Kashiro’s flame bullet hit the tree, and the Man-Eating Tree let out a death cry, pretending to be a tree. It’s disgusting to see the tree screaming like that.
I don’t really want to get close, but this is a great opportunity. While the Man-Eating Tree is in pain, I quickly jump in and slash it a few times with my Poison Knife.
’You gained 100 points!’
…This is nothing compared to the Goblin. I’m glad I teamed up with Kashiro, she’s the best!
After all, this is the third one we’ve taken down. Kashiro has used up all her Flame Bullets, so we’re calling it a day, but we easily earned 300 points today.
”Thanks to Kashiro, we might be able to sleep in a Bed. If I can make one, I’ll give it to you.”
”Really? Your ‘Base Magic’ is amazing! I was dreading the Uninhabited Island survival, so this is a huge relief.”
Speaking of which, can I invite Kashiro to my Base?
”Shall we take a break and check out my Base? There’s not much there, so don’t expect too much.”
”Even if there’s not much, it’s still a paradise compared to the forest, right? No worries about being attacked by the Demonkind?”

She sounded tired.
As she asked, I moved closer, and she hugged me. Was that just an act?

Kashiro’s breath hit my ear.
”It’s tough, but please bear with it for a while. If you stay still, the Magic should end.”
”…I don’t want to.”
Kashiro licked my ear.
The unfamiliar sensation made my body tremble slightly.
Every time Kashiro tries to seduce me, I feel my desires growing.
I became aware of the soft sensation of her breasts, and my reason was about to explode.

However, feeling like my life was in danger made my desire disappear. I felt bad about kissing her, but I thought of a solution.
I pushed Kashiro away as she tried to tangle her tongue with mine and teleported to the Island of Trials.
Now I could keep my distance from Kashiro. I just had to wait for the effect of ‘Eros Magic’ to wear off. It would be scary when Kashiro came back to her senses, but I guess I would just have to apologize.
But if my big sister found out about my slip-up, I would probably have to train hard again until I was on the verge of death.
”By the way, what time is it…?”
I had only been fighting monsters for about 2 hours. I came to the Island of Trials in the morning, so I didn’t think it was even noon yet… but I wasn’t sure.
When I looked for a clock in the Base system, it showed 100 points. It would be useful to know the exact time, but there were more important things to focus on. It was probably better to put that off until I had more time.
I wondered if the other classmates were okay.
It wouldn’t be surprising if there were already some casualties. Maybe I should prioritize finding my friends.
Once things settled down, I could suggest it to Kashiro. With her magic, finding people would be much easier.
’Eros Magic’s effect has worn off’
Okay. How should I apologize to get her to forgive me?

”Sorry, can you just forget everything?”
When I returned to the Base space, Kashiro said that with a composed expression.
”No. This was an accident caused by my carelessness, so I should be the one apologizing. I’m really sorry.”
I bowed my head sincerely.
In this case, I was completely at fault.

So it was her first time. She’s really beautiful, though.

Maybe she remembered it, as Kashiro looked away shyly. When a usually cool girl acts like that, it makes me feel self-conscious too.
”For now, let’s talk about our plan moving forward.”
We couldn’t stay in this sweet atmosphere forever.
I sat down, and Kashiro slowly sat on the floor too. For some reason, she was sitting in a way that almost showed her skirt. I thought I saw a glimpse of black, but I decided not to think too much about it.
Trying to look away, I started the serious talk.
”I don’t know how much you know with your ‘Analysis Magic’, but I can earn points by defeating the Demonkind and exchange them for various supplies.”
As I explained the Base system, Kashiro listened seriously. Once I finished sharing everything I knew, Kashiro quietly shared her thoughts.
”I understand now why you were so happy when you hugged me. If points are that important, we should prioritize defeating the Demonkind.”
That’s true, but I had some concerns.
”I want to search for our classmates while defeating the Demonkind. The longer we wait, the more we have to worry about their lives.”
”Hmm. Are you worried about your friends?”
Kashiro looked at me with a knowing gaze.
”Yeah. I feel bad about dragging you into this, but…”
”I don’t mind, but honestly, I’m not too happy about more guys joining us. I can’t really trust them. If I have to live with other guys, I’ll leave this place.”
It’s understandable that Kashiro is worried.
If guys and girls are living together in such a small space, mistakes are bound to happen. I can’t just invite anyone in.
”Got it. When we decide to add more housemate, let’s talk about it first. I’ll keep my Base a secret from the classmates and only explain about the points.”
”From the way you’re talking, it sounds like living with me is a sure thing… Can I get my hopes up?”
”Yeah. I won’t kick you out now. As long as Kashiro is okay with it, let’s live together from now on.”
Kashiro let out a funny little laugh.
”It kind of sounds like a proposal.”
