As soon as the fight between Reese and Amanda was settled, the surviving bandits folded instantly. Well, there were only a few of them left anyway…
”She forced us into this!” one bandit shouted.
”She said she’d gut us if we didn’t join up… we didn’t have a choice! We aren’t the bad guys! It’s all her fault!” another added.
The bandits’ excuses are pathetic. I couldn’t care less.
”Don’t give me that bullshit!” Amanda barked. She was lying on the floor, limbs bound, but she still had teeth. “You lot attacked first! The second you realized you were losing, you started crawling on your knees, begging to be my underlings just to save your miserable skins!”
”Liar! You’re the one who threatened us!” a bandit countered. “You said you’d spare us if we served you! Who in their right mind would willingly work for a Mazoku¹ woman?!”
”Exactly! Just the thought of being under a Mazoku like you makes my skin crawl! Hey, Masked Master, do us a favor and just end this bitch already,” the other bandit urged.
Their selfish whining is starting to piss me off. Amanda is clearly the one telling the truth. And even if the bandits were right, it doesn’t change the fact that they robbed and murdered merchants and travelers. They likely raped the women they caught, too, before killing them once they got bored. I have no intention of listening to a word they say. There are zero mitigating circumstances here. Which means… it’s time for that line.
”But I refuse,” I said.
”Wh-Whaaaaaat!?” the bandits cried in unison.
”I have a use for this woman, so I’m keeping her alive. But you guys? You’re just useless piles of trash. Actually, letting you live would be a blight on society. So… how about you just die for me?” I asked.
”Wait! I don’t want to-!”
”Don’t fuck with us! We surrend-!”
I didn’t give them a chance. I took their heads without hesitation. It’s a waste of time to let them beg. Selling them off as criminal slaves is too much paperwork, and their bounties are ‘Dead or Alive’ anyway. It’s not like I’m hurting for money.
Amanda just stared at the carnage, mouth agape.
”Hey, Sieben,” Mihiro asked. “You said you had a use for her-are you making her your slave?”
”Hardly. She’s not really my type, unfortunately,” I replied.
I shut Mihiro down immediately.
To be fair to Amanda, she isn’t ugly. In fact, she’s quite a beauty-an untamed, fierce kind of beauty. But she doesn’t do anything for me. As for her ‘use’…
”I’m going to teleport back home with her. There might be some stragglers left here, so handle the cleanup, would you? Also, let the soldiers at the fort know the threat’s been neutralized,” I instructed.
”Hey! What are you doing?! Stop! Let me go!” Amanda screamed.
Ignoring her thrashing, I hoisted the screaming Amanda over my shoulder and teleported.

”And… we’re here,” I said.
”Here? Where the hell is ‘here’?!” Amanda demanded.
The teleport dropped us right in front of my estate’s gates. My place is massive if you count the grounds. It isn’t quite a ten-minute walk from the gate to the front door, but it’s long enough for a decent moonlit stroll with Reese. Naturally, security is tight; the walls are high, and entry is restricted to the main and back gates. We were at the front.
”Welcome back, Sieben-sama,” the gatekeepers said.
Two sentries greeted me. Both were girls, and both were dressed in outfits that were… well, absurd.
They were former priestesses of the Hero Church² who came to me during the Sugita incident. He’d stolen their hearts, but once they got them back, they decided to follow me, almost like they were mimicking Mariana. They weren’t the only ones; quite a few ended up at my place. Most work as maids, but a few have combat training and pull sentry duty… though their ‘uniforms’ are nothing short of scandalous.
Head-guards, gauntlets, and greaves-fine. They’re holding halberds that scream ‘dont mess with me’-also fine. The problem is the armor. It looks like nothing more than a metal bib and a loincloth. Their midriffs are completely exposed. And those bibs… they basically just sit on top of their breasts. You can see the underboob, and honestly, their areolas are practically peeking out. Somehow, the defense rating is decent, which makes no sense. Apparently, it works like the bikini-armor³ Reese and Mime wear, projecting a thin mana barrier over the body. It’s supposed to be standard-issue gear for Hero Church priestesses.
The look is incredibly lewd, but since it’s practical, I don’t say anything. The only real downside is the way every man who passes by ends up walking hunched over.
”That Reese woman was bad enough, but making girls dress like this? Are you some kind of pervert?” Amanda hissed.
Talk about a false accusation. Honoka and the others wear this erotic gear because they like it. Don’t pin this on me.
”We dress this way because it pleases our Lord,” one gatekeeper said.
”If we are to serve a man, we must first satisfy his eyes. Besides, this outfit makes it much faster to… get started,” the other added.
I mean, true, but I have zero interest in ‘getting started’ with you two. You left the Church; go heal the world’s starved men with those bodies of yours. Honestly…
”Anyway, is Orcus around?” I asked.
”Yes. He’s in the garden playing with Leki-lady-sama and her friend,” the gatekeeper replied.
Perfect. I gave the sentries a quick nod of thanks and walked through the gates with Amanda still over my shoulder.
The two girls let out little squeals and their knees buckled for some reason, but I ignored it. If I start paying attention to that, I’ve already lost.
Sure enough, Orcus was playing with Leki and her friend.
The friend was Gale, a bright, energetic kid. Anyone with eyes could see he was head-over-heels for Leki, but the poor guy’s feelings weren’t reaching her at all. I’d love to see them hook up, but… he’s got a long road ahead of him.
By the way, Gale is actually the Wind Demon General, Storm. He’s spoofing his status window, but he can’t hide from my ‘Eyes of Truth.’ I was suspicious at first, but he seems to be exactly as he appears, so I just leave him be. He’s not an enemy. If anything, he’s friendly.
”Dammit! Why can’t I catch you?!” Orcus yelled.
”Ahaha! Your movements are too easy to read, Orcus-san!” Gale laughed.
Looks like they were playing tag. Orcus was being completely toyed with.
”Go Gale! Get him!” Leki cheered.
”That’s cold, Young Lady!” Orcus lamented.
He clearly didn’t expect her to cheer for the other side.
Watching them from the grass was my beloved Lil, a soft smile on her face. Even though we just found out she’s pregnant, her belly hasn’t started showing yet.
”I’m back, Lil,” I said.
”Welcome home, dear. You’re back early today,” Lil replied.
”Yay! Papa’s home!” Leki cried.
”Whoa, Aniki is back?!” Orcus asked.
”Gotcha! Tag! Orcus-san loses!” Gale shouted.
”Augh! You little cheat!” Orcus barked.
Orcus’s fault for getting distracted. He was wide open.
”Ah, Sieben-san, sorry for dropping in… gah!” Gale muttered.
That ‘gah’ was definitely directed at Amanda. It wasn’t because he felt guilty toward me. Gale’s a Mazoku, so he probably knows her. Does that make Amanda a big shot too? Or maybe it’s her parents?
”What’s with that ‘gah’? You got a problem with my face?” Amanda snapped.
”Ah, no, uh… haha…” Gale said, rubbing the back of his head.
Amanda clearly had no idea who he really was.
”Dear, who is she?” Lil asked.
”Caught her. She attacked us on the way,” I explained.
”I see. Is she going to be a servant, then?” Lil asked.
”A servant?! Are you kidding me?! Like hell I will!” Amanda exploded.
Amanda exploded at Lil’s suggestion. I mean, that is the plan, but not for me. I brought her here specifically to be Orcus’s servant.
Speaking of Orcus…
He was staring at Amanda, completely dazed. Or rather, he looked smitten.
”Orcus? Earth to Orcus?” I called out.
”…Huh?! What is it, Aniki?” Orcus asked.
”I was thinking of giving this girl to you,” I said.
Wait, something’s up with him.
”What? Don’t want her?” I asked.
”No-No-No! Are you serious? For real?!” Orcus stammered.
He seemed pretty shaken. Must be serious if he had to ask twice.
Amanda, on the other hand, had stopped screaming.
”…Hwah…” Amanda whispered.
She was staring back at him, equally dazed.
”I’m dead serious. That’s why I brought her,” I said.
”I-I get it! Thanks, Aniki! Alright, woman, you’re mine now!” Orcus declared.
”…Yeah. Wait, no! Who would ever be with a guy like you?!” Amanda yelled.
Did I just see Amanda make the face of a girl in love?
Whatever. I set her down and untied the ropes.
”So, Amanda’s Orcus’s servant now,” I said.
”No, Aniki. I’m making her my wife. I’m in love. She’s my type. A total hundred-mile-per-hour fastball right over the plate!” Orcus shouted.
”What?! Wife?! Wh-Why would I ever marry a guy like you?!” Amanda screamed.
Amanda was completely flustered, her face turning a deep shade of crimson. It wasn’t just her natural red skin; she was blushing hard. That’s definitely not anger.
”Oh my, someone’s being shy,” Lil giggled.
She wasn’t mocking her-she was watching with that warm gaze mothers use.
Yeah, Lil saw it too. Which means…
Amanda is a total tsundere.
”Shut up, you! I-If you want me that bad, then prove you can beat me! Otherwise, I’ll never accept this!” Amanda challenged.
”So I just have to beat you, huh?!” Orcus asked.
”My name isn’t ‘you,’ it’s Amanda!” she yelled back.
”Right! Amanda! I’m Orcus, the man who’s gonna be your husband! Don’t you forget it!” Orcus roared.
”S-Shut up!” Amanda cried.
And so, their duel began.
It was a total blowout.
Amanda was attacking relentlessly, but Orcus didn’t even flinch. He just walked toward her, slowly, step by step.
Overwhelmed by his pressure, Amanda backed away until she hit the wall. And then…
A heavy thud against the stone. A finger hooked under her chin⁴.
”Amanda. Be my woman,” Orcus said.
”…Y-Y-Yes!” Amanda whimpered.
With moist eyes, Amanda agreed to be his wife. She looked like a total maiden in love-brows lowered, mouth slightly agape, completely entranced.
”Hell yeah! Amanda, I’m not letting you sleep tonight! I’m gonna whisper sweet nothings in your ear while I love the hell out of you!” Orcus shouted.
Orcus swept her up in a bridal carry.
”Wh-Wh-What are you saying?! Listen, I lost, so I have no choice! I’m only marrying you out of ne-ces-si-ty! Don’t forget it!” Amanda yelled.
”Yeah, yeah. I love you, Amanda,” Orcus said.
”Fuah?! I love… Don’t make me say it!” Amanda screamed.
Orcus carried her off into the mansion.
The rest of us were all thinking the same thing.
She really is a tsundere.

”By the way… dear? Could you do ‘that’ to me, too?” Lil asked.
”That?” I asked.
”Yes. The wall slam and the chin lift,” Lil replied.
Needless to say, I did.
(Later, Orcus and Amanda’s father would get into a massive brawl, but that’s a story for another time.)

Lean build, sharp features, that cold, arrogant “I can get away with it” stare. Wields the unique skill Steal (窃盗), which he uses to manipulate minds and control women. Once impersonated the hero Sieben with a mask and greatsword, but lost everything and dropped to Level 7. He’s a “Hero” cursed to die and resurrect endlessly—turned into a Lesser Vampire, executed, and ultimately erased from existence.
• Mime – Short‑haired, cat‑eyed merc with wheat skin and a tight, athletic build that screams “I lift.” She swings a primitive stone axe like it’s nothing and sticks with the Renegade clan like a pro. She’s all business in a fight, but the second anyone mentions her comrade Marl, the tough‑girl act cracks and the worry shows through.
• Honoka – Petite, cute “transistor‑glamour” girl with high‑level healing magic, built like a tiny bomb of lewdness and huge breasts. Started as a cold‑hearted slave mocking Sasaki, then flipped into full devoted “Goshujin‑sama” maid mode, obsessed with his scent and desperate to bear his child. Used to be Hidaka’s obsession, later violated by Sugita, which left her furious and tightly protective of the protagonist. Bashful smiles, but the second anything touches him she goes nuclear. Usually in a sleazy maid outfit, the anti‑aesthetic to Lotte and Nadja’s clean uniforms.
• Orcus – A former orc born from Yuko Oshiro and an orc. To be exact, he is a High Orc Brave. Now a ‘Rakshasa’ and Natsumi’s subordinate after being defeated. Over 190cm tall, muscular, bronze skin, messy long red hair. Wild, masculine features.
• Leki – Lil’s daughter. Height: 140 cm, B-W-H: 70, 54, 69. She looks more like a Siberian Husky puppy than a wolf. Honestly, she just looks like a stuffed toy, recently transformed into a human form. Now use great axe as weapon.
• Gale – Leki’s friend, secretly the Wind Demon General Storm. Hides his status from others except Sieben.
• Storm – Wind Demon General. An Undead immortal over 300 years old who stopped growing as a boy. Short stature. Disheveled green hair. Large golden eyes. Waxy pale skin.
• Lil – One of the heroines. Height 166 cm, B-W-H: 90-56-90. She is a top-tier beauty with long indigo hair down to her waist, a large scar on her abdomen and sharp golden eyes. She has wolf ears and a tail.
