After a bit of rowdiness, the start of class neared. Rias gave a lazy yawn and muttered, “We will talk about the Three Factions Talk after school. Everyone, get to class. I am going to rest a bit; last night was exhausting.”
The trio of Amano Yuuma (Raynare) and her group had far more experience than Rias, so they showed little reaction, though their gazes toward Aki turned noticeably more heated. The inexperienced ones, however, had a more amusing response.
Akeno narrowed her eyes, flashing a dangerous smile. “Ara, ara… that will not do, Buchou. How can you lead by example and skip class~?”
Koneko’s cheeks flushed pink as she whispered, “H…”
Asia, the most innocent of the bunch, cupped her face with her small hands, looking at Rias with a mix of envy and admiration. “Ah, Buchou… so bold.”
Yuuto, meanwhile, looked down at his own body—from chest to hips—and shot a mournful glare at Aki. Aki felt a shiver run down his spine under that aggrieved gaze. He quickly peeled Mittelt off his arm. “Buchou, I am heading to class. I have not been around for days; I have missed my classmates.”
With that, he made his escape.
Watching Aki’s somewhat flustered retreat, Yuuto sighed in disappointment. She knew it was not his fault; the body she was currently in was, objectively, a handsome golden-haired youth. Unless he were gay, he would react exactly the same way.
”Alright, Yuto. The day you fully master your power and turn back into Yuko, Aki will probably be even more proactive than you,” Rias said with a teasing laugh. “Everyone, go to class. We will regroup after school.”
”Hai~!”
Before leaving, Akeno deliberately looked back. “Buchou, you are coming too, right?”
”Hai, hai,” Rias said dismissively.
”You only need to say ‘hai’ once.”
”Hai…”
Rias could not help but feel helpless regarding Akeno’s penchant for occasional fukuro teasing. With Aki awake, the club’s atmosphere had lightened significantly, and the group headed off to class in high spirits.

Besides, most of the girls at Kuoh Academy were aware of Rias’s unusual status. Those closest to Aki, like the Hamazaki Reina Gyaru trio, even knew he was supposedly her subordinate. Thanks to Rias’s cover story, Aki found it much easier to handle the girls’ enthusiasm.

Catching the giggles from the schoolgirls around him, Aki shrugged and complied. But as he passed her, he whispered in a voice only they could hear: “Vana, I hope you can keep this act up tonight.”
Kalawarner’s fair face flushed red. She pretended not to hear him, walked to the other side of the podium, and said, “Alright, everyone, let’s continue.”
Aside from being teased by Kalawarner, Aki’s day remained peaceful. During breaks, he sent a group message to the girls not at Kuoh Academy. Though he did not run the day-to-day operations of the organization, he was, nominally, the leader. These girls had gathered because of him; if he disappeared for too long, there was no telling what might happen.
After school, having politely declined the passionate entreaties of his schoolmates, Aki was dragged to the activity room by Koneko and Mittelt, who hung off his arms like human accessories.
”Koneko, Rute, I am not going to run away, there is no need for this…”
”No. Koaki is too H. If I take my eyes off you for a second, you vanish,” the white-haired loli stated, expressionless.
Mittelt laughed gleefully from the side. “Exactly, exactly. I have not been with Aki in a while, either. I cannot let those… ahem, those other girls get ahead of me.”
Amano Yuuma (Raynare) and her crew had been reformed for nearly half a year, but after acting like Fallen Angels for so long, some habits and mindsets were hard to break. They generally did not pay much attention to ordinary people or the weak. Aki did not feel like forcing a change in their worldview—it was not necessary. Looking down on the weak was common enough even among normal humans; otherwise, bullying would not exist. As long as they did not lash out at their own people, a little bit of a sharp tongue was not a dealbreaker.

Seeing the white-haired loli ready to keep pressing, she quickly changed the subject. “By the way, Aki, how come you are not surprised after hearing that?”
”To what are you referring?”
”Obviously, to us stealing bites while you were comatose!”
Aki patted her fluffy golden head and sighed. “You just admitted to doing it yourself, did you not…”
