”Hey, hey, Haruto… I’m not strange, am I?” Akane asked nervously.
Haruto sighed, tired of the same question but trying to stay calm. “Akane, it’s fine. Just relax a little.”
Right beside them, Akane’s mother Yui called out anxiously, “Hey, hey, dear! Am I strange too?”
Her husband Shūichi scolded her gently, “What are you saying? Just be quiet for a moment.”
”Father-in-law, thank you for agreeing this time,” Haruto said with a small bow.
Shūichi shook his head. “I’m not your father-in-law yet, and I only agreed because Akane asked.”
Although still strict with Haruto, Shūichi had started opening up a little since the early days. Haruto was now employed as a part-time doctor, able to work at Miyoshi Clinic whenever needed. Akane and Yui must have convinced him.
Part-time doctor for now.
At Miyoshi Clinic, run by Akane’s parents, the four of them in white coats stood together. This was the first time Haruto and Akane stood side by side as doctors.
While the four chatted noisily, a car stopped at the front entrance. If this had been Haruto’s old life, it would have been a luxury minivan—something like an Alphard or Vellfire, with tinted windows hiding the inside.
”Doctor!” The current top idol, Nishira Yuna, jumped out from the car.
”Hey, don’t run off suddenly!” Her manager, Sasahira Sawa, hurried after her.
”Long time no see, Yuna-san, Sasahira-san. We’ve been waiting,” Shūichi greeted politely.
”We’ve been waiting. I’m the director, Miyoshi Shūichi,” he added firmly.
”H-Hello, I’m Vice Director, Miyoshi Yui…” Yui stammered nervously.
”W-Welcome. We’re glad you’re here…” Akane’s voice was soft, her cheeks flushed as she looked down.
Shūichi greeted confidently but seemed a little flushed himself.
”Thank you for your help this time. We appreciate your cooperation,” Shūichi said.
”Thank you,” Yuna replied politely.
Yuna’s visit was for a hymenotomy surgery. The details of the incident remained unclear, but recently, Sasahira had contacted Haruto about it.
At first, Haruto had thought to simply introduce Yuna and improve Shūichi’s impression. But he decided it would be better to come and have a light conversation.
”Please follow me; I’ll guide you inside,” Shūichi said as he led the way.
Haruto walked beside Yuna and Sasahira, casually asking about things he was curious about.
”Eh? Sasahira-san is still managing everything?” Haruto asked.
”Yes. Actually, we’re still dealing with some problems and haven’t moved to the new office yet,” Sasahira explained.
Their lawyer said they could start operating from the new office immediately, but that risked someone claiming rights later. To avoid trouble, it was better to sort everything properly first.
”You’ve been managing things more loosely than I thought,” Haruto said.
Sasahira chuckled awkwardly. “Honestly, I didn’t realize it.”
”Hey Sasacchi, why don’t you let the doctor set up the office?” Yuna teased.
”Huh? Why are we even talking about that?” Sasahira blushed.
”Haha, Yuna seems to want the doctor to become president.”
”I couldn’t even get a loan to build that massage parlor, so it’s impossible,” Haruto added.
”Then why not hold a huge concert to raise funds?” Yuna asked eagerly.
Haruto rubbed his forehead. “It’s better to use that money to pay off the debts…”
He explained that the office executives were arrested all at once, leaving messy debts with some promissory notes missing or unclear. Since the office wasn’t illegal, Yuna still had to repay her debts as part of her contract.
Sasahira listened quietly, her expression thoughtful.

• Yuna – Female. A famous idol. She has well-defined features and is described as idol-like in appearance. She is a member of a popular idol group known for intense dance and singing performances. She is considering an AV job, which is unusual for a current popular idol. Her relationship with Haruto is that of a customer seeking assistance.
• Sasahira Sawa – Female. Yuna’s manager. She wears a suit and appears professional. She is supportive of Yuna but seems to struggle with explaining the situation. Her relationship with Haruto is that of a representative for Yuna.
