitress?”

Milly asked everyone about my growth strategy.

It seems Milly doesn’t want me at the front against monsters.

Lina told me about a job that can attack from the rearguard.

Knowing Milly, if I ask, she would probably let me acquire it, but I thought I would definitely be a burden in the Hunting Group.

I was surprised when I opened Aurelia’s card; she was actually born a Noble.
For some reason, her family had fallen from grace, and it seems she came to Abyss Vena to become a soldier.
Since she was born a Noble, she has a family name, but if she doesn’t want to talk about it, I should probably keep quiet.
In terms of abilities, she seems to be a hybrid of sword and magic, mainly focusing on offense.
I closed the menu and looked at Milly.
”Well then, let’s think about Ms. Annabella. She only has the combat class of [Warrior], but with the general classes of [Dancer], [Prostitute], and [Maid], her health and stamina are boosted. So, it would be good to focus on [Heavy Warrior] as the main vanguard shield class and level up [Warrior]. It looks like she has plenty of skill points left, so I think she can acquire combat skills and boosts as she unlocks them.”
Milly looked at Annabella.
”Lady Miriallia, are you saying I can be Sir Kent’s shield? Of course, I have no objections. I will protect Sir Kent from all attacks!”
It seems Annabella has decided to become the shield class [Heavy Warrior].
Then, our Maid Warrior raised her hand.
”Ms. Miriallia, should I aim to be a Maid Warrior? I just need to slice through monsters, right?”
”Feria, what is this Maid Warrior? Is it a new job? Well, putting that aside, since Feria is [Green], she should focus on a specific type to become stronger. She should aim for [Warrior] and advanced classes like [Fighter] or [Hero] to specialize in physical attacks. Unfortunately, it might be best to remove Waitress from her options.”
”Yeah, I don’t think I’ll ever become a waitress again. I’ll stick to being a maid.”
It seems Feria has decided to specialize as a vanguard focused on attacks.
I can already picture our Maid Warrior swinging axes and swords around in the near future.
”If Feria is going for a physical attack vanguard, then I should aim for a balanced type like Lady Miriallia with both sword and magic. Luckily, since I’m a Mitra with magical talent even as an Asura, it makes sense to aim for advanced classes like [Magic Swordsman] or the unique [Sword Master] of my race.”
Aurelia seems to be choosing a versatile vanguard attack role that combines both physical and magic.
”Right. I think I’ll be relying on your support a lot, so please help me out. Next up are Lina and Lana. Lina should prioritize being a backline damage dealer as a [Magician] and focus on increasing her area magic with her advanced class [Mage]. As for Lana, I want her to take care of healing and support as a [Healer] and her advanced class [Sage] or the unique [Warlock] of her race.”
”Elder Sister, leave it to me! I’ll sweep everything away with fire and leave not a single monster behind! During normal times, I can store magic stones (reserve magic) with this (magic absorption pendant), so it’ll be fine!”
Lina was confidently boasting with her chest (small breasts) puffed out.
However, I had to subtly remind her not to create too many magic stones (reserve magic) because if the magic element fills the mansion, it could lead to a huge cockroach problem.
On the other hand, Lana was glancing at me shyly, and suddenly she started speaking.
”I’ll make sure Mr. Kent’s health is in perfect shape… If, um, you can’t release your stress just from work, I’ll take care of everything… I’m Mr. Kent’s dedicated healer.”
It seems Lana has some different determination, but since I’ll be relying on her a lot in the future, I’ll just quietly watch over her.
”It looks like everyone has decided on their growth paths. By the way, when do you think the Milly Hunting Group will be established?”
”Yeah, I think it will take about a week if I estimate roughly. During that time, we need to do interviews and preparations, and we have to get the equipment ready, so starting tomorrow, it’s going to be busy. But let’s all do our best for Kent!”
Everyone responded cheerfully to Milly’s words.
It seems there’s a huge amount of preparation work to be done before the establishment of the Hunting Group, so I’ll try to help as much as I can.
After all, it’s the Hunting Group being created for me, so I feel like I should be the one putting in the most effort, and I’m ready to do whatever it takes.
With those thoughts in mind, the preparation meeting came to an end.
