Chapter 210 What Is The Effect Of Blindfolds?

Edited by: Kanaa-senpai

”I-I don’t think I can keep doing this…” Rin said, her voice trembling.

”What are you talking about?! Ayase-senpai, you’re right here with me, so you can push yourself just a little more!” Haruto said firmly, rubbing her shoulder.

”No, it’s not my body… it’s my mind! Mentally!” she replied, shaking her head.

”I get that, I really do!” Haruto answered quickly.

Since Yuna’s live stream, the number of customers at Rin’s gym skyrocketed. The same happened at Haruto’s massage parlor, where the customer flow—after calming down for a while—had now doubled again.

Both business owners—and their staff—were not only physically exhausted from the sudden rush but also mentally worn out. The reason behind this stress was…

”Old classmates and relatives I haven’t talked to in forever keep calling me, saying, ‘Long time no see!’ And even worse, strangers approach me saying, ‘Are you Ayase-san? It’s me, it’s me!’” Rin complained.

”I know, right? At my place, people come up asking, ‘Can you hire me as a friend?’ or ‘Please introduce me to Yuna-chan—we’re friends!’” Haruto added, rubbing his temple.

”They all stress the words ‘friends,’ ‘relatives,’ or ‘acquaintances’ like it’s some special key!” Rin said with a sigh.

Everyone who learned about the idol connection through Yuna’s stream was trying to take advantage of it.

”They want to get something sweet from this, even though they’re busy. But with all this chaos, I can’t imagine who’d even show up for an interview,” Haruto said.

”I should’ve hired someone before this all happened… Sorry,” Rin apologized.

”Don’t say that! It’s not your fault, and the rush has really helped us,” Haruto assured her.

The gym’s finances had been struggling, and this sudden wave of customers was a true blessing for Rin—Yuna-sama was their lifesaver.

”By the way, about those tickets I got from Yuna-san, do you think Ayase-senpai can come?” Haruto asked.

”Definitely! I’m closing the gym that day to go. I can’t skip it, or everything might fall apart,” Rin answered firmly.

The tickets Yuna gave them were for a Tokyo Dome concert. The event was originally planned by her previous agency, but when she moved to the new company, the tickets were smoothly transferred. It looked like everything was settled perfectly.

Yuna and her team also had a concert planned at the National Stadium next summer, a venue that required booking months or even years ahead. She happily told Haruto the transfer had gone well.

”This will be my first concert ever… What should I expect?” Rin whispered.

”I got tickets for Akane too. How about we all go together?” Haruto suggested.

”Really?! Thank you so much!” Rin smiled brightly.

In both his past and present life, this was Haruto’s first concert. The Tokyo Dome could hold 55,000 people, and the National Stadium 88,000. It would be the biggest concert he’d ever attend.

”By the way, Haruto-kun… why am I blindfolded?” Rin asked, blinking.

”Ah, that’s because you’re stressed, mentally. I thought trying a different kind of massage might help you relax,” Haruto explained.

”So, that’s why the blindfold?” she said quietly.

”This time, you’ll lie on your back instead of face down. The blindfold will block the bright lights, making it easier to relax. And… you’ll feel the other effects soon,” Haruto said with a small smile.

Blindfolds had many uses: to relieve eye strain, help with sleep, or block sight. Sometimes, they were used to heighten senses in intimate situations by cutting off visual cues, which could make other sensations stronger.

Since Rin had never experienced Haruto’s massages before, the blindfold wasn’t meant to enhance anything like that. It was simply important to keep her eyes closed this time.

”Alright, let’s get started!” Haruto said gently.
