In front of the building that used to be an inn, men were sorting and loading goods from carts.

Aluda seemed satisfied with that.

”Well then, we’ll be leaving early tomorrow morning, so thank you.”
Ms. Sasha bowed politely, and we left her storage facility.

”We came here on a special mission. Our destination is Razia Village, and Asuka wants to repay the favor to you and the others.”
In the inn’s dining area, Gorge explains quickly. Asuka nods vigorously next to him.
”A special mission?”
”We’re like the ‘advance team’ for the Minister of War. If there are monsters on the way, we take care of them, set up camps, and arrange places to stay in towns. Oh, and it’s supposed to be a secret.”
Gorge answers Liz’s question politely, while Asuka keeps nodding beside him.
”By the way, Elberhardt said he was coming to Razia Village… so are they arriving at Borg soon?”
I have things I want to talk about since it’s been a while.
”They should arrive by tomorrow morning. They can only travel at night.”
”Oh… by the way, Ms. Barbara is a vampire, right?”
”Yep. It’s a trip for the Minister of War and Ms. Barbara.”
”A trip for lovers… that sounds nice.”
”I’m happy enough going on adventures with Mr. Hiroya.”
”Me too. Hiroya is always by my side.”
”But I also dream of being alone with someone like Aluda.”
Martina, Dorothy, Liz, and Aluda each look in different directions, putting their hands together in front of their chests… they look like lovesick girls. Everyone is cute.
”But we have to leave this town for Razia Village by dawn. So, we’ll have to wait to meet again in the village…”
It’s a bit disappointing. I wonder if we can find time to talk before the second dungeon attack.

Liz takes a sip of her beer before the food arrives.

Asuka smiles sadly.
