Then, after checking and moving the items from the hallway, we discovered that there are 4 rooms in the storage.
”Lady Miriallia, we’ve finally cleared this place up. There are 4 rooms left.”
”The items in this area are from right after I separated from Carly and became solo. Back then, I was only looking for strong opponents and hunting monsters deep in the south.”
”Hunting solo in the backcountry is like asking for trouble, Miri──Lady Miriallia.”
”Thanks to that, I almost died many times.”

At Golerg words, we decided to start clearing out the room on the left side in front.
I opened the door carefully, on guard for any surprises.
Items that had been stuffed inside spilled out.
”Phew. It seems like no one’s here. Well, let’s start cleaning up.”
This room was filled with a lot of advanced-level materials.
Most of the materials were ones I had never seen before. Golerg wanted them, but Milly said she would keep them for making armor and decided to take them to the new house.
Next, I opened the room on the right side.
Again, there was no one living here.
This was the equipment room.
Golerg started checking the pile of equipment.
Suddenly, Golerg stopped moving.
”What is this… I’ve never seen anything like it before… a magic gun… or a spear?”
Golerg looked at the spear that had been combined with the large shield.
The weapon was quite rusty and looked old.
”Is there any equipment that even Mr. Golerg can’t identify?”
”Even I can’t stand weapons that existed before the fallen god Orphée Bleu. And weapons from other worlds, too.”
”Is it a magic gun? If so, maybe you should show it to my Aida.”
”I’ll take care of it for now. I’d like to analyze this weapon together with Aida. Is that okay?”
”Please. I’ll let Aida know. If you can use it, please let me know.”
”Oh, I get it. This is some equipment worth playing around with.”
Golerg was happy to get a new toy.
We found the ‘Ring of Holy Light’ and ‘Saint’s Short Staff’ that increase Healing Magic’s power, so I decided to give them to Lana.
I gave the ‘Ring of Barrier’ that can create physical barriers to Talia, who often goes into battle, and the ‘Ring of Magic Power’ that increases magic to Veris, who heals as Red Valkyrie.
After cleaning up 2 rooms, we started on the back room.
I decided to clean the right side first.
When I opened the door, it was a room for magic tools.
”This is outside my expertise. I guess I’ll have to take the magic tools out to the hallway and let the magic element spread. I’ll leave this mountain to Hector.”
I carried out items whose purpose I didn’t understand into the hallway.
It seems better to sort through useful items with Hector later.
Finally, we reached the last room.
The unknown enemy that Milly warned us about didn’t appear, and the tension among us relaxed.
”We’re finally at the end, Lady Miriallia. I wish there had been a tougher enemy. I haven’t been able to test the ‘Sword of Lion King’ much either.”
”I think this room was a medicine storage. I must have stored dangerous medicines when I was with the Assassination group.”
”Was Milly part of the Assassination group?”
I was worried that Milly belonged to a shady organization because of her high Assassin level and title.
”Yeah, I was in the Dream Demon Assassination group. I’m still an active member. Kent might be mistaken, but the ‘Dream Demon Assassination group’ isn’t just an organization that sends out assassins. We are like a Warrior group that trains the ‘Assassin’ job of the Dream Demon race. In times of war, it’s different, but now, in peaceful times, it’s more like a group to decide the clan leader.”
”So you make poisons and stuff?”
”The clan leader has to know all kinds of poisons, so there’s an exam. That’s what the leftovers are from.”
”So, Milly joined the ‘Dream Demon Assassination group’ for the clan leader exam.”

Carly spoke with self-deprecation.
It’s understandable to feel jealous when a rival of the same age in the same party becomes a clan leader and a famous hunter at 15.
”I was just lucky. I had good cards and a great mentor, and there were no talented people in the Dream Demon. My half-sisters with the same father still can’t compete.”
”Still, no matter what I do, I can’t become the clan leader of the True Demon because I’m a Graycolor species. That’s one of the reasons for my jealousy. Mirial──Lady Miriallia Blackdagger.”
Carly, being a mixed-blood Graycolor species of the True Demon, was told that only the Blackcolor with True Demon parents can become clan leaders, no matter how hard she tries.
I thought it was discrimination, but I figured there must be a reason for the rules passed down through the races.
Well, we plan to give high positions based on effort, so even if Carly complains, she will probably secure her place with her skills.
”So, be careful. There are poisons that can kill you instantly just by touching them, so take them out carefully.”
”Should we dispose of it, Little Lady Miriallia?”
”Disposing of it is tough. The ground soaked with this amount will be barren for ten years, but do you still want to dispose of it?”
”How about having the Hunter Guild take it as a hazardous material?”
”Right. Strong poisons can be used as materials for weapons, but it might be dangerous to keep them in a temporary storage. Should we push it onto the Hunter Guild?”
”I don’t need poisons. If I keep something like that, I won’t have enough lives to spare.”
Milly carefully checked the labels on the bottles and sorted them into poison and other.
The amount was 40 percent poison and 60 percent other.
”Well then, we’ll give the poisons to the Hunter Guild. What other medicines do we have, Millt?”
”We have tonics, aphrodisiacs, sleeping pills, and truth serums. Also, there are pregnancy drugs, abortion pills, and contraceptives.”
”Oh, pregnancy drugs… Lady Miriallia, what kind of medicine is that?”
Annabella looked seriously at Milly.
Hearing about the pregnancy drug must have made her anxious.
”Ms. Annabella, please calm down. This pregnancy drug is a type of poison that can make a woman’s body able to conceive only once, but if it doesn’t happen, her period will stop──it’s a dangerous medicine!”
”Will it work on a ‘stone woman’?”

Saying that, Milly classified the pregnancy drug among the poisons.
Annabella looked regretfully at Milly.
She seemed shocked that even though the dream medicine that could help her get pregnant was right in front of her, she wasn’t allowed to take it.
I also agreed with Milly’s decision.
I don’t want her to risk her life just to get pregnant with my child.
Although I have a desire to make Annabella pregnant, I don’t think it’s worth the danger.

Carly seemed worried about Annabella.
After that, when the classification of the potions was finished, Carly used magic to physically shield the poison and bring it to the Hunter Guild.
And so, the whole day of sorting the storage room was completed, except for the appraisal of the magic items.
What we’re taking to our new home are several hundred Advanced-level Materials and about 80 pieces of Equipment that we’ll be able to use when we grow up.
Lana brought out hundreds of compounds from the annex.
Most of the furnishings were general-purpose items, and the new house already had the bare minimum, so all we had to bring were the personal belongings we already use.
”For now, let’s leave it at this for today. How much did we make today including the materials, equipment, the rights to the house, and the furniture?”
”Yes, Lady Miriallia. When we add up Mr. Golerg and the Hunter Guild’s real estate purchases, it comes to 1,200 big gold coins. Since we are short on big gold coins, they want to settle 300 in big gold coins and the rest by bank transfer.”
”If we have 300 big gold coins as immediate funds, we should be okay, right?”
”Yes, Lady Miriallia, anyway, I think money will flow to various places for land development, so the shortage of big gold coins should be resolved soon.”
”Then, it would be better to settle the large transaction by bank transfer. The other party is probably short on gold coins too.”

”As expected of my elder sister. The scale is different… I may be wealthy too, but I don’t want to call myself wealthy in front of my elder sister.”
”That’s right. Let’s report this to our father and make sure to remind him not to casually say we are wealthy.”
The two from the Dorman family, having caught a glimpse of Milly’s financial power, nodded to each other.
”I had heard Lady Miriallia was wealthy, but… not to this extent. Our family didn’t have this much wealth.”
Aurelia seemed to recall her own family and looked somewhat pale with surprise.
The other members were all surprised by the appraisal amount this time.
I was surprised by the buyback amount too, but I was tired from carrying various things today, so I decided to finish today’s work and get the rest of the magic items appraised tomorrow.
