After getting out of the bath, everyone is relaxing in their nightwear in the open space on the second floor.
Gièze and Sister-in-law Karina have gone home after their usual bath, while Noriss and Lotta seem to be chatting with Asuka and Gorge in the open space on the third floor. They’re probably talking about how those 2 got together.
Aluda, Eluda, and Meluda, who have moved into the clan house, seem to be taking turns looking after Hiroya.
So, in this second-floor open space, it’s me, Rena, Liz, Martina, Dorothy, and Simona. Dorothy has taken out some wine from the cabinet, and the 3 of them──Liz, Simona, and Dorothy──are enjoying it.
The rest of us are sipping on the coffee milk that Noo brought.
While we’re talking about the future of the clan and what’s going to happen after the new dungeon opens, a guest arrives.

”I heard Hiroya collapsed… I just got back from a guard mission, so I thought I’d stop by.”
Mr. Koichi, Hiroya’s older brother, has come to visit with Ms. Aelia. And there’s one more person, a woman in a black robe.
”She was just nearby and was looking for Hiroya’s house, so I guided her here.”
Introduced by Mr. Koichi, the woman in the black robe gives a small bow.
”Um, who are you?”
After a slight shiver, she lifts the hood covering her face.
”It’s me. It’s been a while.”

Those curled horns on her head. And that alluring, beautiful face. There’s no doubt──she’s the S-rank dungeon succubus, Doll.
”Succubus! What are you doing here?!”
Mr. Koichi next to me jumps back and draws his long sword from his waist.

He says this while positioning himself protectively in front of Ms. Aelia.

I’m in a hurry, stepping between Mr. Koichi and Doll.

Doll throws a flirtatious glance at Koichi.

Mr. Koichi sheathes his longsword.

Liz steps forward.
”They say that kid isn’t waking up, huh?”

”We’re always using shadow youma to gather information from the surface. This time, everything about the commotion involving Liz and that kid… Hiroya, was it? …has been reported back to us.”
I guide the 3 visitors to the dining hall and listen to Doll, one of them.
”Oh, you brought out something pretty good. This is tasty.”
Doll enjoys the wine Dorothy served while talking. Martina seems scared of Doll and hides behind Liz.
”Hey… don’t be so scared. I won’t attack you without that kid’s permission. ──But you still have a tempting body♡”

I hear that to protect Hiroya… she almost got assaulted. Yeah, that’s definitely scary.
”So, what did you come here for after finding out Hiroya isn’t waking up?”
”Well… I was thinking of waking him up, maybe?”

I can’t hide my surprise at the unexpected response.
”You better wake that kid up soon── or it’s going to be a big deal, you know?”
Doll takes a sip of her wine… and smirks.

Hearing Doll’s story, Liz made a face of disbelief.
”I heerd ’bout Otto and ya both from Liz. So, whatcha gonna do t’ wake up Hiroya?””
Simona stood next to Liz, pressing Doll for answers.
”Well, no need to get all worked up, Little Amazoness. I won’t do anything bad. ──I’m a succubus, you know? Getting into dreams is a piece of cake for me.”
Doll winked as she said this.
”Why are you willing to help us?”
That was probably on everyone’s mind. I decided to ask.
”I really dislike Demonkin. They see women as nothing but tools. And──.”
She glanced at Martina.
”──I like that girl. I was willing to offer my body to help her and that boy, you know? Isn’t that sweet?”
I thought she might be being sarcastic, but Doll’s eyes were filled with a fondness that felt nostalgic.
”Sure, relying on a succubus’s power might… be an option.”
Rena crossed her arms, deep in thought.
”You mean waking Hiroya up ‘from the inside’?”
”Correct♡”
Doll answered Rena’s question cheerfully.
”If you’re okay with it… I recommend doing it quickly. ──There’s a high chance that Otto, accompanied by lower youma, will be here by dawn.”
At Doll’s words, I glanced at everyone. Rena, Liz, Martina, Dorothy, and Simona all nodded. …It’s settled.
”Doll, I’m counting on you. Please wake Hiroya up somehow…”
With that, I bowed my head.
”Lift your head… I’m helping out for fun. Just leave it to me. ──Now, where’s the boy?”
The wolf maids guided Doll. And we…
”I think I can help with lower youma.”
”I-I can too! I owe Hiroya for his help!”
Mr. Koichi and Ms. Aelia offered to assist with Otto’s counterattack.
”Leave dat Demonkin (Majin) named Otto to me. He’s a real jerk and an enemy of women, right?”
”Well, even if you’re rank A, the opponent was also a former rank A… and now he’s got the power of a Demonkin (Majin), so he’s gonna be a pain, you know?”
Ignoring Liz’s worries, Simona walked over to the weapon rack and started putting on her gear that she had just laid out.
”Well, I might not be able to take him down, but I can at least hold ‘im off.”
With a greatsword on her back, Simona smiled brightly.
”Rena will focus on ‘Detection’ with Dorothy.”
”I’m going to wake everyone up!”
”I’ll get the bow and arrows ready.”
Liz, Rena, Dorothy, and Martina headed upstairs. I…

”I should probably call Sister-in-law Karina and Gièze here too.”
I hurriedly dashed out of the mansion and ran to Sister-in-law Karina’s house.
