Chapter 63 Intimate Words

Ashley nuzzled in close between Yuuri’s legs, making soft, happy sounds as she gently cared for him. After the wild rush of their shared joy had left her breathless, the moment they parted she crawled forward with quiet determination to look after him. Yuuri felt both warmed and a little unsure at how focused she was.

”Ashley, you’ve done plenty. Have some water, you need it.”

”Mmm… no♡ I want to stay right here with you♡ I finally have you all to myself♡”

Unlike their usual nights in the shared room, getting anything ready here was tough. The recreated Alegria mansion had a water pitcher by the bed, but after wearing themselves out, an empty kitchen would be a problem. Shelm’s gift clearly expected just one servant and one or two close moments.

Still, this rare chance to be alone with Ashley was too special to waste. Yuuri tried to make their time last with what they had, but his bride stayed focused on him. She’d given so much that he wanted her to rest, yet in this quiet space with no one to interrupt, she was already loving the freedom.

”Hey, that’s enough. With the others away, that’s exactly why you shouldn’t rush. If you tire yourself out, no one’s here to help.”

 ”…Yes♡”

Deep in the labyrinth, they’d found a perfect hideaway—wasting it on too much too fast would spoil everything. Yuuri had set clear rules for that reason. Shelm had been kinder lately, but the administrator still didn’t forgive misuse of skills. Smart limits mattered; getting lost in sweet moments wasn’t an option.

With a little pout, Ashley finally eased back. Yuuri poured water into a cup and passed it over. He reached to wipe a trace of their closeness from her lip, but she noticed and cast a quick cleansing spell instead.

After sipping half the water, Ashley curled up beside him and rested her head on his shoulder.

”Haa…♡ I thought it’d be forever before I could just relax with you like this.”

”We can’t let time outside slip too fast. Even with a cozy room, the same view every day would feel small.”

In their past group moments—always rushed and crowded—pausing side by side to breathe had been impossible. Yuuri wished he could open the curtains and look at the stars from the balcony, but the glowing gate outside lit everything too bright. With a sigh, he pulled every curtain closed and settled into the room’s warm glow.

”No, that’s just how it has to be. Oh—wait. I have something to show you—”

”Hold on. First, tell me why you think you’re not enough.”

She clearly thought the familiar layout of her family home would have whatever she wanted. Yuuri caught her wrist before she could slip away, took the cup, finished the water, and gently eased her back onto the bed.

 ”Oh♡ W-wait, that’s, um…♡ Ah♡”

”You always rush ahead without talking—it’s your best and worst habit. Before you get carried away again, explain everything properly.”

While setting the cup back by the pitcher, he settled beside his fallen bride to keep her still. Then he lay down again, resting his head on the gentle rise of her chest—still held by the dress. Looking up, he caught emerald eyes flickering nervously.

”If you stay quiet, we stop here and rest. For you, even correction feels like a treat—this will feel worse.”

 ”Ah♡ I’ll talk, I’ll talk♡ So don’t take your closeness away♡”

Using their next moment as leverage worked like magic; Ashley dropped her playful resistance right away. But now she offered sweet little pleas, skipping his question and asking for the closeness she loved. Yuuri sent a soft pulse of magic into the glowing mark to quiet her. At last, she started to share the worries tucked inside.

”Uu… The princess is obvious. Once Suzuri-san gets the new skill, I’ll clearly be the least useful in battle. Your skill helps my magic now, but deeper in the dungeon even that won’t be enough.”

”I see. So you refuse to lose your place as my favorite in private? Silly girl!”

True, Ashley had never been the strongest in fights like the others. The only confirmed upgrade so far was a new skill for Suzuri. But why think she’d be left behind when her magic stopped working?

Ashley’s heart always ran ahead of what made sense. To calm her worries, she needed to feel how much she was loved. Yuuri lifted from her chest, shifted to hold her gently beneath him, and kissed her softly. He savored the warmth of her mouth while watching wide, surprised emerald eyes.

 ”Oh, ah♡… wait, mmm♡”

”Mmm… Listen. Clearing this labyrinth means nothing if even one of us falls. After that, we’ll face greedy nobles—there’s no such thing as too much strength.”

Even if they claimed the labyrinth, opportunists would come, waving fake claims to Yuuri’s power. They might take Ashley’s friends to force him to obey. The workshop could save a servant’s life, but only as a last resort—using it too often would let enemies prepare traps, and showing their safe place early was foolish when one strong display could silence them.

Every servant would get multiple custom skills.

”You’ll stay by my side forever. That means giving you a skill woven from the Holy Sword itself. If anyone tries to take you, answer with it.”

”Oh♡ I’m happy, but…♡ relying too much on the princess’s skill feels wrong♡”

Borrowing from the Holy Sword would need Marina’s agreement, but sharing pieces of the Familial Workshop needed a direct talk. Still, Yuuri trusted the princess he admired to say yes.

The real problem was his childhood friend, who saw herself as less than she was. Doubting her husband’s love right after their vows felt like a small hurt. Time to remind her, over and over, how precious she was.

”Forget her for now—I’ll talk to her. You just need to know how much I adore you.”

”Uu… When I care for the princess, I never feel this way, but with you I can’t help doubting…”

Ashley’s gaze dropped; her voice faded behind soft lips. Maybe guilt still lingered from choosing servitude—despite Shelm’s guidance and the need to survive. It was settled long ago, but her habit of carrying blame kept her from letting go. She probably even worried about being a burden, but to Yuuri every little struggle only made her more lovable.

”Doesn’t matter. Until you believe in yourself, I’ll keep saying I love you. In exchange… let me cherish you like this.”

 ”Oh♡ Straight to my heart♡”

He pulled back, rested his cheek against the gentle rise of her chest, and let himself relax, sinking into the comfort.

Yuuri felt a tiny pang of guilt for the heavy thoughts he’d stirred, but nothing beat the simple joy of watching his bride blush and squirm when he touched her sensitive spots. Ashley’s cheeks glowed as she ran her fingers through his hair in playful protest, and the gentle tug made him want to drift off right there.

”Y-Yuuri, no sleeping yet,” she whispered urgently. “You have to love me more♡”

”Mmm, I’m listening. But you’ll need something better than this perfect pillow to move me.”

Her full curves held their shape even lying flat, yet the dress gave them a perfect lift. Yuuri nuzzled deeper, rubbing his nose against the soft fabric, and felt her body twitch with little shivers. Ashley pouted at the one-sided affection, but right then he couldn’t imagine a sweeter way to adore her.

 ”Mmm, ah♡ There is something♡ I know you’ll like it♡ I tried to show you earlier♡”

”Oh? Now you’ve got my attention. Whatever it is, you’d better be ready—letting go of these takes effort.”

Her confident little claim sparked his curiosity. He lifted his head; the curves sprang back into perfect rounds. Unable to resist a teasing squeeze through the thin white cloth, he watched her stick out her tongue and sigh softly, writhing under his hands.

”Hah, hah♡ If you’ll help me out of this dress first♡”

 ”For your surprise? Deal.”

Tears of need shimmered in her eyes. Yuuri sat her up gently, slid his palms down her back, and unfastened the clasps one by one. Over her shoulder he caught the heavy sway as her curves spilled free.

 ”Thank you♡ Now I can show Yuuri—ah♡”

The moment the fabric loosened enough for her to wriggle out, he wrapped his arms around her from behind and cupped bare skin. Ashley squealed, tongue lolling, arms going limp in his embrace.

”Ah♡ Ah♡ No fair, still on my heart♡”

”Your fault for keeping them hidden so long.”

He kissed the warm curve of her neck, savoring the soft warmth that had built up beneath the cloth. Without the liner, her curves felt heavier, sensitive peaks already alert. He rolled one between his fingers and she shuddered hard against him.

”Haa♡ Aah♡ Stop, I’ll melt just from your fingers♡ My body will think this is enough♡”

”Liar. You’d never settle for that. Come on—what did you want to show me? I’ll let go, so hurry.”

He traced lightly at the peak and breathed into her ear. When the glowing mark flared beneath the sagging dress, he released her. Ashley slumped, boneless, against his chest.

”Ah, meanie♡ Play with my heart like that and I’ll crave your closeness even more♡”

”Too bad. Fetch your surprise while you’re this worked up.”

Her scent filled the air, thick with desire; the mark glowed like a heartbeat. Yuuri’s pulse raced, begging to pull her close, but he held firm and eased the trembling girl off the bed.

Ashley realized mercy wasn’t coming. With a shaky breath she peeled the dress away, stepped out of it, and stood. Nothing remained but pure white gloves, thigh-high stockings, and the garter belt framing the dark, pulsing mark.

”…Gorgeous. And perfect in every way.”

 ”Hehe♡ Thank you♡”

The sight of this elegant woman marked and claimed by his magic nearly broke his resolve. Still, Ashley dipped into a needless curtsy, spun with wobbly grace, and tottered toward the closet in the corner.

 ”—Waited long enough♡”

”Take your time, I wouldn’t mind.”

She parted hanging dresses and nightgowns, found her prize instantly, and returned. Yuuri’s honest regret slipped out—he could have watched that garter-framed grace sway a little longer.

Ashley, however, only wanted to be closer sooner. She hurried back and held up a single garment against her body.

”No, I kept it in the same spot forever♡ Look—don’t you remember?♡”

 ”Wait… no way.”

A simple white sundress pressed to her curves. Her fullness spilled out the sides, but the dress itself was unmistakable.

”That day—you wore this when we met.”

”Yes♡ It might have been my real wedding dress someday♡”

The dress from their very first encounter, now cradled like a treasure against the woman who had become his wife.
