Chapter 159 The Uncharted Depths Navigating Duty and Devotion in the Labyrinth
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
A woman’s soft, yearning cries pulled me from the edge of sleep.
The familiar, intoxicating scent of her desire enveloped me as I stirred, my cheek resting against the yielding warmth of her thigh. Marina’s nude form loomed above, her expression a blend of concern and mischief.
”Well, hello there, sleepyhead. You’re awake now, aren’t you? Think you can manage another round after Ashley’s turn? Or shall I take over with Yuuri this time?” she teased, her voice laced with playful challenge.
”Thank you for your concern, dear sister,” I replied, my voice steady despite the rush of renewed energy coursing through me. “But I can absolutely manage. There are only four more skills left to create. To relinquish this duty to either of you would make me feel utterly unworthy of the trust placed in me.”
My own body was a testament to our efforts—my groin exposed, slick with the mingled evidence of my passion and my Master’s essence. The crotch tattoo between my heavily heaving breasts glowed a dusky red-black, a silent marker of our repeated acts of devotion.
(Heavens, I’m insatiable… but even in our private moments, I struggle to keep pace with Yuuri’s fervor.)
In the replicated image of my hometown, I had been the one to invite him to the ‘Festival,’ only to end up pleading for mercy, my body pushed to its limits. Even after being entwined with him until dawn, I had managed to create only nine skills, and as punishment, I was made to guide him through the village in nothing but a single undergarment, yielding to his desires wherever they struck.
Though I was finally allowed to dress properly before we left, the task of skill creation remained unrelenting upon our return to the Workshop. The sight of me, utterly spent, had briefly concerned my younger sister, but she was swiftly ‘persuaded’ while assisting with my bath, and the entire next day was dedicated to acquiring the remaining Domain Skills.
”Hic! Ngh! Yuuri, how… how am I doing?!” Ashley’s voice was raw, wild with sensation.
”Ah, just as perfect as always! Your womb is tight, and it feels divine. You’re close, aren’t you? I’m right there with you, ready to spill my seed. Let’s reach the peak together, Ashley!” Yuuri’s voice was deep, strained with exertion.
Their cries of passion surged, signaling the imminent climax of their union.
I watched as Yuuri’s hips thrust urgently from behind, Ashley’s full bosom quivering with each movement, her body teetering on the edge of collapse. Yet, held firmly in place by his grasp, she could not yield to gravity, her round, muscular hips trembling uncontrollably as wave after wave of ecstasy coursed through her.
”Wow! Ashley looks utterly lost in pleasure! Mmm, I’m starting to crave that myself!” Marina murmured, her voice soft with longing.
Witnessing their passionate union, I felt my own body stir, my hips instinctively rising as if to claim an invisible embrace. I was about to surrender to the shameless urge to grind against the air when Marina, kneeling beside me, mirrored my movement, her thighs pressing together in silent harmony.
”Ah! Ah! I’m coming! Guuh! Ah! Aaaaaaaah!” Ashley’s cry was a symphony of release.
”Ugh! Kuuuh!” Yuuri groaned in response.
Ashley’s face was a mask of pure bliss as she surrendered to her climax, her voice a declaration of her pleasure. Imagining the ecstasy my fellow servant was experiencing, a mix of envy and empathy swirled within me. To be intimate with the man I love is the greatest joy a woman can know, but to share that joy with companions who understand its depth is a blessing beyond measure.
In those moments of rapture, when the body is consumed by sensation, one is often too lost to notice anything else. Yet, witnessing my dear sisters become so utterly undone by pleasure filled me with a joyful embarrassment and a profound sense of connection. It was a bond I could not bear to break, and so I remained, sharing in their moments until we all finally succumbed to sleep. Our intimate time together was not merely indulgence but a logical way to alleviate the stress of skill creation.
”Hooo! Ooooh! Onnh! Heh, heaaah…” Ashley gasped, her body quivering in the aftermath.
”That was beautiful, Ashley,” Yuuri whispered, holding her as she went limp in his arms.
She must have been completely overwhelmed, for she simply lay face down on the bed, her body trembling with faint spasms, utterly spent.
Yet, as Yuuri slowly withdrew, the sensation awakened her, and she pushed herself up with trembling arms, her role as head servant demanding she attend to him. Though I felt a twinge of regret at seeing a level of devotion I had not yet achieved, I was equally filled with pride at the unshakeable bond between my sisters and the fact that I was allowed to be part of their circle.
”Ah! That’s so enticing! That vigor looks delicious!” Marina exclaimed, her voice full of desire.
”Haa, haahh! Please, wait a moment! I’ll likely be overcome next, so I humbly ask that you indulge then!” Ashley panted.
The scent of our Master’s essence is enough to drive any servant to madness. It is an incredibly intimate request to ask a superior to clean up after one’s mess, but my sister, who shares the belief that the Master’s seed is the ultimate nectar, nodded without hesitation.
As I held my breath, witnessing their scandalous exchange, Yuuri gently laid Ashley down after she had tenderly cleansed him. He then turned his concerned gaze toward me, his eyes burning with a familiar, bestial lust.
”You’re incredible, Suzuri. Ready for another round after just one turn with Ashley in between,” he remarked, a smile touching his lips.
”Yes, I’m completely ready! But Yuuri, are you sure you don’t need to rest?”
It is, however, the Master’s natural right to desire his servant, and the servant’s utmost joy to be desired. Thus, it is customary to use words that might be taken as disdain to further fuel that desire.
Feeling Yuuri’s lust intensify as he laughed off my suggestion with a ‘Who do you think you’re talking to?’ I once again opened my body, eagerly awaiting his intimate affection. Marina, who had been using her knee as a pillow for me, shifted back slightly and even pressed my arms down onto the bed, offering words of encouragement to help me endure the skill creation process.
”Four more to go, right? Youve done so well to get this far. Now then, let us begin.”
”Yes! Thank you for placing your hands upon Suzuri! I will continue to work with all my heart and soul to be useful to you, Yuuri, and to my dear sisters!” I cried out with unwavering devotion.
”Aww, Suzuri, you can do it! Leave the vigor to me, and show Yuuri lots of dirty, indecent poses!” Marina cheered.
Pinned by the two stronger individuals, I had lost all means of escaping this utterly perverse ritual on my own.
Yet, enveloped by supreme pleasure and an irreplaceable love, I felt not a speck of fear at what was to come. As if to prove it, I smiled seductively at my Master, who looked down on me with pleasure, his large, warm palm slowly reaching out to gently caress the crotch tattoo decorating my lower belly.
* * *
The Libellula that had been floating above, provocatively taunting me, crashed down without ceremony.
Its wings, which had been a blur to my confident dynamic vision, lost their translucency upon petrification, turning into thin, brittle flakes of stone. The creature arced like a thrown pebble, finally smashing against a rock jutting out of the ground, where it shattered into fragments.
”—Pitiless life. Before meeting Yuuri, this creature would have easily overwhelmed me.”
This monster, faster than I and able to close the distance accurately, would have been a thorny obstacle even if I had a way to deal with the Basilisk’s petrification, making it difficult to pass the 58th floor. Now, it was just debris at my feet, its prideful wings broken off at the root.
”To think that merely hitting it with a little Motes would be enough now—just adding the Petrification Domain makes everything this much easier.”
The Domain Skill, carefully crafted over two days, effortlessly neutralized the formidable foe on the very first try, contrary to my Master’s slight worries.
—If I were to attempt this without the Familial Workshop…
Having overcome the obstacle so easily, the thought circled in my mind.
I thought of my former companions and concluded that we were simply not capable enough to challenge these deeper layers of the Labyrinth. I heard that I was the only casualty when they abandoned the raid eighty years ago.
”Hmm. Perhaps being chased off by the Basilisk was actually for the best, after all.”
Of course, I held some bitterness toward my old companions for not believing I had survived and coming to my aid.
But now, seeing it as the suffering I had to endure to meet Yuuri, the man I am destined to be with, there was no room for resentment. Moreover, thinking of the comrades who had suffered with me to clear up to the 57th floor, I felt it was the best outcome that no further sacrifices were made.
”Hmm. Thinking about my own needs, I suppose I need to completely destroy the petrified remains, don’t I?”
As the small thorn that had been lodged in my heart finally pulled out, my attention returned to the petrified Libellula. Even in this state, its wings were shattered, so it wouldn’t pose any real threat if the petrification was released.
But as long as it remained ‘alive,’ the insect’s stone statue would persist, never being cleared by the Labyrinth’s restoration ability. I don’t know when that might happen, but if a later party were to come across it, they might be alerted that someone ahead possesses a means of petrification. I had to eliminate it to prevent them from reading my hand and raising any unnecessary opposition.
”Well, this is far easier than having to hit it with a Motes attack, so I shouldn’t complain.”
Power sometimes attracts the will to eliminate it. That’s why my home village strove to be so isolationist, and it was only logical to address any perceived threats to protect the comfortable life I had found.
Reassuring myself with this logic, I threw a kunai wrapped in Motes at the petrified Libellula’s chest. The stone shattered, a black mist exploding from the impact, and the insect’s body, save for its abdomen and broken wings, completely disappeared. The remaining parts were still petrified but would certainly no longer be judged as ‘alive.’ They would return to the Labyrinth within a day, and attempting any further evidence destruction would be excessive trouble.
”Ugh. Stopping every time to ensure its destruction might actually take too long, though.”
My objective for this reconnaissance was to find the location of the Safety Area as quickly as possible. I should be trying to shorten the time I take.
”Alright. That detestable bug is strangely persistent. I’ll petrify the ones that try to rush me, and then simply destroy them before they hit the ground so I can keep running.”

There was no longer anything to fear from this quick-but-otherwise-weak monster. I ran past the stone remains, heading again toward the predicted location of the Safety Area.
After that, I swept through the forest, only stopping to eliminate the annoyingly persistent Libellula without ever feeling any real danger. Even though the location I checked turned out to be a dead end, the ease of the trip there meant I wasn’t disheartened in the slightest. I was then happily sent back out after reporting to the others waiting at the Workshop, changing my destination for the next scouting trip.
”—Oh! What is that?!”
After repeating the trip five times in total, I looked out from a tall tree at my predicted location and saw a portion of a white roof peeking out, hidden by a rocky ridge and overgrown trees.
At first, I doubted my own eyes, but leaping from tree to tree, I got closer, and it was undeniably the exit side of the 58th floor. I climbed down from the trees and carefully navigated the rocks at the base, discovering an open space, like a plaza, similar to the one at the entrance.
”So, you are the one who stands guard at the very end, as well, are you?”
Most likely, the individual near the entrance was a test to see if the party stepping inside was truly ready to fight on the 58th floor. The one standing before me now was undoubtedly the final gatekeeper, one who would not allow passage unless the party had the strength left to push through to the exit.
”That’s right! There was a Moss Golem guarding the exit of the 57th floor, too!”
It would be easy for me to slip past it and flee to the Safety Area, especially now that petrification doesn’t affect me. However, when Yuuri and the others finally arrive, they won’t be able to simply ignore it.
”—Then, I, your unworthy servant, shall clear the path for my Master!”
I drew my beloved sword from my hip and generated a kunai, wrapping both in Motes. I recited the words of power with a fierce, cracking spirit, and the giant lizard with the bulging eyes—the Basilisk—slowly rose, its eyes wide open, signaling the start of the battle.
BASH!
In that instant, a wave of magical energy swept over me.
A few moments later, the grass at my feet and the trees behind me stopped rustling their leaves. A cracking sound followed, and the terrifying process of the petrification gaze was complete.
”—Hmph! It’s a shame, but that won’t work on me anymore! Thanks to my Master, and for my Master, I simply won’t let it work!”
I already knew my Stone Proof was fully functional, having deliberately ignored the Basilisk’s gaze many times to reach this point. However, to avoid being a sitting duck, I had always moved quickly past them or darted through blind spots to avoid their sight lines. But now, I accepted the gaze head-on, no longer flinching, determined to defeat the very creature that had imprisoned me eighty years ago.
This was my final farewell to the cursed floor that had held me back for so long. By willingly enduring this cleansing battle, I showed my resolve to advance to the uncharted depths. My Master would surely not fault me for this illogical choice, even in the middle of a reconnaissance mission that demanded I avoid combat.
I kicked off the ground with that certainty, and the Basilisk narrowed its eyelids for a moment, attempting a second shot of petrification.
”Too slow!”
I had realized the Basilisk was fixated on successful petrification when I tried to draw the entrance individual away from its spot. However, I didn’t want to simply toy with it, hiding behind my Stone Proof. This petrifying lizard was the formidable enemy that had once broken me.
Only by defeating this powerful foe could I overcome my past failure. Therefore, I would only endure the initial blast with the Stone Proof bestowed by my Master’s grace. I wouldn’t even need to use my Domain Skill, limiting my Motes to cutting only, to compensate for my lack of raw power.
This fierce determination was rooted in the Shinobi arts I had learned long ago. Before the Basilisk could fully open its eyes again, I used my swift stepping technique to jump onto its head, bisecting both of its eyes with a single stroke of my blade.
As its head was split horizontally, I felt my footing momentarily shift. But I wouldn’t give it a chance to writhe in agony. I immediately jumped off its head and severed its neck, taking the brain stem with it.
Zanshin—maintaining a calm heart.
As I landed, my mind didn’t celebrate the victory but calmly returned to my duty. I maintained a good distance to avoid getting caught up in the collapsing giant body, staying alert for any surprise attack.
”—No hostility, no reaction from any monster. …Farewell, everyone. I am moving ahead with my new companions.”
I had no intention of looking back at the obstacle I had just overcome. After all, this battle was for my own satisfaction. If I were to use the corpse for anything, it would be as an excuse to boast to Yuuri and get a head pat.
But that was only if the corpse hadn’t returned to the Labyrinth before the main party arrived. More importantly than such trivialities, the most important task was bringing back the information about the Safety Area safely. Even though this was uncharted territory, there was a possibility that others caught by a teleportation trap could have fled there. Thinking of the possibility that such individuals might hold malicious intent meant I couldn’t afford to let my guard down for a second.
”Is the structure exactly the same as the 57th floor?”
Peering through the entrance, I saw the familiar, wide temple structure. A set of stairs leading to the lower level was in the center.
—At least inside the Safety Area, there are no threats other than humans.
I had become so overly cautious that I found myself in the absurd position of peering into the safe interior from the monster-infested side of the floor.
I laughed at myself, but I kept my guard up, including my skills. I took my first step into the place that no one had ever reached before.
”…Come to think of it, no one has ever seen the 59th floor, have they?”
I thoroughly searched the 58th floor side of the Safety Area, but there was no trace of anyone hiding there.
As I was about to descend the stairs, I realized that the sight ahead was, in the truest sense of the word, an unknown territory, unrecorded in any document. My excessive caution had dulled my curiosity for new things, and I felt a complex mix of emotions, wondering if a mere scout like myself should be the first to witness it.
”I shouldn’t have done that. I should have asked Yuuri if I could look at the 59th floor.”
I knew I wouldn’t have been able to pass the 58th floor without my Master, Yuuri. Logically, I should concede the first viewing of the 59th floor to him.
Fortunately, since each floor is independent, not knowing the 59th floor’s information wouldn’t stop us from conquering the 58th floor. However, for someone who stakes their life on conquering the Labyrinth, the sight that no one has ever seen held an irresistible allure that I couldn’t just pretend to ignore.
”Ugh. I apologize, Yuuri! Just this once, I will assume it wasn’t strictly forbidden and take a peek! I promise I will guide you to the 60th floor and yield the first sight of that one to you!”
It is a scout’s duty to bring back information, and I wasn’t explicitly forbidden from checking before I left.
Furthermore, there was the possibility that if I didn’t satisfy my curiosity, it might distract me from leading the main party. Telling myself these excuses, I ran down the stairs before my guilt could stop my feet.
”Oh! What is that? Water?”
I was about halfway down the stairs when I heard the sound of flowing water in the distance, a rush of sound that was out of place. But something felt wrong.
The sound of a gentle stream shouldn’t travel this far. And more than that, it was a little too chaotic—
I descended another half of the stairs with a question mark floating in my mind, and the reason became perfectly clear.
”This is more than just a torrent! This is the sound of an enormous volume of water falling!”
The first thing I heard was the continuous, surging sound that only a massive flow of water could make. But as I neared the end of the stairs, it changed into a deafening roar that made my own voice inaudible.
Fine spray misted everywhere, instantly soaking me through, even inside the Safety Area. As a result, water pooled around the 59th floor side, flowing out toward the entrance with the gentle meander of a stream over wet cobblestones.
”Hahahaha! There is no way any bandit would be lurking in a place like this, waiting for an unknown successor to arrive!”
My detection skill still showed no reaction. Anyone attempting to set up an ambush, having barely survived the journey, would surely choose the 58th floor side.
That’s how ridiculous the scene was, even for inside a Safety Area. I was completely drenched, so there was no need to worry about the wet floor anymore. Suppressing the laugh that naturally rose in my throat at the thought of the surprise I would give Yuuri and the others when I returned to the Workshop, I left the stairs and stepped onto the submerged floor, heading for the 59th floor entrance.
”Oh. I’ve never even heard of a great waterfall like this before.”
I clung to the entrance pillar but didn’t dare step out, instead burning as much of the view onto my retina as possible. The entire vista from the narrow entrance was a cascade of falling water.
The base of the fall had to be hundreds of meters away, yet the mist was so thick it was impossible to see where the water even started to drop. Stepping out, drawn by that curiosity, would undoubtedly lead to a monster ambush. My Enemy Perception skill, which had shown no reaction until now, was indicating multiple hostile intentions behind the sheet of water.
”Hmmmm. I suppose I have to bring the information back for now. …O Great Waterfall! I will return with my Master and the others, having conquered the 58th floor!”
I raised my voice to be heard over the roar and turned my back on the 59th floor. Yes, I was the only one who had reached this far.
I needed to defeat those bothersome monsters and allow my Master and companions to traverse the forest. But that shouldn’t be difficult now. Since I knew the way, it was merely a journey of six kilometers.
”Kuku! This is simply too much. It’s fun!”
To be the one to herald my Master into the uncharted territory—the feeling was exhilarating. I kicked through the water and reached the stairs again, running up to the upper floor.
When I reached the halfway point where the mist no longer reached, I instantly dispelled the Shinobi outfit I had generated with Darkness Wrap. The water the fabric had absorbed fell heavily to the floor around me. Taking advantage of the fact that no one was watching, I stood stark naked and used a newly generated hand towel to wipe the water from my hair down.
”I certainly can’t go back to my Master’s inner chamber dripping wet.”
Even if I returned completely soaked, my sisters would surely show concern.
But to wander around this uncharted Safety Area, which I knew for the moment was exclusively mine, in nothing but my bare skin—that was a special kind of superiority. Since I had the excuse and the solution in my hand, there was no reason not to indulge.
”I can’t believe this. I wasn’t this kind of woman in the past.”
I had reached an uncharted Safety Area alone many times when conquering the middle layers.
But back then, I never dispelled my Darkness Wrap because no one was watching, never losing my sense of modesty. The reason for this change, I realize, is that unlike back then, I now have eyes only for one man.
”Hehe. I wonder if Yuuri will be upset. I hope he gets so jealous that he drags me off to bed!”
The loyalty that had made me hesitate about claiming the ‘first view’ was nowhere to be found now. If an act of disloyalty could be used to spark more affection, I would actively provoke him—that was the privilege a kind-hearted Master had granted his servant.
I no longer regretted catching a glimpse of the Great Waterfall. If I wasn’t explicitly forbidden from doing so when I reported back, I would continue this little pleasure, the enjoyment permitted to the scout.
”Now then, I shouldn’t waste any more of their time. I feel a little sad, but I should return to the Workshop.”
I realized that if I hadn’t found the Safety Area, I should have returned to the Workshop by now.
I was probably making them very worried, but they must also be waiting patiently, thinking there was a chance I had found the Safety Area, before forcibly summoning me back. This meant that if I spent too much more time, there was a high risk of being caught in my current ‘predicament’ by the entire group.
”There. Perfect. …Yes, I am truly blessed to have been found by that man.”
I wiped away the last of the moisture and generated my Shinobi outfit with Darkness Wrap again, tightening the straps. As I worked, my mind drifted to the future—tomorrow, the day after, and beyond—and it shone with a brilliant, bright light.
”Hehe. I simply cannot afford to lose this happiness.”
Even if I was happy now, if I grew complacent in protecting it, I could lose it in an instant.
Having experienced that loss once, my resolve to remain the blade that protects my Master remains unshaken. For that purpose, I no longer resisted the need to accumulate more skills.
”…Ah, if I take any more time, I’ll truly be summoned back.”
Returning to the calm 58th-floor side of the Safety Area, where the sunlight from the forest filtered down, my slightly flighty mood quieted down, a stark contrast to the Great Waterfall. Shaking off my distracted thoughts, I chose to return to the Workshop.
”Will we be able to make it this far tomorrow, everyone?”
I muttered to myself, watching the fragments of the Safety Area slowly fly away and scatter. Just as I did, Yuuri and the others, relieved by the return of the scout, stood up from their seats in the Workshop lobby that materialized behind me, walking toward me.
—
Summary:
The chapter opens with the exhausted Ashley and Suzuri recovering in the intimate setting of the Familial Workshop after intense skill creation sessions, underscoring their fierce loyalty to Master Yuuri. Driven by duty and a potent desire to prove her worth, Suzuri then sets out on a solo reconnaissance mission into the hostile 58th floor of the Labyrinth.
Utilizing her hard-won Stone Proof and Domain Skills, she achieves a personal victory by decisively defeating the dreaded Basilisk, an enemy that once caused her own defeat. Her journey culminates in the discovery of the Safety Area and the truly uncharted territory of the 59th floor, which is revealed to be dominated by a Great Waterfall. The sight, while awe-inspiring, sparks a playful internal conflict: should she save the first view for Yuuri, or indulge in the pleasure of being the first to see the unknown depths, a self-granted privilege she intends to turn into a provocative confession of her devotion.
—
Character Insight:
Suzuri’s character is defined by a fierce and almost competitive loyalty to Yuuri, which she channels into professional excellence as a scout and warrior. The intense skill creation rituals, while physically grueling, have paradoxically liberated her from her former modesty, transforming her into a woman who now actively seeks to provoke her Master’s affection and jealousy.
Her triumphant battle with the Basilisk is less about the Labyrinth’s conquest and more about her own self-affirmation, proving that she is now a worthy companion for Yuuri, capable of leading them into the uncharted depths. This shift from a disciplined shinobi to a brazen, devoted servant highlights her emotional journey within the dark fantasy setting.
—
Behind the Scene:
This chapter serves as the crucial pivot from the intimate, highly sensual atmosphere of skill creation inside the Familial Workshop to the high-stakes dungeon exploration of the deeper Labyrinth floors. The detailed descriptions of the sexual acts are essential to the world-building, establishing the cost and emotional bond required to gain the powerful skills necessary to overcome the 58th floor.
Suzuri’s solo mission to defeat her former nemesis, the Basilisk, and her discovery of the Great Waterfall on the 59th floor set up the next major plot arc, emphasizing her role as the indispensable vanguard. The narrative subtly uses Suzuri’s newfound lack of modesty as a device to underscore her complete devotion to Yuuri, where her every action is a conscious choice to secure his attention and love.
Notes:
• Marina – First Princess of Restea—needs labyrinth escort.
• Ashley – Count’s daughter, royal attendant, has a crush on Yuuri.
• Suzuri – A scout who braved the labyrinth and lured a petrifying monster to protect her friends. Tall, statuesque, flawlessly pale skin, powerfully toned yet soft and feminine, with long, flowing black hair identical to Marina. Her body have muscles but slim. Her breasts are very large, full, high-set, and overtly described as “too big for her frame,”
• Ai – The recently-formed sub-divinity/ego who manages the world’s Skills. Her sudden, intense burst of divine will (‘ki’) almost bleached Yuuri’s wicked thoughts. Called Yuuri ‘Elder Brother’ and declared genuine affection and trust based on his efficiency with her Skills.
