Chapter 303 The End of Jinno Yuto
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
”Uwaaaaaaaaah!”
”&@%#☆¥○*?! $〒mib&=△€★ube+%!!!!”
My full-power strike cleaved the demon in two. It let out an unrecognizable shriek and died.
”With this… it’s the last one…”
How much time had passed since I was trapped in this labyrinth… the Demon Realm¹? The demon I just defeated was shaped like a woman’s genitals, and it was from this thing that all the other demons were being birthed. But now that I’ve killed it, no more demons will spawn.
I’ve been through hell. Honestly, I’ve died many times. Compared to having my skills forgotten through an Imp’s sorcery, the rest was worse: I had my life force drained dry by Succubi, and Incubi turned me into a woman, violating me repeatedly and forcing me to conceive time and again. How many times was I killed and turned into feed by Archdemons? Still, I never gave up. It was all for the sake of Justice.
”Yo, good work.”
”?! Who’s there?!”
A voice came from behind me, and I swung my sword without thinking, but the blade was caught between two of the speaker’s fingers and wouldn’t budge an inch.
”Honestly, I thought I’d let you out since you killed all the demons, but that’s a hell of a greeting.”
”Sasaki… Natsumi! You bastard!”
The owner of the voice was Sasaki Natsumi, the root of all evil. Even though I had killed so many demons and wiped them out, this guy was casually catching my attack.
”By the way, your equipment has changed quite a bit. You look just like a Demon King.”
Right now, I’m wearing pitch-black armor and carrying a sinister greatsword; if I had horns, you could honestly call me a Demon King without any issue.
But it couldn’t be helped.
The sword, armor, and shield I originally equipped were all stolen or broken.
I couldn’t even manage to defeat my enemies without using what was available.
They were things used by demons, and it goes against my principles, but since they were surprisingly strong pieces of equipment, I ended up favoring them.
Well, no matter how malevolent an object is, there’s no problem as long as it’s used for Justice.
”So, is it true that you’re letting me out?”
”Of course it’s true. As a bonus, I’ll at least make that gear look like it belongs to a Hero.”
When Sasaki snapped his fingers, the greatsword transformed into a Holy Sword emitting a divine radiance, and the pitch-black armor changed into sacred mail glowing with pure white light.
”Oh! This is exactly how a Hero should look! All that’s left is to leave this place and kill you-“
”It’s impossible for you to kill me, so give it up. If you want, I can just leave you trapped here and go home.”
”…Tsk.”
When he puts it like that, I have no choice but to be humble.
”Fine. A Hero is returning. Naturally, I expect a grand welcome, so I’ll hold off on killing you. You should be grateful.”
”Yeah, yeah, let’s go with that.”
(This guy… should I just kill him right here after all?)
”Well then, if you pass through there, you’ll end up back where you were before you were sent here.”
Space distorted, and something like a vortex appeared. It galled me to take him at his word, but there was no point staying here. I threw myself into the vortex as instructed.
* * *
”What is the meaning of this…?”
When I emerged from the Demon Realm, I was in the middle of a thick, overgrown forest. I’m certain that right before I was teleported to the Demon Realm, I was in a grassland.
”Well, 70,000 years have passed. With crustal movements and climate change, it’s not strange for things to look this different.”
”70,000 years?!”
I was in that Demon Realm for 70,000 years? I spent 70,000 years endlessly killing demons? I don’t necessarily believe what Sasaki says, but after 70,000 years, surely no one I knew would be left. Countries and cities would be gone. It’s doubtful even ruins would remain. But this means there’s no one left to celebrate my great achievement. However, Sasaki said this:
”There are still humans surviving.”
Of course, after this much time, civilization would have either advanced or collapsed-likely the latter. But if humans are still alive…
”Ah, they’re relatively close by, so you should try looking for them.”
”Ah, hey!”
Sasaki irresponsibly vanished from before my eyes.
”Tsk… fine. I’ll search the old-fashioned way.”
It’s nothing to me. My senses are sharp even compared to an ordinary person. I just need to search for the presence of a creature about my size. Since I’m in a forest, visibility is poor. Fortunately-though I don’t know if I can call it that-no monsters appeared to attack me. But there are signs of life, so some kind of animals must be around.
After walking for about four hours.
”Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!”
I heard a woman’s scream. Just as Sasaki said, someone was relatively close. A scream meant they were being attacked? I ran through the forest toward the sound.
”Hey! Are you okay?! I’ve come to sa-… eh?”
”Ahn! Yes! More! Make me go more-ssu! Ahn! Nhaaaaaaaaaaan!”
A woman I knew was naked, sticking her butt out of her own volition while being attacked by a wolf-like beast. No, she was being violated. Her face was completely in heat, and despite being subjected to bestiality, she was happily swinging her hips and basking in pleasure.
”Mayuzumi… what are you doing…?”
”Ahn! Ahee! Oh? I see a very nostalgic face-ssu. Uhm… it’s Jinno-kun, isn’t it-ssu? How nostalgic-ssu, have you been well-ssu? Nn, ahn! Wa-wait-ssu, wai… hih-haaaaaaaaaan!”
Mayuzumi climaxed as the wolf thrust into her.
”Geez… you’re a naughty boy-ssu… hehe.”
”Mayuzumi! What the hell are you doing?!”
”Eh? Can’t you tell by looking-ssu? It’s s*x-ssu, beast s*x. I’ve mated with sooooo many people and monsters until now, been knocked up, and given birth-ssu. This child is my child, too-ssu. He’s in the form of a beast now, but he’ll properly take human form later-ssu.”
Mayuzumi grinned with a happy, idiotic look on her face.
”Jinno-kun, do you want to do it with me-ssu? Do it with me and have lots of babies-ssu. Here, you move aside and let Jinno-kun have a turn-ssu.”
The wolf moved away from Mayuzumi with what looked like a reluctant attitude. Mayuzumi spread her legs wide and enticed me seductively.
(What is this? What is wrong with her? Mating with a beast like that, and in such a lewd posture. And she’s actually begging for it. Does she have not a shred of modesty?)
In the first place, what did she say? She gave birth to monsters? If it were humans, fine. I could still forgive that. Setting aside ethics, it wouldn’t be a problem. But monsters? And wasn’t she just engaging in bestiality? If she were being raped, that would be one thing, but she was swinging her own hips. She was enjoying it. There’s no way someone like this is sane. No, rather, she is evil. The very embodiment of evil that births monsters. Yes, exactly like that breeding mother of demons back in the Demon Realm. I silently gripped my sword.
”Jinno-kuuun… eh? Gyaah!”
I cut Mayuzumi down with a Diagonal Slash². Without any resistance, blood overflowed boundlessly from the gaping wound, and her internal organs spilled out.
”Ah, ha… it hurts… it hurts-ssu… ah, haha… with this, I… can finally die-ssu…”
Mayuzumi’s eyes lost their light, and she died. However, for some reason, her face wore an expression full of peace.
”Ah-ah, you went and killed her.”
Sasaki’s voice came from behind me.
”Mayuzumi was the last human in this world, you know. If you had kept going like that, humans might have increased and prospered again. Ah-ah, because you killed her, humanity is extinct. Oh, I’m not counting you.”
”Wha… t… did you say…?”
”I’m saying that humans have disappeared from this world. Humanity exists in a sense, but they’re a different species from humans. But you just killed the last pure human. All because of your pathetic sense of justice.”
I… I destroyed humanity? That’s… no, it’s not right.
”No. I… I’m not in the wrong! I’m not the one in the wrong! You’re the one at fault for not telling me Mayuzumi was the only human! That’s right, I’m not wrong, I’m not wrong…”
”But the one who killed Mayuzumi and wiped out the humans was you, Jinno. Well? How does it feel to have destroyed the human race?”
”Uaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! It wasn’t me! It’s not my fault! It’s your fault, it’s all your fault!”
Enraged, I slashed at Sasaki, but he dodged with ease and composure.
”Oops, dangerous. Ah, like I said earlier, humanity itself survives, so you can leave descendants. Though, what’s born won’t be human. Also, as you can probably tell from being alive after 70,000 years, you’re immortal, so you can live forever. Good for you.”
”You bastard! You incarnation of evil! I’ll kill you, I’ll kill you!”
”I told you, it’s impossible. In terms of power and everything else, there’s nothing where you reach my level. Besides, my main body isn’t here. Gatekeeper, my business is done, so I’m heading back. See ya.”
Like a sci-fi movie, Sasaki vanished from the spot. All the things I’ve done up until now… what was it all for…?
* * *
I wonder how much time has passed now. It’s definitely in the billions of years. The atmosphere is hot, the water has dried up, and I feel no breath of life in the earth. There is nothing living besides me. The sun has bloated and looks like it’s about to explode.
”Why… did it turn out like this…”
Since then, I fought against the humanity Sasaki mentioned. I was called a Demon King, attacked countless times, and I defeated them. There were those who prostrated themselves before me, but I killed them too. As a result, those who could be called intelligent life forms went extinct in less than a thousand years.
”I’m not wrong… I am Justice… that’s why I’m still alive… that’s right, it must be so. I… I am Justice-?!”
At that moment, the sun exploded, and the flames and blast swallowed me along with the earth.

Summary:
Jinno Yuto escapes the Demon Realm after 70,000 years, only to find the world unrecognizable. He encounters a corrupted Mayuzumi and, in a fit of self-righteousness, kills her, unknowingly extinguishing the last of the human race. The chapter ends with Jinno surviving into the heat death of the universe, trapped in a cycle of delusion as the sun explodes.
—
Trivia:
- The change in Jinno’s gear from black to white symbolizes his internal justification for his atrocities.
- Sasaki Natsumi’s finger-catch of a sword strike establishes a power gap that Jinno cannot bridge even after eons of training.
- Mayuzumi’s ‘peaceful’ death suggests she viewed her existence as a burden or a long-awaited end to a curse
—
Character Insight:
Jinno’s relationship with the concept of ‘Justice’ becomes his only companion as he alienates and eventually exterminates all life. His dynamic with Sasaki Natsumi shifts from hero-villain to an ant being toyed with by an indifferent god.
—
Lore And Worldbuilding Context:
The ‘Demon Realm’ operates on extreme time dilation. The term ‘Humanity’ in this world’s future refers to mutated descendants or new species, while ‘Human’ (Ningen) refers specifically to the original race from Jinno’s era.
—
TL Notes:
The ending mirrors the fate of Kars from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, as noted in the author’s commentary regarding eternal stasis in space.
