Chapter 581 Family Stories ③
Edited by: Kanaa-senpai
The “Family Planning” grand council held at my home. Its purpose, of course, was to discuss our wives’ upcoming nighttime activities… which is to say, their pregnancy plans. The spark that lit this fire was a single remark from Marm-san, the beautiful receptionist at the Adventurer’s Guild.
’I’m about to hit my limit, you know!?’
She’s younger than me, and in my previous world, I don’t think it would have been that urgent. But by this world’s standards, she was indeed approaching the age where she might be called “a late bloomer.”
You might ask, “What about Her Majesty then?” but her situation is special. However, with her abdication in favor of Prince Roland drawing near, she’d started to develop just a little desire of her own.
Recently, she’d been giving off a vibe of “Maybe I could have a baby too. I’d like to have Muse carry one as well. (Glance glance glance).” And then came Marm-san’s remark.
Perhaps the influence of Kushe, the returned magic swordsman from the mines, and her very conspicuous determination to bear children also played a role. Or maybe Carley’s pregnancy—a round-skip that displaced my beloved Ancient Elf’s turn. Or the second pregnancy push from those who gave birth last year.
On top of that, Flearis, my sister-in-law who wasn’t particularly in a hurry, Suu-san—the cat-eared secretary from the Beast-person Association who became close with Marm-san through the “Harvest Project”—and Sera-chan from the Tasogare merchant guild joined in.
What I’m trying to say is: my wives have entered a full-blown baby fever boom!
’So, we’re going to have everyone lay their cards on the table and hold a summit to sort things out. Please take care of the children, Master.’
This was a declaration from my love-slave Lily. My wives’ “order” had always been managed by her, and after the Harvest Project, Her Majesty herself joined in. The coordination had been meticulous.
Baby fever boom arrived, and Lily handled it with composure. First, she banned unscheduled pregnancies due to my caretaking capacity. But she understood that desire better than anyone, and she wanted to fulfill everyone’s wishes. The result was this grand council.
”Thank you for your hard work. Were the children well-behaved?”
”Yes, yes. They were all as adorable as usual, good kids, all of them.”
”They sure are adorable.”
Lily’s “adorable” carried a hint of something behind it. The other wives had returned from the meeting and were fussing over the children, but in the eyes of the members who weren’t pregnant yet, various emotions were swirling.
Of course, on the surface it was all “So cute!” and “They’ve gotten so big!” but underneath, a clear “I’m next…!” was seeping through. As a stud, it was a scene that filled me with both joy and a heavy sense of responsibility.
”Now then, Master. It’s time to show your virtue.”
Back in the sitting room of the D**do-Buddy Mansion after everyone had left, Lily made her proclamation. I found myself sitting seiza on the carpet, straightening my spine. My beloved daughter Momo, sitting on my lap, looked up at me with a worried face, so I patted her head and said “It’s okay.”
”To put it simply, nearly everyone requested urgent and multiple pregnancies. The exceptions are about Tetra-sama, Metra-sama, and Netra-sama.”
Just as expected. I nodded firmly. Though if I pause to think calmly, “over a dozen women requesting impregnation” is a staggering situation—it’s nothing new for our household.
Incidentally, the triplet sisters Tetra, Metra, and Netra were exactly as I’d heard beforehand. They’d been saying “Not yet,” “Maybe later,” for ages. As the youngest, they didn’t jump on the baby fever boom either.
”Got it. By the way, does that include Her Majesty too?”
”It’s only a ‘request.’ In reality, Cecile-sama will need to wait until Prince Roland’s child is born.”
Also as expected. The original plan was for Her Majesty to wait until Roland had established his governance and his child—the next king after the next—was reasonably grown, but it seems like things might move up a bit.
That scheduling is probably going to be part of my job, since I’m being slotted into His Highness’s Prime Minister position… but well, if it’s for my beloved Queen, I’ll push forward soon.
”Understood. Let’s hear the specifics.”
”Yes. Though it won’t change much for you, Master. But everyone is very serious this time, so please be prepared for a response like last year’s treatment of Amelia-sama.”
Last year’s treatment of my beloved “Saint” Sister Amelia—that would be the “room you can’t leave until you’re pregnant” approach. She didn’t need to tell me. As long as they wish for it, I will absolutely get the job done. I thumped my chest confidently, and Lily smiled and nodded. …Momo’s anxious expression was a bit concerning, but she’d be fine.
”So, this year’s impregnation… excuse me, pregnancy plan. First, as originally scheduled, it’s Kushe and Flearis. Joining them are Marm-san and Suu-san.”
”Marm-san and… Suu-san?”
”Surprising?”
”A bit. Marm-san makes sense, but Suu-san too?”
Kushe and Flearis. As planned, so that’s fine. Marm-san was the spark, so naturally. But Suu-san was unexpected, not just because of her attitude but because the other wives’ “acceptance” of it was questionable.
”It was mainly her age, and… because Marm-san requested it.”
”Marm-san?”
”Yes. She said she’d be anxious alone, but more importantly, she wants their children to be the same age.”
”…Those two, they’ve gotten that close?”
”Drinking buddies, apparently. Every night after work, they go out drinking together.”
…Completely worn-out office ladies. Not that it’s wrong—it’s the same in any world, I suppose. If they were that close, wanting to not decide who goes first or second makes sense. That’s probably the real reason. I accepted it and moved on.
”As for Aerith-sama and Tina-sama, they’ve declined this year’s pregnancy. Aerith-sama already has two children, and Tina-sama wants to return to her territory once next year.”
”Ah, right, there was talk of that…”
”On the other hand, Tania-sama and Laika-sama are on hold for now.”
”Hold?”
”Yes. Laika-sama says ‘my sister should have as many as possible,’ but Tania-sama wants to ‘wait until she’s with Laika’ or says ‘she can still have children decades from now’…”
”Hmm, so does that mean Laika herself doesn’t want to?”
”She does. But if she does, Tania-sama’s wishes mean they’d be a package deal, so it depends on your tolerance, Master.”
…Things are getting complicated. Let me see—currently Kushe, Flearis, Marm-san, and Suu-san, that’s four. Laika and Tania as a set would make it six maximum.
Everyone except Marm-san and Suu-san lives with us, so it seems doable… but six pregnant women, plus six current children, plus at least three new babies this year to take care of. No—this is no time to hesitate. Are you still Kento of Harvest or not?
”…Leave it to me. I am a man who refuses no one who comes and never chases after those who leave!”
”If you say so. Then, one last request: Muse-sama.”
”Eh? Muse too? I figured she’d want to sync her timing with Her Majesty…”
Apparently, the retired spy from our kingdom’s intelligence network has been pushing her with “Hurry up.” She wants to raise the children as guards for Prince Roland’s child. That makes seven total. Can you handle it?
”…Leave it to me! A man doesn’t break his word!”
And so, this year’s family plan was decided on a record-breaking seven. Momo on my lap gave me an exhausted look that no toddler should be capable of, but I pretended not to notice…

Translation Notes:
Notes:
• Marm – The attractive, red-haired, tanned receptionist at the Adventurer’s Guild. She wears a uniform that emphasizes her ‘nice body.’ She is kind and acts like a supportive ‘big sister’ figure to Kento. Looks like Mirajane Strauss from certain series.
• Roland – The golden-blonde, innocent-faced heir to the Canaria throne is the earnest but inexperienced younger brother of Queen Cecile and the King of Ferguson. Close to Unia and assisted by Harvest, he trains under his sister’s guidance while struggling to navigate his complex future burdens: an upcoming coronation, his relationship with his fiancée, and the revelation of the shop’s true nature.
• Muse – Muse is an expressionless, sharp-eyed royal maid and trusted attendant to Queen Cecile. Clad in a traditional uniform, she balances palace duties with discreet espionage and procurement, using her mastery of concealment magic. Highly efficient and poised, she is indispensable during foreign delegation arrivals, managing sensitive operations as a constant, subtle presence.
• Carley – Ancient Elf Haha-sama is the youthful, flat-chested, pregnant Captain of the Wielope Empire and the narrator’s beloved wife. A pragmatic matriarch and companion to Harvest, she oversees palace assassins and royals like Dee-bou and Gustav. Currently kept out of political discussions with the prince, she uses her magic resistance, immense stamina, and Forest Blessings to steer diplomacy.
• Kushe – Kento’s companion and Coalmine’s head Court Mage, this blunt, flat-chested woman has haphazard dark green hair and a loose robe. Elegant yet deadpan in combat, she constantly delivers reality checks. She mischievously leaks secrets, breeds monsters in Nixfen, complains about her knees, and joins a group learning to act spoiled toward Kento, though she is bewildered by his slime.
• Flearis – A pale, pink-haired woman serving as a diplomatic envoy, guard, shopkeeper, and liaison with the Coalmine Kingdom. She belongs to a covert unit and is the protagonist’s relative—specifically Lily’s sister or Martin’s younger foster sister. She displays a cold, almost vengeful pragmatism, particularly when reporting her sister’s words to Martin.
• Harvest – Viscount Kento Harvest, a gaunt lord from a prominent line, is a pragmatic former adventurer and diplomat clad in a tattered academic coat. This royal mentor leverages Earth tech and noble authority while managing a magic-circuit shop. Proactive with numerous lovers, his expertise is now requested by Unia, who is curious about his merchandise.
• Sera – Young earnest salesperson of the Tasogare Merchant Guild, she supplies Kento and is known for her braided brown hair, large round glasses, freckles, and serious demeanor that flusters easily—especially around his adult‑goods shop. She also serves as Harvest’s dedicated contact, being helpful, cheerful, and diligent.
• Suu – Secretary for the Royal Capital Beast-person Mutual Aid Association and a cat beast-person. Sample No. 19 in Kento’s report. She steps up as the first witness for the defense. Wears glasses and a tight suit.
• Master – Owner of an isekai magic shop specializing in adult goods. Currently performing a ‘resurrection’ on a damaged item.
• Lily – Jin’s pink-haired, blue-eyed experiment slave and wife, pregnant with her second child. A Harvest shop slave, primary test subject, and secret magic user, she serves as Kento’s love-slave (evoking comparisons to Nada’s behavior). Energetic and expressive with V-signs, she watches repairs, tends the Dildo-Buddy Mansion garden, and informs the protagonist—who calls her a wanton—on domestic and political matters.
• Momo – Pink-haired toddler, daughter of Jin and Lily, inherits her father’s ear and eyebrow shape; exceptionally cute, energetic, and affectionate. At one year old, she can stand, babbles simple words, and delights in learning to walk through the garden. As the shopkeeper’s eldest child and one of the protagonist’s offspring, she was celebrated with a cherished birth gift a year ago.
• Metra – One of the triplets. Thick navy hair covering her eyes. Beautiful facial features.
• Netra – One of the triplets. Thick navy hair covering her eyes. Beautiful facial features. Shows interest in Kento.
• Tetra – One of the triplets. Thick navy hair covering her eyes. Beautiful facial features.
• Cecile – The Queen of Canaria is an elegant, golden-haired ruler in luxurious gowns who manages the royal palace, oversees foreign diplomacy, and enforces moral commerce. Referenced by Unia as her sister who personally uses the products of Kento’s shop, ‘Harvest,’ she is currently investigating the establishment, wielding her wisdom and sovereign grace to command authority with quiet precision.
• Amelia – A voluptuous, light-blue-haired Sister of the Canarias convent who runs soup kitchens. Still shy and blushing, she is pregnant and wears Kento’s ring—a marriage sparking intense ecclesiastical debate. Devoted as ever, this figure from the protagonist’s past uniquely visited him for a sacred conception, remaining someone he could intimately bed despite her saintly nature.
• Aerith – Gray‑fur wolf‑beast with a sleek tail and elegant dress, Ouka’s daughter and Love‑wolf tribe member of the Merchant Guild Garou. Mother of twins Kaine and Heine, she openly pursues Kento’s creative genius and is one of the protagonist’s lovers, driven by intense physical urges.
• Laika – A love‑dog beast‑man with shaggy brown fur, amber eyes and a scar across his snout, clad in a weathered leather coat. Sharp, wild instincts define her; she’s the younger sister of Tania, an A‑rank adventurer and devoted mother who calls her companion ‘Dildo‑Buddy’ George.
• Tania – An elven love‑elf, older sister of Laika and mother of son Wakaba, rejects her race’s low‑desire image with passionate, easily embarrassed charm. She wears light armor over a simple tunic and short pants, exuding grace. Senior‑junior to Raika, she’s a seasoned Harvest shopper buying pleasure items while keeping a dignified façade, and also helps tend the garden, selecting medicinal herbs and emergency rations.
• Kento – Lord Harvest, a reclusive, dark-haired Northern Continent viscount and young isekai inventor, resembles a salaryman. Bound to the Queen, he runs a magic shop and tavern, crafting adult goods; though weak to erotic things, his gear makes him immune to Succubus charms. He created the Ddo-Buddy and Slime-Pal weapons. Analytical yet easily swayed, he is pampered by subordinates, shares a quiet bond with Amelia, corresponds with Meryamisha, and is pragmatic with guests like Nada.
