Volume 8 Chapter 13 Black Dragon Nympho

Edited by: Kanaa-senpai

Instead of returning to Godard village after finishing the hunting expedition in the Hunting Ground, I decided to head to Lindblum, the town where Rosvita had been entrusted with the construction projects for the Black Dragon clan.

A thorough examination of Alphonse’s resource map revealed that Lindblum was situated near rich deposits of iron ore, essential for Dragonewt sustenance, as well as active volcanic craters vital for growth──making it an ideal habitat for the Black Dragon clan.

Rosvita worked tirelessly, extracting ore from the nearby mountains and refining it in a small state-of-the-art smelter she built in Lindblum. A portion of the refined metals went to feed the Dragonewts, while the rest was shipped via Abyss Vena to be sold across the Demon Continent.

The high-purity metals sourced from Lindblum were in great demand, steadily stealing market share from those produced by the Black Dragon Dukedom.

However, the mountains and surrounding areas were teeming with monsters, limiting the amount we could secure enough to monopolize the market.

Rosvita and Ludmila actively encouraged the young Dragonewts and Dragonias living in Lindblum to participate in monster hunting, and during their free time, they joined in taking down the creatures roaming near the city.

Thanks to their efforts, we received reports that monster sightings had drastically declined.

The reason I was making my way to Lindblum was that I had fully recovered and was able to re-acquire my Combat Job, confirming that I had overcome the effects of skill loss. I was planning to renew my contract with Ludmila and Rosvita.

I had already sent a swift messenger to Abyss Vena yesterday, so I expected Ludmila would also be on her way to Lindblum.

As we arrived in Lindblum, the smoke billowing from the refinery painted streaks of black across the evening sky.

They called it a mining town, but it was more like a collection of dorms for the miners and refinery workers.

It also served as a Black Wing settlement, so they only bothered with the bare minimum for daily life.Since this town was in the Southern Region, a place crawling with monsters, most of the people here were men, miners and refinery workers who’d left their families back in Estfort or Abyss Vena to work here alone.

”Finally made it… this is Lindblum, huh?”

Our hunting wagon passed through the stone walls and down what seemed to be the main street. Then, we saw a magnificent mansion perched atop a small hill.

”Whoa, Dee-Dee’s place is seriously fancy!”

”The ceiling’s glowing gold… Please tell me they didn’t actually use gold?”

Ines and Feria were already inside, checking out the place before me.

Just like they said, the ceiling was gleaming gold. And the interior was filled with furniture made of silver, gold, pure silver, and jewels. All of it was sparkling under the glow of magic.

 I can’t calm down!

Dee and the others actually live in a place like this…

We walked down the hallway, taking in the mansion Rosvita had built.

There weren’t any dragons in my old world, but in stories, they were always portrayed as hoarders of shiny things like precious metals and jewels. Looks like the dragons in this world were the same way.

A Maid, our guide, announced that we’d arrived at the reception room, where Rosvita and the others were probably waiting.

Inside, Rosvita and Ludmila were already there.

”Lord Blackdagger, welcome to Lindblum. I apologize for the humble abode, but please, make yourselves at home and rest.”

Rosvita greeted us, her monocle gleaming. And I couldn’t help but feel a little… interested in her. She was stuffed into the tight gray suit that was the uniform for the women bureaucrats of the South District Margrave country, and the suit showed off her curves perfectly.

Yep, that uniform was definitely a good choice.

Originally envisioned as a formal uniform for female officers handling desk work in the South District military, it ended up being adopted as the bureaucratic uniform for the newly established Bureaucrats, thanks to my mother-in-law’s strong influence. This uniform carried quite the reputation.

However, only those who successfully passed the rigorous interview with Chancellor Lila, the most formidable figure in the South District, were allowed to wear it, proving they were not only the top bureaucrats but also exceptionally attractive.

Because of this, more and more administrative women were setting their sights on wearing this uniform.

Of course, the substantial salary was a significant draw, but even more so was the knowledge that donning a gray suit could drastically change how others perceived them.

 ”Is there something on me?”

Rosvita asked, her expression curious as she caught my gaze.

”No, it was just that my mother-in-law was really pleased with how well you handled the resource procurement, Rosvita. Thanks to you, the construction of Westferm is going smoothly, and we even have this magnificent estate!”

”Since Her Highness Delprius and Lord Blackdagger will be residing here, this is far too modest.”

Dee had been appointed as the lord of Lindblum, but in reality, she was working as my maid at the Estfort castle, only making her rounds here 2 or 3 days each month. Yet, Rosvita went all out to ensure a solid estate was built.

”Aren’t you going to greet me, Lord Blackdagger?”

Ludmila stepped forward, as if she could hardly hold herself back.

”I wasn’t ignoring you. We just met recently, didn’t we, Ludmila?”

”Yes, and I had to serve alongside Dee dressed as a maid for Lord Blackdagger… Mmmph!”

In a panic, I quickly covered Ludmila’s mouth.

I had convinced Rosvita that Dee was at Estfort for etiquette training, but if she found out that Dee and I had been doing all sorts of naughty things, I could expect some harsh words to fly my way.

Rosvita was a member of the Dragonian species with a formidable physique, having spent years as a close advisor to the Black Dragon Lord while also functioning as an economic bureaucrat. But on top of that, she was a fierce warrior to boot──so much so that even Clayd, who prided himself on being the ‘strongest,’ was said to avoid fighting her.

If she ever got angry, I knew I wouldn’t stand a chance against her.

True, she was my carrier, and I was completely infatuated with her, but whenever Dee’s education was involved, she flipped into guardian mode and delivered some pretty terrifying lectures──I’d experienced that firsthand more than once.

In the South District Margrave’s realm, the only people around who could lecture me were my mother-in-law or Rosvita.

”Ah, Ludmila! We have so much to catch up on, let’s chat over there!”

”Lord Blackdagger… did I just hear something I can’t simply ignore?”

I could feel a flicker of flame dancing in Rosvita’s eye behind her monocle.

 Oh no!

 She’s furious!

It’s an intense raging fireball of anger, isn’t it?!

Ludmila, what a landmine you just stepped on!

”Ah, um, no. It’s different. Just the other day, I asked Dee and Ludmila to clean my room. They did a great job, and I was just thanking them for that.”

”Cleaning the room? They’re in Lord Blackdagger’s mansion as a manners apprentice, so it’s only natural that they clean.”

It was a flimsy excuse, but it seemed to calm Rosvita’s anger a bit.

”But Sir Kent was peeking in on us while we were cleaning. After that, Her Highness Delprius and Her Highness Ludmila, as well as myself, were all requested…”

Out of nowhere, Flamil threw more fuel onto the fire that Rosvita had just started to extinguish.

”…requested? Could it be that Lord Blackdagger has been… procreating with Her Highness Delprius?”

A shimmer of heat haze sprang up behind Rosvita.

This is it… I’m done for.

I glanced at Milly and the others, but they just shrugged and looked resigned.

 Ms. Milly!?

Are you just going to ignore me here!?

 ”Lord Blackdagger!!”

 ”Hiya!”

Rosvita suddenly calls my name, making me jump and my voice crack.

”Lord Blackdagger seems to have a rather excessive amount of libido. I won’t allow Her Highness Delprius, who is still too young to even perform a Dragon Transformation, to become Lord Blackdagger’s plaything any further. I shall take care of that myself. Lady Miriallia has no objections, right?”

Even the usually composed Milly could only nod in response to Rosvita’s intimidating stance.

I was dragged by Rosvita’s arm into her private room.

* * *

For someone as strong as Rosvita, a Black Dragon of the Dragonia species, my weight must feel like nothing. As soon as we entered the room, I was thrown onto the bed.

”Didn’t I clearly tell you that sexual intercourse with Her Highness Delprius was forbidden! Her Highness Delprius is only 16! Among the Black Dragon race, that’s like a baby in diapers! While her body may have grown, I’ve never heard of, nor do I know anyone who would want to, engage in reproduction with a Dragonia of that age!”

Rosvita glared at me with piercing eyes and questioned me harshly.

”But, Dee said it was okay…”

”No way! Lord Blackdagger would never ask ‘Is it okay?’ if Her Highness was going to refuse! Ah, perhaps, as her protector, I should be the one to step away…”

Rosvita angrily pushed me down and grabbed my pants, exposing my manhood.

 ”Ah, Ms. Rosvita…”

”It seems this thing of yours is the problem! If I don’t properly discipline it, it might cause trouble for Her Highness Delprius.”
