Chapter 88 When Wild Heroines Appear and Attack Me in the Dark Forest

These two, Elmia-chan and Silvia-chan, are the branching routes that split off from Karentisia Efyldis-chan’s Elf Queen Ascension route in Maidens x Cross-dressing.
Elmia-chan is a silent Dark Elf, and she’s carrying some incredible darkness, wouldn’t you say? Unlike the rather naughty outfit Karentisia-chan wears, Elmia’s dark skin is covered in long sleeves and long trousers—perfect for hiding something, I bet.
As for Silvia-chan, she’s a Cat Beast-kin, just an energetic and silly girl without much of a tragic past to speak of. She’s the total opposite of Elmia-chan, wearing short sleeves and shorts. Doesn’t she feel cold with her tummy hanging out like that?
”…She’s got the Sacred Artifact, Princess’s Silver Blade, you know. That’s supposed to be Karen’s Sacred Artifact,” I mused.
”Mrow, that jerk, that absolute jerk! She’s the one who wiped out nearly all the Discarded Fairies¹! She’s an awful monster, nya!” Silvia shrieked.
Well, you hit me, and I hit back. That’s something even a kid understands, right? I combined my Everdark Magic—Dark Railord—with Silver Creation Threads (Hakugin Sōi) to make my point.
The Sacred Artifact ‘Princess’s Silver Blade’ has three abilities: blade separation, silver thread manipulation, and reflection. Right now, I’m using the separation and thread abilities to their absolute limit. I’m enlarging that power into the technique I call Silver Creation Threads (Hakugin Sōi), using the combined magic of dark and light to spectacularly illuminate this odd night forest.
”…Here I come, Silvia… Earth Magic—Gold Lance,” Elmia grumbled.
”Nya nya. Is that idiot seriously trying to ruin the whole ecosystem of this forest, nya? Sound Magic—Sonic Punish!” Silvia retorted, her voice a rush.
Elmia-chan’s technique looks like an advanced application of Earth magic, letting her freely control the power of the Metal Element. Silvia-chan’s magic, though? I don’t know that one. She never used anything like it in the game, did she?
It doesn’t matter, though. I still need to hurry up and put all the gross people hiding in the forest out of their misery. Gotta move fast, right?
”…Honestly, my guts are boiling so much. I don’t know what kind of experiment this mastermind was conducting to turn those beautiful fairies into monsters, but they’ve done a terrible, terrible thing. Breakthrough Thread Dash – First Phantasm (Sōha Shissō – Ichi Gen)!”
This place is called the Illusory Scraps², wasn’t it? The moment I snapped a sound like a taut string, a silver light flooded the silent forest.
”So, how are you two going to avoid this, I wonder? The moment these incredible threads touch you, they’ll shred your clothes and even your underwear into tiny pieces. It’s a literal mat of threads with no escape. Come on, you’d better figure out a plan quickly if you don’t want to end up stark naked,” I challenged, a playful sneer on my face.
CRACK!
”…N-No way, yo! My Gold Lance got sliced that easily, you’re kidding me!” Elmia wailed in disbelief.
”Nya nya… My Sonic Punish, too, nya. It got blocked by some thread barrier, and it’s not hitting that kid, nyaaa!” Silvia yelled in frustration.
…What’s going on? They’re clearly not panicked, still acting all composed. Do they really think I haven’t noticed them? Do they believe that since I look like a child, I’m not going to try and actually defeat them in earnest?
”…That’s ridiculous, isn’t it? Of course, I’m going to collect your battle spoils (panties). Silver Touch Threads (Hakugin Shokushi)… and while I’m at it, I’ll take anything else that looks valuable, too.”
I wove the ‘Princess’s Silver Blade’ threads like tentacles, rapidly extending them toward the girls. At the same time, I made sure to take out all the remaining Discarded Fairies hiding all over the forest.

”Were there really still this many? Fine, then I guess I’ll have to keep this going like a bug bomb until they’re all wiped out, making the whole forest perfectly clean and tidy.”
”…What in the world is this black, white, and silver thread, yo? It’s stealing my tools and my clothes!” Elmia protested, her tone now desperate.
”Nya ha ha!! Stop it, nya! Stop tickling me while you’re making me naked, nyaa!” Silvia squeaked, a weird mix of pleasure and panic in her voice.
I can hear the girls’ joyful voices from a little distance away. Are they so happy to be naked that their bodies and minds are finally set free? Well, good for them.
”…What’s this? They’re just watching; they aren’t even attacking? I went to all the trouble of using this huge, flashy move just for them. Oh, well. I got the Heroine Panties as my battle spoils, so I guess I’ll call it a night for now.”
”…I’m completely, totally, utterly restrained by these threads, yo! And you, you cute kid over there! Give me back my panties and my gear!” Elmia demanded, her voice muffled.
”Nyaa!! This is a disgrace, nyaa! Stripping us, the royal candidates, naked is a serious crime, nyaa!” Silvia blustered, her feline voice strained.
What’s with these girls? They got their energy back the minute the Discarded Fairies disappeared.
”You two were the ones who started this fight, right? Then you have to endure the appropriate amount of pain, I think. And while you can’t move a muscle, I’ll just rub some Pleasure Crest all over you. Rub-a-dub-dub,” I teased, leaning in.
”…S-S-Stop, you! My lower belly is ticklish, stoooppp!” Elmia cried out.
”Nya nya!! Hey, that’s the Oath of Absolute Obedience contract, nya! What are you doing, nya? Stop it, nya!” Silvia shrieked.
”Hmm. Are you talking in the Beast-kin language? I can’t quite understand what you’re saying, you know—not very well, anyway!” I called out playfully.
”…Don’t you dare lie, yo! The Alysphia (World) language is the Alice language for every single race!” Elmia shouted, incensed.
”That’s right, nya! Don’t try to play dumb, kid!” Silvia insisted.
”You two are just as lively in this world as you were in the game, aren’t you? That’s a good thing, especially in this forest. Alright, once Karentisia-chan wakes up and we meet up with her, I’ll have you both tell me everything about what’s going on with this messed-up Anclear Forest,” I concluded, my smirk widening.

The Protagonist reveals their true emotional core—a burning rage at the corruption of the fairies—hidden behind a smug, teasing facade. This anger drives their willingness to use overwhelming force and even humiliate the heroines to restore order and collect battle spoils. Their methodical, yet playful, approach to combat highlights a personality that enjoys bending the rules and playing a superior hand in this Yuri RPG world.

Behind the Scene:
The Protagonist, having successfully defeated and captured the two wild heroines, realizes the main antagonists are observing their fight and chose to retreat instead of engaging. The battle, therefore, was not only to purify the forest but also to bait the shadowy group into action. The ultimate prize collected—the heroines’ panties and the application of a Pleasure Crest—serves both as a comedic, slightly explicit reward and a tool to ensure their temporary compliance and willingness to talk once Karentisia is awake.

• Silvia – Another one of the ‘Hidden Eroins’ from the original game, her full background is not revealed in this chapter, but she is highly protective of ‘Karen’ (Karentisia) and recognizes the Protagonist’s Sacred Artifact. She is easily angered and speaks with an intense, aggressive cat dialect.
• Right – An upperclassman frustrated with ten-year-old Alexia’s presidency who initially supported Lilith (‘Lili-tan’) for the role. He represents the ‘cute girl fetish’ faction, rips up the magic paper in anger, and engages in heated debates with Left about the academy’s bizarre political landscape and student obsessions.
• Fim – The Pope Cera’s chief aide and the de facto second-most powerful man in the Lax Empire. Yellowish hair. He is a self-important, theatrical man with a perverted obsession with the young hero, Shin. He wears expensive suits, which are quickly destroyed when he transforms. His loyalty is twisted and ultimately self-serving, seeing the Empire as his personal playground.
